[Resolved]  Vodafone — Problem in Port out from Vodafone

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a number (+91 [protected]) in vodafone Haryana from last four months. Due to the poorest of network I want to port out from Vodafone. And submit my document and request with port number(VH542194) in Airtel Haryana . but my porting request has been denied with no proper reason (active order exists).
Kindly provide the solution or Help . so that I can port out from Vodafone.

Vodafone — problem in port in

i have port my no.to vodafone from idea since last night idea has portout my no but vodafone's sim isn't active i had visit vodafone store borivali west three times but not getting any responsible answer every employee helpless there and told me to wait n wait since a whole 24 hours my number is blank so worst experience in my life from vodafone.

Vodafone — Vodafone port out issue

I was facing network issue with Vodafone in our office. we 7 to 8 people complaint about it several times to vodafone but they dont bother about it and the issue still exists even after 4 months.

so finally i devided to port out and take Idea service. I requested portability but it got rejected saying contractual obligation so inqure with customer service of vodafone. to my surprise i come to know that some servvices are activated which need to deactivate. so deactivated services with several sms. i confirmed from the executive that all my services are deactivated. after that i again requested for portability again it was rejected. this i inquire i come to know that some other services are still activated. again i requested to deactivate that. when called next time to confirm i come to know that now i need to go from corporate plan to individual plan i did that also. again when next time call for the confirmation i come to know that some other serevice is still activated i was really frusrated with the drama happening from almost 1 month for the portablity. this time my customer service was blocked and was not able to call customer service from my number. i called from my other vodafone number and i come to know that my number was blocked since i called more then 10 times to customer services. i was really angry to hear this. Vodafone people just dont want to allow me to other service provider. several time i sent a mail about this but there was no reply to mail. there executive confidently say that your port request will be done within 24 hrs. but next time same story. really shocking that they block my customer service call.

i request all vodafone users that beaware of this they are real cheater i dont want there users to go with other service providers. i am very upset with there service and request all people to raise voice about this.

request all upper office of vodafone to look into it or loose the confidence of customers.

Vodafone — Porting problem

I have sent request for porting of my number [protected] from Vodafone to Airtel.
This request was submitted to Vodafone so many times and everytime it was rejected without telling any reason. I asked for the explaination but I didn't get any favorable response from Vodafone.
I got harassed a lot and felt like tortured mentally.
At last, I had to change my number to go with Airtel.

Vodafone have lots of network issues at the location I work. I was also requested to Vodafone to resolve this but they didn't even turned back.

I work for a reputed organization at very important position. I need to contact several persons across the globe. My earlier number was their with everybody and with the new number which Vodafone has forced me to take, I don't know who is trying to contact me. This has made my work suffered a lot.

Vodafone — Denial of porting code

I have been a Vodafone mobile customer for the past three years.After the 3G launch,I have taken this service from Vodafone but was not happy at all because of their poor coverage in Karnataka.So last month I thought of porting my number to BSNL and requested for the Unique porting code from Vodafone.But despite my repeated complaints I still haven't got the code from Vodafone.Though once I got an intimation from Vodafone asking for the reason to port and told me I would be getting the code soon.But nothing has been done on this front till now.
My current vodafone no is [protected].
Request a judicial action on this at the earliest.
