vodafone is not at all displaying "CELL INFO DISPLAY".It is a must to find the place where we are insted you are display ads like "DIAL *111...".this is very bad in your side.so we are trying to move to other SIMCARDS.
I have activated IND_COOL from the India Times six months ago...i had been enjoying it for the last three months for which the amount i.e Rs.30.00 has been deducted from my Prepaid account...But for the last two months i'm not receiving the SMS from the IND_COOL and i have beeen charged the above said amount i.e Rs.30.000 unnecessarily...for which i'm feeling insecure in using the Vodafone prepaid...Please feedback my request at the earliest please for which i will be very thankful for ur service...
Vodafone — Disconnection of service irrespective of submitting all details and payment of bill.
Hi,i am one of the costumer of vaodafone with mobile number [protected].i had submitted the documents for new connection at goregaon(e) vodafone service center.after activation of the number i had circulated this number to different consultant for my personal purpose.after a week the service was stopped with a reason stating signature mismatch.After meeting with the service center i resubmitted the document with all other formality.after a week the phone service got disconnected again.we contacted the concerned person and they said there was some issue with the internal department as result of which sytem was not updated and so service got disconnected.they apologised and confirm they will do the needful and i will not have to visit the vodafone gallery again for the same.but with no avail the we have been visiting the vodafone gallery every week to get our phone activated.on the top of it when we call the call center for the issue then customer care executive tells us to go to vodafone service center and if we request them to connect to higher supervisor then they disconnect the phone.This case has been pending with them since last month.i want the copensation for the harassment i have faced because of there negligence and want to teach them a lesson for bad service and mental harassment i have faced because of them.
if consumer forum can don anything about it i would really appreciate it.

I am here in mumbai from last two days.I have reacharged my vodafone no [protected] with recharge amount of Rs 200.But i get only 0.49 paise.Before recharge I told the shopkeper that this is a PUNJAB state number and I need a topup of RS 200 or any other topup that is available to you.But stiil he recharged and i got 0.49 paise.
when i contacted with customer care punjab they told me that we have activated a new service on your mobile on befalf of these 200 RS.I just want to know who will decide which type of scheme selected by the customer, customer itself or vodafone.
