Western Railway — Baggage Losses

Dear Sir;

Our relatives Mr.Rupa Sarvaiya ws travelling in Bhavnagar Express ( Dt : 05.05.2012 ) from Johravar nagar to Borivali. At ahmedabad station some body has snacthed her purse and ran away. She had shouted for help but no railway police was available there. Asking to T.C ( Mr Anil Mathews ) he was unanwerable and was no in helping mood.

We are not behind the money but our doicuments were there which were precious. ( Mobile, Pan card Atm etc.). We request you to pls do the needfull and catch the snatchers as sooner possible.
