Vodafone — Non activation of new connection
I have applied for new Vodafone connection at Cell Tech Ansal Chamber-11 6 BCP New Delhi Contact No[protected].I submitted POA along with latest photgraph at 2:30PM
Copy of Rent agreement was also submitted at 5:45PM when it was requested by sales person.
I visited at 5:45PM at Vodafone office and it was activated with in next 20-30 minutes.
After that again I contacted to landline number of vodafone office and it was promised that it will take another 10-15 minutes and was suggested to switch OFF/ON phone but till now at (9:30 PM at 10.03.10)
This kind of service is just to welcome a new customer and what will happen after that.
Atleast there should be transparancy and exact information should be given to customer.

THREATENING CALLS FROM CITI BANK
My name is gopalakrishnan and took a new vodafone connection with number +91 [protected] almost 3weeks back and my wife is using this connection. The issue is Vodafone has sold me an old sim which somebody had used and because of this iam getting threatening calls from CITI Bank asking for credit card payments. Iam not holding any credit cards. I have clearly told the CITI Bank several times that its a new connection and we dont know the person whom they are asking for. Inspite of this they continue calling my wife and some time threatens her for money.CITI Bank started sending sms. I spoke to vodafone customer care service and they are not willing to hear my complaint nor they took any actions against this.
