Dear sir,

I have purchased a product name radio controlled helicopter from homeshoping 18 .com my transaction ID was[protected] dated 21/11/08 through my Citibank credit card when I received the product it was damaged and was not actual as show in there website then I called up there customer care executive and defined my problem regarding the product he told your product will be picked from your residence and it will returned to the concern merchant your money will be refunded in your credit card account & he provided me a service case no 747644 dated 26/11/08 but after continues follow-up

No body came to collect the product then I have to courier it by myself after dispatching the product I asked for the refund of my money but they continues keep me telling that your money will be refunded but money was not refunded and I had to pay my credit card bill in which this product was also included



See how fool I was the product which is been returned back I was been made to pay for that, now even I did’t remember how much times I called them for my money only assurance is given

i was shocked when there senior executive named Mr Alok told me that your product can’t be retuned it could be replaced whereas for last one month they keep on telling me your money will be refunded



this is my humble request I don’t care for my money but thing is that tv homeshopping 18 network should be severely punished & panelized so that in future they will be careful and they could not cheat any consumer I don’t want any other consumer feel badly harass like me



so kindly give me justice

HomeShop18 / Demonte Storage Set — Harassing the customer & not delivering “ Order No. 901206475”

Hello ,

This is regarding order number[protected] Product name DEMONTE storage set which was ordered on 2nd Nov’10 & we received as acknowledge massage & mail also that this Your order will be delivered to you within the next 7-8 working days.
But I didn’t received any product or information 10th, on 11the I received a massage from Bluedart i.e. “order from HomeShop18 will reach you thru BlueDart vide Awb [protected]on or after 12-Nov-10. Kindly keep Rs. 1198 ready in cash to receive the same” I assume that the product will be reach me within 2-3 working day but its not received/ any information about the delivery till 15th than I call to blue dart customer care on[protected] & executive said its address incomplete (and this my 4th order to HomeShop18) I given to complete address with land mark & the executive ensured that the product will be delivered by tomorrow (i.e. 16th Nov) but its not delivered again I called on 16th evening to blue Dart got feedback that we are arrange to deliver by tomorrow but again no response from blue Dart again I call to blue Dart & got feedback that blue dart executive were went to the address but it found lock where as we have not lock since 12th. After such irritated response from Blue dart, I decided to call to HomeShope18 on 18th morning talk to your executive told these story the executive taken my concern with complaint number[protected] & ensure the they will take care with BlueDert , but again there is no response from HomeShop18 also , I again called on 22nd Nov to know the status the executive was behaving very rudely & telling me , why you are not coordinating with Bluedart, I again said all scenario to the executive (I am missing the name of EXE) than I got confirmation that the same will be resolve by today but again there is no response. And today evening I called your customer care & they are saying that your order is returned & now stock not available.


My concern is….

1. After delivering 3 order on the same address, how it could be incomplete address ? and who is faulty for this ?
2. How softly a customer can coordinate? I called 3 time to BlueDart after their TAT & 3 time to HomeShop18 & finally got response that you order is returned & now stock not available.
3. What is your feedback of your on this?
4. What is your delivery TAT & complaint resolution process.
I PURCHASED A HCL HANDY VEDIO GAME BUT IT IS NOT WORKING.PLZ CHANGE MY HANDY VEDIO GAME.

I purchased fujezone touch screen + ASE17 mobiles from HS18 in the month of Aug 2010. Few days after chargers and earphone of both phones was unserviceable. I was contact with Nakachinindia office at Sultan Sadan-2 at Saket in New Delhi. They denied to replace or repair the same. They give me lead of the both charges and both earphone on cahs payment of Rs 600/- on 17 Dec 2010.

I suggest all of the customer, please donot purchase any items from HS18. They have not provide service or replacement. Mohan Lal Godara

I have complaint earlier also, but no information received form customer care.. You are therefore requested to look into the matter personnally and replacement the Del mobile at an early date. Earler complain is already passed two month, I don't want any more replacement because i cant wait any more. i urge you to refund my paid amount as soon as possible.
