I AM HAVING VODAFONE NO [protected]. DON'T HAVE MUCH OUT GOINGS.

IN MORNING I RECEIVED PHONE CALL FROM VODAFONE IF I WANT TO ACTIVATE STD OFFER PL. BE ACTIVATE FROM ME.

RECEIVED MSG THAT MY BONUS 46 HAS BEEN ACTIVATED FOR 30 DAYS.
AND DEDUCTED RS.46/- AS SOON AS I RECEIVED MSG. CONTACTED C/CARE MR. MANISH WAS ON THE LINE AS PER HIS CHECK NO SUCH ACTIVATION HAS BEEN DONE AND MY BALANCE WAS RS.233/- AND ODD AMOUNT AT 15.12

AFTER SOME TIME I CHECKED MY BALANCE BALANCE WAS REDUCED AS PER ACTIVATION OF STD OFFER

COMPLAINT MADE AT CUSTOMER CARE MR. AMIT AND REGISTRATION NO [protected] 22/01/2012 AT 15.44.

AS I DON'T REQUIRE REGULAR STD CALL WHY SHOULD I ACCEPT SUCH TYPE OF OFFER.
AND I HAD NEVER CONFIRMED THE OFFER GIVEN BY VODAFONE PERSON.

IF SUCH TYPE OF CHARGES BIG GROUP DEDUCT FROM OUR SMALL PERSONS HOW CAN WE SURVIVE

KINDLY ARRANGE REPAY THE AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE.

I had already paid phone bill for the month of Dec 2012 against Cheque No 218095 dt.24.01.2013 Amt Rs 387/-(chq dropped in drop box Andheri 4 Bunglow vodafone Gallery) bill due dt is 25th Jan 2013 but from dt 24th Jan 2013 my mb no.is disconnect without any prior information also given credit limit of Rs. 3100/-from your side. I am accountant my all business is depend on Mobile & from last 3 days having problem because of your careless.Sokindly take immediate action otherwise i will take support from consumer forum.
