Dear Sir/ Ma'am, My Name is Sumit Garg resident of Abohar since my birth i.e. 27th May 1988, I applied for the voter card when I got adult date not exactly remembered 2009 approx but the voter card for the same has not been received till date i,e. 13th Aug'12. Further I am registered as a voter in the voter list. I also made many follow-up with the department. Sir,My Voter Card No.RXM0058164 and my wife Smt Usha Mishra Voter Card No: RXM0058172 are not receipt. So Kindly advised me that how to received /Collect/Found these cards.

I have applied for a voter and I have received the same but the information is incorrect in that. The name is 'PUNAM' instead of 'POONAM KASERA' and DOB is 09-Aug-1982 instead of 08-Sep-1982.

Voter Card — non receipt of voter card
I am defence officer and residing at 533/17 sp marg flats, chankyapuri. I, my wife and daughter have applied for voter card. The application was submitted through department. However, we have not yet received our voter card and therefore we are not able to cast our vote at this time.
