Vodafone — Asking bribe for verification of details

I am writing this to get a clarification needed regarding a problem which has occurred regarding my Vodafone post paid connection. I applied for a Vodafone post paid connection with the submission of all the accurate paper and paid for the sim which I am at this time holding with me. After 2 days, I talk to a person named Vikas who actually is working with your company as a verification person here in Gangtok, informing me that I have to pay Rs.2000/- in cash for verification otherwise my verification will be defaulted. When has Vodafone started charging for the verification system? Secondly also the number series for the mobile numbers wanted are been charged for an extra cost (just as in black market). Many complaints had been made to Vodaphone but there was no response except an auto response. This is the worst service I have received till date

Vodafone — Money wrongly deducted by Vodafone from my prepaid account for ‘Love Guru’ which I never asked for or ever used

Reminder : Kindly refund the balance Rs.120/= wrongly deducted by you from August to November 2009 @Rs.30/= per month from my prepaid mobile number [protected].. [REF:[protected]]

Dear Mr. Saumitra Sabnis,

Without my knowledge you billed me for Love Guru which I never asked for or purchased and you unnecessarily billed me from August 2009 the day I purchased your sim card and Nokia handset from Alfa Stores.

When you have realised your mistake and credited me for Rs.30/= towards refund of Love Guru for December 2009, you must refund me Rs.120/= (August to November 2009 @ Rs.30/= per month) as I have never used your Love Guru nor purchased the same. It is mean and ridiculous on your part to cheat me (a senior citizen) and levy charges for Love Guru which I never wanted and never used.

Kindly refund the balance Rs.120/= wrongly deducted by you from August to November 2009 @Rs.30/= per month from my prepaid mobile number [protected].

Vodafone — de-activation of caller tune

with due respect i want to inform you that i have made several calls and SMS to vodafone care for de-activation of caller tune service during the last three months but they have not taken any initiative causing mental harassment and monetary loss . As I have been informed as per their norms the caller tune must be activated within 5 hours but it never happened. i am giving below the detail of the calls i have made to them for your information.

well i also wanna say that there is lot of problem in network in mungaoli .

I got an sms from BZ-TELCOMM. It says that i have won 700, 00 GBP in EXXON MOBIL 2010 DRAW. The msg came from Harry Longwell. They told me contact him on email add:[protected]@gmail.com
