Recently i tried to transfer 2.3 lakhs to a vendor through rtgs but was failed. First attempt, the money got deducted and the status shown as "suspect". But after sometimes the money got debited back. So got confused and tried once again and got a error showing the window has been closed. So i tried scheduling the transaction the next day. But i am not sure whether it will successful. Customer care is of no help nobody comes on call. Please help me, i urgently need this to be done.

    There was a notice that corporation bank is migrating a new online banking software and hence services would not be available till monday morning. I have been trying to access the site since monday afternoon. The site is either not opening or does not accept login, showing a blank page. I had called up the chennai mobile number displayed for difficulties accessing internet. The lady just asked me to contact[protected]. When i contacted this number, the person answering the call said, that was not the concerned department number and was kind enough to give me a list of numbers. I tried calling all those numbers[protected], 67, 27, 29 and i get an identical reply - your call is being diverted and beep and the call goes off.
    I have not been able to log into online banking for 36 hours and none to explain or receive complain.
    Since last one year i have been having problems with my corp classic account, where my deposits are never shown correct. The branch manager requested patience as the bank was migrating to a new net banking software. But looking at the state of things now, i doubt corporation bank would ever bother about customers. Pretty sad state.
    The new net banking intro screen says 'fast', 'convenient', safe. Very true, the customer can 'fast' all day sitting infront of the computer after entering the website address and wait for the site to be served. 'convenient' - to enter the site address and sleep and even after 24hours u can be sure, the site would not have opened. 'safe - yes it is very safe since the site never opens.

    Yes i agree with what is written above.
    The new website is worst (third class)
    No user friendly, Not responsive.
    Slower than tortoise.
    Staff dont got any clue.
    No one cares to answer phone call.
    Even with old website there was hell lot problems, i wont get technical, corporation bank users knows what i suppose to say here.

    Revert back to old website or hire good website designer company, i wonder why a company like infosys design such pathetic, no responsive, slow, old garbage looking website.

    I think, its time to switch bank account. Bye bye Corportaion Bank

    Please bring back old copr retail net banking website portal.

    Or in next 2 months i switch bank account . Seriously

      I am narasimha having sb a/c [protected] with corporation bank vijayanagar mysore. So far i have not taken atm card and even not applied for atm card. But this time bank deducted atm annual charge automatically. I told bank manager about this they said head office has to give permission for reverse. Written complaint already given. Please look in to this matter and oblige.

        Transaction has been failed but money not refunded yet and nobody is answering the helpline number. Kindly do the needful. It's been a week since i am trying to reach the bank helpline but nobody answers and when i went to the branch office they said it can't be done from here. You have to register a complaint and wait for the response. How much more do i have to wait. I want my money back. These people don't understand the gravity of the situation, only procrastinating.

          I sudesh kumari, an account holder in your bank’s branch established in palwal. My complaint is regarding an employee of that branch named mr. Veer singh. As i went to your bank on 31/08/18 for sending an rtgs to my grand daughter’s college with my husband who is also a senior citizen and has an account in your bank too. So we asked him to help us in filling that form and to make it a little fast because it was urgent as our grand daughter was standing in the queue and her admission was totally dependent on that rtgs. But that employee did not maintaned the dignity of senior citizens and disrespected us by using some harsh words and i’m sure many more account holders like me who have deposited there money with full faith and trust in your bank may at times need help regarding such forms or for many other things and if your employees will not help us than who else will. So i request you to take action regarding him as soon as possible so that from now nobody else will have to face such problem.

            Dear bank,

            I akash matta owner of samrat jewellers, nalasopara having an current account with following details in nalasopara branch :

            One of our walk in customer has deposited a cheque of 3.43 lakh in our account on 27th aug, 2018 and sms for the same i have received on 28th aug, 2018 from bank that cheque is presented in my account (Attaching screen shot).

            On 29th aug, 2018 we have checked online and personally with bank as well and they confirmed about clearance of amount and same was continued to 30th aug, 2018 (Attaching screen shot).

            After confirmation from bank we have delivered the gold to the customer.

            Then on 31st aug, 2018 evening around 4:30pm i have received a call from bank saying the cheque amount we are putting on hold.

            I am not able to understand where is my fault is as after confirmation from bank in personal only we have delivered the gold.

            Request you to do not return the amount to the respective bank.

            Kindly help us out in subject matter and revert asap as we have to make payments to our suppliers urgently.

            I have my Internet banking active and i have my login id and password but because of not used in a while I forgot my authorisation password for other activities like ASBA.

              I have done a payment of 1100 inr on 18 aug 2018 using my debit card number [protected] to purchase an item from a shop (Image 1) for which the amount 1100 was deducted from my account. The shop vendor cancelled the previous transaction immediately (Image2) but the amount was not credited back and he again did the same transaction of 1100 (Image 3) and told us to wait for 1-2 days for the void - sale amount to be credited back.

              I have waited more than 12 days also mailed to corporation bank but no response and still the amount is not credited back. Kindly help me in getting the refund for wrong transaction of amount 1100 in my account urgently. I have attached all the images of the transaction slips.

                I am corporation bank customer and my account number is[protected] Devin Parmar), i have tried to withdrawal cash ( Rs. 10000) from SBI ATM ID ( FFBT[protected], but due to area power failure ATM shutdown and cash not dispensed from ATM, TXN date is 13th July-2018, TXN time 8:19. My account was debited but didn't received cash. regarding on this i have two time given written complaint in corporation bank but they have not given satisfactory replay, after one and half month still i have not received my TXN amount in my account. request you to pls do the needful for same.

                I am small salaried person and 10K amount is big amount for me, request you to pls do the needful for same.

                  Amount of 10, 000 is debited from account without any transaction on 28th august 18.
                  I typed an amount of 10, 000 but it flased that you have to transact lesser of that for e. G..8000, so i cancelled the above transaction and requested for amount of 8000 which i received in hand.

                  Kindly resolve the issue and amount as it has still not reflected in my account as soon as possible.

                    This is to bring to your kind notice that i have my savings bank account with corporation bank dharmotalla branch.in the month of november 2017 i have opened a recurring deposit through corporation bank internet banking facility. This deposit was supposed to be monthly deposit and the money directly to be debited from my savings account. Off late i have seen that this auto debit process is very irregular and i have decided to prematurely close the rd account and applied for premature closure through internet banking facility as per the norms. I have applied for the closure a couple of months back but premature closure not done. After that i have visited the corporation bank dharmotalla branch kolkata in the 2nd week of august 2018. They said to try again online after 3-4 days. I did it accordingly but problem not resolved. After that i have called the customer care of corporation bank and as per their guidance i have emailed the issue to webcentre - corporation bank, bangalore. After that series email exchanged and trail of request email i have sent to them, but problem not resolved and i have not got my little amount of money back. Kindly look in to this matter so that i may get back my money with appropriate interest rate at the earliest.

                      Amount of rs11000/- is deducted from my account while doing payment online at mcc website for mbbs registration and transaction failed but amount deducted on 14/06/18 in first attempt at around 9:00pm and then also contact customer care and they told money will be refunded in case of failed transactionwithin 7 days so after half an hour i made the payment again since its the last date to register and this time transaction is successfull but the amount deducted in 1st attempt is still not refunded into my account and its 2 months now so resolve this as soon as possible.

                        My name is roshan bahadur, from hubli.
                        I want to lodge a complaint against the lady in keshwapur branch, hubli.
                        The lady is giving me false statements and bringing caste in middle regarding srudent minor account, and also she said me she is the only manager of that brnach, which i wont think so. Also she said many thinga which are not necessary at all, like the branch not had a loose cheque for the customers, have to get from outside etc. Therefore, i request to take some actions on such employee who is giving false statements to tge customers and trying to create the disputes among castes. Reply me as soon as possible.

                        I have been visiting the bank from past 4 months to transfer the amount from my SB account to cmtru account and close this account but every time they ask for a letter and don't close the account due to which I had to pay fine of the OD and fine to the lic.                             Atm debit card charges debited without issuing pin. And refused to state the balance in my savings account and not printed the exact transaction in my pass book even i request. Whenever i visit the branch the staff sitting in the counter will not give proper reply to my question and shouted at me. The same incident is happened repeatedly.                                 This is to inform you that i have an a/c in branch of large corporate /corporation bank gurgaon near sector 15. A week before i reached there and filled a form for updating my new mob. No. But it is not done till yet in the mean while i called on the desk no. Of branch 100 of times in whole week but they did not pick the phone even a single time.

                                I am having a fracture in my foot which ia why i was unable to visit the branch again. All this happened because of not performing thier duty by the bank staff. I coudnt have arranged money in the week caused me mently stress and loss of health when i am already injured i couldnt have been to hospital due to non availablity of funds.
                                Please look into this matter and i request you to take appropriate acyion against the culprit.

                                  Corporation madikeri branch, which has got the worst elobby service. From past 6 months whenever i go i found the cash deposit machine is switched off, why can't u repair it. Its not the problem of machine, its the worst service purposefully they off the cash deposit machine to minimise they work load. This would be impacting you very badly and i am thinking of closing my account with you. Other banks they r providing excellent elloby services. The officials over the branch think that people are not educated to operate, why not it is their false assumption. Lobby is closed by evening 5p m then what's the matter in having a elobby, we professionals how can we transact, even though the security guard is there elobby is locked. Worst service.

                                      I have home loan account at corporation bank limited baddi.

                                      I made a request to branch manager sir that please extend the tenure of my home loan, he says that you will have to submit all relevant documents to me again. I did the same in may-2018.

                                      But sir till today the work of tenure extension of my home loan has not been done, i had visited the branch and meet branch manager 20 to 25 times. But sadly the result is same my work has not been done.
