Continental Club Holidays — mis selling membership and not refunding amount

Sir,
It is submitted that representatives of continental club holidays rohini delhi (Mr brijesh, ms kaur, mr rahul aggarwal, mr kamaran) misguided/missold membership on dated 30.09.2018 at gymkhana club panipat in the following manner;

1. I was told that under membership you will get 10 nights in a year and 50 nights for 5 years (Which can be availed at a time or within five years with extension of three years) free stay at our properties and associate hotels without any extra charges which comes out as rs 1000/per night where as on receipt of membership certificate and telephonic discussion it is revealed that only 3 nights in a year and 15 nights in 5 years with rs 4000/ per year amc charges for properties and rs 4500/ for 3 nights in associates booking.
2. I was told 4 nights free incentive in addition of the above which is now missing.
3. I was told you have option to avail our extended facilities of airport transfer, local sight visit unlimited, local taxes paid on fooding etc by paying amc of rs4000/per year which is now told is for properties maintenance and to be paid before booking compulsorily

On the receipt of membership certificate i immediately called mr kamran on the phone no [protected] which was provided at the time of booking to clarify all that and he told me to reply after inquiring from staff but he didn't turned back rather not attending my calls after giving me mobil no of mr alam [protected]
I called mr alam so many times but he never picked the phone.
I called so many times at customer care phone no[protected] and talked with ms neha. She told me all these things and promised me to respond with in half an hour but she also didn't turned back.
Today ms neha attended my phone and told that deposits will not be refunded at any cost.
As i am not satisfied with commitments of company it is my right to exit as i have not availed any facility from your side and company have misrepresented /missold member ship in the above manner. More over it was not told you have not any option to exit. Now told us that membership can be cancelled with in seven days from application/agreement where as i immediately written after receiving membership certificate from where i came to know all these things. Moreover company mispresented the facts thus that so called agreement becomes null and void.

I request you to please refund my deposit of rs 50000/ as i am not satisfied with company's commitments. I don't wants to continue your membership keeping in mind the above facts and behavior of the representatives.
An early action in the matter is solicited. Member ship no cch[protected]. Moreover i requested two times for booking but company not accomodated. My amount of rs 50000/be refunded
