I am receiving messages from [protected]. But the person sending those messages is hiding his/her identity. I am receiving messages at regular intervals, but when I try to call on the aforesaid mobile number, it goes not reachable. Dear Sir,I have called to vodafone customer care on 12th dec 09 and requested to provide what are the available SMS offers to my account(plan).
The representative who has spoken with me is advised one plan(per 60rs ,1000 sms free) and taken the request to activate.I did not get any confirmation message/phone from customer care about the activiation or rejection of the plan from vodafone care.
after 2 months on 1st feb 2010, i noticied that for each sms they are charging 50ps, and for the month of dec 09 and jan 10,they have charged nearly 800rs as message charges.
i called to customer care again and informed about this, they now saying the messages offer (1000 sms per 60rs) plan is not applicable to my account.
i have asked them why their representative provided the wrong information and taken the request to acitvate the plan.but i did not get the proper response from them,couple of times i have sent email to vodafon care and called to customer care.. still i did not get correct solution/information from vodafone care..
please help to solve my problem.
