[Resolved] Voter Id Card — How to apply for voter id card

Hi Sir, I have not recieved voter id card can you please guide me from where do i get the application form and what where i have to go to get my voter id card, perviously two times i have submitted forms for voter id card but those people says something else govt has discard all those photos once again u have to fill the form but where nobodays no so kindly check and do the needful help... if this process is goin according to area wise then let me know where i have to go i stay at tolichowki, hyderabad. I am resident of Isthal, Taluka - kaij, dist - Beed (Maharashtra). I have applied for voter ID card befor 6 to 7 months. but i did not receive my card yet.Its an emergnecy as i have to get passport urgently.Kindly request you to give me contact number of related department so that i can follow up for the same..

Respected sir, I Kamal Mehra May completed the 18year on 3.02.2011. Now may I applied the form for new voter id card in your office Mangol Puri New Delhi.110083 with full dacuments.But your officer Mr Jain advised me I making voter id card only up to birth before jan 1992.
But your officel guide line voter ID card make after completed the 18year.
I request to you, kindly advised Mr jain and make my voter Id card.
