i have recharged vodafone mobile no[protected] with 555 on 6th aug 12.recharged by vodafone site.
details are below:--

Payment Transaction ID: MCIT[protected]
Date & time of order : 06 Aug, 2012 16:39:52
Order Amount : Rs. 555.0/- Only
but after payment deducted recharge on mobile not succeed and stated the message ur refund will be granted in 5 days.
but still date refund not granted.so i have contacted vodafone they told me refund granted on 7th aug 12.
they blemming on axis bank but bank officials sent me mail and told its vodafone fault.
vodafone not granted the money that's why money is not credited by bank.

I make two time online payment for recharge of my wife cell to this company , through netbanking but this company only take money than became silent .
1st time i make payment throuh Rechargeitnow for Rs 118/ , amount is deducted from my bank but company didnt show the money in cell account .
2nd time i make payment through Vodafone online recharge for Rs 118/ but result was same , no money is shown in cell iaccount
I lodge a complaint regarding this matter in compant customer care ,

This compalint is lodged on dec 16th 2010 but there is no any responce from company .
I decided to switch this company and never recomend to my friend and relative to take a connection from this VODAFONE
