This is to inform you that last night at about 8.30 PM, there was a call from customer care regarding some caller tune acttivation in my mobile phone no.[protected]. It had not agreed to have the same in my mobile phone. But, the gentleman in command of customer care at that time forcefully activated a caller tune in my mobile phone & when I complained to him last night, he had neither deactivated caller tune, nor cooperated with me. Moreover he had deducted Rs.30 from my balance & as a result I had a negative balance in my phone.
Will you please look into this type of practice & stop this happening in future & please give me back my Rs.30 in my phone.

I have been using Vodafone since a month and without my consult they activated beauty alerts . They have deducted amount of Rs 30 and next month also with out my consult they activated alerts and have again charged the same amount. i just want to get my charged money back neither i would go for furthur action. Vodafone — Unneccesary alerts

I am Poonam Arya mb no [protected] . Without my consults they have activated beauty alerts and are also not giving code to deactivate it. And they again have again activated beauty alerts without my consult. I just want to know why these people are cheating the consumers and why no action has been taken aginst them. I would like to get all my money back wihtin a week . Neither i would have to take further action.
