Respected Sir/Madam I want to get my Voter ID card updated. The card no. is- KKX0924522. My name mentioned is MONIKA BAKSHI (it's my maiden name, but after marriage my name has been changed to KASHISH TAKKAR R/o A-167, Double Storey, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019. legally, it was published in newspaper also). My age now is 31 years. Address is also to be changed. The old address mentioned is 18/24/16-B, old Govind Pura, Krishan Nagar, Delhi. and New Address is A-167, Double Storey, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019. Pls do something urgently to get it updated. The old address mentioned is R.C.MINTRI PATH, AND HAT BAZAR KALIMPONG DARJEELING. I WANT MY ACTUAL DATE OF BIRTH IN VOTER ID CARD. MY ACTUAL BIRTH DATE IS 11TH MAY 1977.
Pls do something urgently to get it updated. OR tell me to whom should I contact. I'll be highly grateful.
