I got continious call from +91 "[protected] & [protected]"using very rude abuse words to me. I would like to complante to the cyber cell but it takes several monts to find who is that. So please tell me who is the owner of this sim card.

Vodafone — recharge not possible

sir, recently i lost my mobile and the sim. i blocked the sim and brought a new sim from Madurai (TN). when i tried to recharge/top up the my account it is saying the it is unsuportted network. kindly slove the problem. my no. is [protected]

Vodafone — Generating of Wrong Bills in postpaid

I am Vinodh Kumar. I have taken the vodafone Postpaid connection in the end of jan 2010. I have received the bill in the May for the April usage. I got stunned my bill amount was more and when i checked the tarrif amount has been changed from 199 to 499 and additioanl charge of Rs. 50.

When i given a complaint, there is no proper response from the vodafone CSS. My outgoing was barred for not paying the bill. Without the proper bill how can we pay it for.

then one person from vodafone called me and said my bill was waived for Rs. 485.65 but he / vodafone could not give the break-up list of the waived amount and the corrected bill.

My both ougoing and incomming got barred and i am facing lot of business losses for the mistake carried out by vodafone on the bill payment.

One of the CSS executive said that mistakes will happen anywhere and it has happened.

I have doubted that this kind of bill cheat was carried out only for me or to many other also?

Kindly register a complaint against vodafon and its service.

Vodafone — MCI Alerts

I am Swati and need to complain regarding the MCI alert services...
i got a message saying that "your request for MCI alerts has been registered."
then, i got another message saying "the service is now active on your Vodafone Phone."
All this happened without my prior permission.
they have deducted 30 bucks from my balance for this.
Upon talking to the customer care, they say that i made a call and asked them to activate the service, which is completely false.
They are refraining from crediting the deducted amount into my balance back.
I did not made any request for this...this is called cheating the customer...
Pure Bluff...
I want an action to be taken regarding this fraud from VODAFONE.
