Dear sir, I have purchased a product name radio controlled helicopter from homeshoping 18 .com my transaction ID was[protected] dated 21/11/08 through my Citibank credit card when I received the product it was damaged and was not actual as show in there website then I called up there customer care executive and defined my problem regarding the product he told your product will be picked from your residence and it will returned to the concern merchant your money will be refunded in your credit card account & he provided me a service case no 747644 dated 26/11/08 but after continues follow-up No body came to collect the product then I have to courier it by myself after dispatching the product I asked for the refund of my money but they continues keep me telling that your money will be refunded but money was not refunded and I had to pay my credit card bill in which this product was also included See how fool I was the product which is been returned back I was been made to pay for that, now even I did’t remember how much times I called them for my money only assurance is given i was shocked when there senior executive named Mr Alok told me that your product can’t be retuned it could be replaced whereas for last one month they keep on telling me your money will be refunded this is my humble request I don’t care for my money but thing is that tv homeshopping 18 network should be severely punished & panelized so that in future they will be careful and they could not cheat any consumer I don’t want any other consumer feel badly harass like me so kindly give me justice Regards, Sudip Kumar Das 13 b shivpuri part 2 deenpur Najafgarh New Delhi 110043 Ph no [protected], [protected] Was this information helpful? HOMESHOP/SIGMATEL MOBILE PHONE — Product Not receiving the Vendor

I have booked a Sigmatel Mobile Phone S-500 through HomeShop18. The Product I have received on 02.03.2010. But the mobile phone not switching On.In this matter I had complained to homeshop18 so many times. 3 days back The home shop Customer Care Executive said that, send the product to Vendor Address and you will get the refund. But Vendor refused to receive the product and returned to me. Again HOmeshop18 Customer Care Executive told me resend the product to vendor address. I have sent the product on Marh'15th and again the vendor Alfa Radio refused to receive the product. Again Homeshop18 Customer Care Executive given an another address of Homeshop Ware house, but the staff asking for Open Delivery of the Product. Now the product returning back to me..

After a month. the above phone is also not working whereas it has 6th Month manufacturer warranty. But without bill where should I have to make compliant. I give order in home shop 18 for sia jewelary but they send wrong parcle, so I send return. And then after I say custmor care , and I follow they direction , but they didn't my refund. I do complain before 3 months ,but they didn't setisfaction answer.

Army Helicopter — not received refund or replacement of the product

Dear Sir
It is complaint against homeshop18 regarding order no.[protected] . I received the product from Homeshop18 but it was faulty one so I asked to either replace it or refund my money. I send this back dated 02/03/2010 and which was received by the comapny dated 04/03/2010. After that I followed up many time to the customer care but they do only false promises and till date they didnt send my product. They finally give me complaint no 4041880 dated 30/03/2010 which has not been closed till date and has not send my product. It seems that it is a bad intension of the company. Kindly look into the matter and company may be asked to refund my money as soon as possible.

mene homeshop18 se Airfone ka 1 combo dual sim mobile phone khareeda tha, jiske sath mujhe 1 mobile+rist watch+free Rs.500 discount coupen dene ka company ne promiss kiya tha. jab mujhe mobile mila to mene dekha ki usme sim lagane wali pin theek nahi hai jiski wajah se mobile me dusri sim kaam nahi karti hai. is sambandh me mene company me kai baar apni shikayat kee. lekin mujhe koi bhi santoshjanak uttar nahi mil raha hai. company ke log meri shikayat pe gor karne ki bajay mujhse kahte he ki aap apne kisi bade family member se baat karbaiye. hum aapse argu nahi kar sakte.
mujhe jo mobile mila hai uski networking bhi theek nahi hai. mene kai baar shikayat kee hai par abhi tak meri samassya hal nahi hui hai.

HomeShop18 (Microwave Oven) — did not delivered in one month time

my name is Abhinav Singh. i gave a order for a microwave oven(Whirlpool 20 L Solo Mechanical Microwave with Reebok Watch and Starter Kit ) on june 1st 2010,for which i paid them through credit card and it's order number was[protected].
but homeshop18 didn't deliverd me till now as on 6th july 2010. i kept on calling them during this time period. they always convay that "your order is deliverd and will get in 2 to 3 days".today on 6th july 2010 when i checked my mail i saw they cancelled my order without any notice and information. infact when i called them,then they told me that my order is cancelled.they are refunding me the amount.kindly tell me how can i take action against them for this harrasment which i faced for a month.

HomeShop18 22 Activity Children Desktop with Mouse — Product not working even After Replacement

I Purchased Kids Educational 22 activity Desktop with Mouse Against Order No[protected] Dt.10.07.2010. Through HomeShop18 I Received Product at 14.07.10. First of all I Read the Manual. According to Manual Product require 3 re Battery. I Putted 3 re Battery and Try to On the Product with Key Board On/Off Button. But it was not start. I used wall clock Battery.

As per Discuss with customer care i send it to Given Address through TNT Courier docket no-DO42333146WW and confirm to customer care .I received a R.Q no from customer care 5667004 dt.23.07.10.

I had done online booking for Olympus 14 Mega pixel Digital Camera Model No: FE-47 costing Rs4999/- in 17 Aug 2010 on Homeshop18, by online booking the product and paying the cash on delivery of parcel by courier.
After checking the camera I'm find the camera picture get pixilated after zooming and the gift item ( Mtv Watch ) those are commented by you not sending with it.
So I’m very disappointed and I want my money back or Replace camera.

Hello Sir,

I ordered sia Jewellery set on homeshop18 on 23 august. Got the product on 7th sep, that is yesterday. I was excited to see the jewellery set. But my excitement was ended soon when i saw the product. The product which i saw in homeshop18 channel and which I received was totally different. The material used is bad and work of the jewellery is still more worst. All the moti and materials used for jewelleries are missing. Looks like damaged pieces. Looks like done in urgency. I did not expected this. I was very much disappointed.

I called homeshop 18 and added the complaint. They told me to return and they will give the good piece similiar to the set shown in homeshop18 channel.

My tension is that, if i return this, will I get my new product back? Because already i have paid 3000(three thousand) rupees, worried about this.

So I wanted my new product to be delivered and exchange at the time of delivery.

Can you send me the new jewellery set and exchange the one i have at the time of delivery. Or give me the address in bangalore, where i can go and replace the jewellery. Or please refund my money back.

I understand your pain, did you ask them why they cancelled it? Most online shoppping companies like ebay too cancel an order if they feel the product supplied by the company doesn’t meet their quality specifications.
