I want to deactivate 14Rs. south STD pack from my mobile because i want to go for 39Rs south STD pack.
From 14th august'09 i try to deactivate, till now its not deactivated.Now i didnt have any contact between me and customer care.My number is blocked to talk to the customer care officer.I went to nearby VODAFONE store also(4 days back) store is in Balmatta-Mangalore.They told that they send mail to deactivate my bonus card,
please kindly provide me a solution for this problem.

i want to complaint that someone is called to my frends and torcher and used abused words so and the particular number belongs to vodafone as per my net searching and the number is belong to may be punjab (as per google search) so please provide me the complete address of the person the number is [protected].
