Dear Sir/Madam,
I am extremely annoyed and dissapointed with the kind of service that i have been provided with by your personnel both in customer care as well as the Vodafone outlet.
On 19th December, 2012, I went to the South Extension branch of Vodafone care and requested for a shift from postpaid account to a prepaid account. there i completed all the formalities and was given a new sim card and told that it would be activated in another 48 hrs. the 48 hrs turned to 72hrs. On calling your customer care the following day I was informed that due to some technical error the request could not be processed. and was assured that my no. would be reactivated in another 24hrs.
On asking for a method of redressal, I was provided with none.
So, I waited. 96 hrs are up.
I called the customer care again and was dealt with MOST rudely. I was told that it is not in YOUR hands when the sim card is activated. Pray tell me, if I have a Vodafone no, and Vodafone themselves don't know when the number is going to work, it really is sad that such a big company exists doesn't ti?
On asking to be connected to someone who might be able to answer my queries, I was put on hold indefinitely. On hanging up and trying to call again, I was informed that my no. was INVALID.
I was also not given a docket no. when I registered my complaint.
If this is the kind of service that you are going to be providing, I am extremely sorry to say that you are inefficient and very, very rude and have absolutely no regard or respect for the customer and have been very lax and have misbehaved.
Please don't treat the customer as an obligation for we don't have any obligation to continue with your services.
If I don't get an answer in the next few hours, I will have to take more severe steps.
This is not the first time that I have been dissapointed with your services. But this is the last straw. I am very, very angry at the kind of service I received.
Aap mere par koi meherbaani nahi kar rahe ho, please try and remember that.

The services of vodafone are so poor that I can not say any word in favour as I experienced since July 2012.
Vodafone — false bill raise due to 3g billing
Dear Vodafonei m so very sad to get a bill of Rs. 10000 for data usage of abt 800mb only
, aslo i was using 3g dats plan and without my notice u people turned off my data plan and due to which my bill rose to Rs. 10000approx for 800mb only and where u r selling 1gb 3g dats plan only cost Rs.250, so i request u to pls check hw this mistake has been made by vodafone and please correct my bill.
and reactivate my services.i had already called vodafone center many times its of no use. so i have make this complaint forward to TRAI and Consumer complaint center
