Vodafone — Useless & hopeless service
From the past 2 yrs I am using vodafone service. Service of this company is useless & hopeless. Every Time they deduct lump sum amount of money from my balance account.On 17 Sept'12 I recharged sms pack of Rs.36.On 28 Morning they deduct Rs.66 from my balance when I called customer care Mr.Rajeev said ur earlier sms pack was of Rs.66 so this pack auto renew and hence Rs.66 deducted form your main balance. I cant understand when I already recharged my account for sms pack why they deducted Rs.66. And customer care executive are not answering my queries properly neither they are explaining why such kind of deduction took place when I already recharged my account.When I said I will change my portability & raise complaint in cusomer forum they said its my wish & my Choice. I am really very upset & shocked form their behaviour & attitude.THIS IS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR IS NOT EXPECTED FORM SUCH A BIG & RENOUNED COMPANY

I have issue with the Vodafone mobile bill (postpaid) which comes for me this month is Rs.46501 which is too high.
I have activated the internet plan in my mobile of Rs.198 - 2G , 3GB last month(Vodafone).
My bill is from 20th of every month, from 20th October to 20th Nov it comes Rs.46501, from which net usage is costing Rs. 40411
) One time charges.0.00.
B) Monthly charges.378.00.
C) Usage charges.40411.22.
D) Messaging charges.171.00.
E) Conference call charges.0.00.
F) Roaming charges.0.00.
G) Discounts / other charges.0.00.
H) Misc credit / charges.0.00.
Sub Total...40960.22.
I) Tax.5062.69.
Total...46022.91.
..Amount due (as of 20/11/2012).Rs 46501.93.
When I called Vodafone to confirm where all I used this net they said they dont know, only they are having data usage per day.
Its not possible I have not used this much Internet from my mobile how this much Bill can come.
Moreover this SIM has given by my company,and they are paying the bill of Rs.2000 per month if exceeded we have to pay, this is more than my one month salary which I cant afford.
Seeking positive help from you with lots of hope & faith.

Vodafone is like that only. it is happen with me too. I have lost Rs. 300 as mine is prepaid...mine was 95 net pack is active. that was auto renewal pack..it didn't happened and deducted all my main balance. they are looters..

Also, As per the info I got now My Net usage got over by 5th Nov but they didn’t Intimate me.
They have not intimated me neither for exceeded current net usage nor for credit limit.
Please help sir, and take necessary action against this.

i have been getting repeated Blank calls from this phone Number of Vodafone Company; Punjab : [protected]. When i Call Back, it says the number is temporarily disconnected. I am agitated and irritated by the behaviour of the caller.
