Vodafone Mobile 527 — No replacement available against deffective when under warranttee
Vodafone mobile with earphone+charger purchased with Lifetime Sim No [protected]. After purchase handsfreee stopped working reached Mulund & Lower Parel Branches they had no replacement available against deffective when under warranttee. Vodafone requested to bear with them and revert as soon as replacement is available. Even after 6 months period Vodafone couldn't arranged for relacement approched and received reply as WARRANTTEE IS OVER. Similaer case took place when Charger supplied was stopped working reached Mulund & Lower Parel Branches they had no replacement available against deffective when under warranttee. Vodafone requested to bear with them and revert as soon as replacement is available. Even after 6 months period Vodafone couldn't arranged for relacement Nwow finaly 527 Mobile which is having warranttee is hanged up, stopped working. Poor Vodafone have no replacement available with their Mulund Branch Can this be attended on top priority to issue replacements? pls i want the adress of this number [protected] coz i`m getting unwanted msgs and unwantd miscalls so pls mail me fast!!
i started my vodafon no since from jan 2009.but it's two times when costomer care stuked off my balance. first they commited me to send back my balance..but after that no one picks my phone on customer care.they avoiding my no to reach on them. plz solve my problem. you are the only way.

Vodafone — Misleading information by Customer Service Executive
Hello,I am a Vodafone prepaid customer and have encountered many bad service experiences with it. I have been a victim o[censored]nnecessary charges due to mistake on the part of service executive. I have let it go a few times earlier but this time it was way too much. I called up the Cust. Service executive to confirm that I have a free SMS scheme and whether any charges would be levied against me if I send messages on 2nd August, which is considered as Friendship Day. He confidently says that as per our calendar, it is 4th August, so they charges would be applicable on that day. Based on this communication, I send across a few messages and then I get to know that my account balance is deducted. On calling up again, another executive says that it was a wrong information, and the charges deducted will not be reversed. Moreover, when I ask him to check the same with the concerned executive, he says that it cannot be done. I am greatly disappointed with Vodafone and plan to change my service provider soon.

Several times I intimated Vodafone customer care centre( no111 ), but it was not deactivated leading to undue loss of Rs 30.00 per month. This is my SOS complain. If not deactivated I shall have to damage the sim card of Vodafone. Deductions were made in the month of May and June
