i am having an saving account in corporation bank, 0642 bhilai nagar
A-9, A-10 Veer Shanker Market opp. Teen Darshan Mandir, Branch.
IFSC CODE- CORP0000642,
MICR CODE[protected]. In Which, i have tried to withdraw an amount of Rs 10000/- on 10.01.2018 at sbi ATM at supela railway crossing bhilai, durg (c.g).
(ATM WDR 100118, 09:34) but case not dispensed and account was debited for Rs 10000 from my account, also it was not reversed in my a/c till date.
regarding this i have made a complaint to corporation bank many times till date i have not received any clear response from corporation bank.
Corporation Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Hi,

    I have an sb account with corporation bank, rbi layout branch.

    On 25th march, 2018. I have been charged towards debit charges, charged twise (Rs.177 + rs.177).

    When on enquiry at the branch on 26th & 28th march, 2018, i have been informed that it has been charged wrongly and the same will be reversed.

    Till now notting has happened.

    Kindly look into this.

    They (Corporation Bank) never contacted me, but my issue is resolved as they credited back my account with the amount debited earlier.

      Dear sir/ mam,
      I am swetha rajaram, have an sb account in rpc layout, vijayanagar branch, bangalore bearing account no. : [protected].

      I had withdrawn rs. 5, 000 on 26.12.2017 at 6.35pm in hegganahalli corporation atm, but though i didn't receive any amount - my account had been debited rs. 5000.

      I had given complaint letter regarding this issue by letter in the month of january only, but no response and when i visited the corporation bank - rpc layout branch on 03.02.2018, it was conveyed that the letter has been forwarded to main branch - mangalore and it will be processed within one month.

      But till now, i have not got any response from your side.. Kindly, solve my issue and see to it that my amount is credited back at the earliest.

        My account is deducted with total of 805 rs, 6 times in a same day (24th march) 2018. Charges mentioned as "pending queue charges recovered" already i have paid all kind of charges and reactivated my account, why there is a continuous deduction?? Should i use this bank account or shall i close it better, very bad service from corporation bank india, people please be aware and try to do business with such banks

          My account is deducted with total of 800 rs, 7 times in a same day (24th march) 2018. Charges mentioned as "pending queue charges recovered" already i have paid all kind of charges and reactivated my account, why there is a continuous deduction?? Should i use this bank account or shall i close it better, instead of paying the bank unnecessarily?? I am fed-up by paying the money continuously.

              Account, in one message is rs.10000 and other rs.5000. I am not do this transaction
              Then after going to bank to know the information about transactions i entry on passbook and not mention on
              Passbook about transactions. Bank not give me a complete information about transactions
              Please action on my complaint as soon as possible.

                In atm (Atm wdr[protected] at+education dept bang : stan no : 943978) i tried to withdraw rs. 10, 000/- but it was denied, so i later tried t withdraw rs.6000/-, 8000/- and 6, 000/- continuosly and was successfully withdrawn the amount, but in my account statement it is showing rs. 30, 000/- was withdrawn instead of rs.20, 000/-. So kindly check and resolve the issue as the earliest.

                  I am given a letter to corp. Bank, janakpuri, new delhi branch regarding deactivation of above mentioned account on dated :[protected]. But till date never my account activate nor any intimation. Today i came to branch and asking about my account they told me again write a letter or also given a copy of letter which was already given. Sir i have deposit my fdr on dated[protected] in my account cause for need some money but till date the concern officer not activate my/our account. Sir, it therefore requested you to registered my complaint and action against corporation bank branch officer.

                    I am having an saving account in corporation bank nagercoil branch : a/c no: [protected] in which i have tried to withdraw an amount of rs10000/- twice at tmb atm at aralvoimozhi (Atm id tmb31601) but account was debited and not dispensed but was reversed on 26.01.2018 & 27.01.2018 respectively

                    But 22.02.2018 my a/c was unauthorized debited for rs 10000/- by mentioning (Atm id tmb31601) regarding this i have made a complaint to corporation bank on 1.03.2018 but till date i have not received any clear response form corporation bank and their atm cell. For this i have spend more than 2.5 days of time and two days salary of rs 2000/- since the response from corporation bank was clear.

                    I kindly request you good selves to advice in this my money back& you will be grateful

                      Hello this is shweta dubey a regular saving account customer of carporation bank. My account number of carporation bank of branch 1170 noida sec 62 has been changed. To get my new account number i have called many times to my branch but they do not respond to the call. How will i get my new account number if i have lost the message obtained from the bank. Please help as soon as possible.

                        I have a cvpod current account (Eastern clothing) prop atul jain in your model town branch. The branch manager nigam is any 20000₹ without any reason. When i denied to give he harassed me by taking too much time then other people in banking process. Please help me out or i will shifting my account to another bank due to his misbehaving. Many time he asking money for his birthday party. Diwali & other festivals.

                          Yesterday evening 07/03/2018 at 19:26 i used my hdfc atm card and withdrawal 7500 rupees from your bank atm.
                          Atm code - cbpn053820,
                          Location - vashantkunj, delhi 110070
                          Transition reference no - 394979

                          2 notes of two thousand rupees have ink on both side. I tried a lot to use these notes but nobody is accepted these notes.

                          Why you put these notes in atm as it is not accepted in anywhere even not in bank also?
                          Change my note on urgent basis.
                          I attached the image of both notes and the copy of receipt also.

                            I deposited Rs. 3000 on Mar06, 2018 and there was Rs. 62.10 only in my account on Feb10, 2018 and as I deposited Rs.3000 in my account on Mar06, 2018 after that I updated my passbook then there I saw that on Feb20, 2018 amount of RS. 1000 is deducted from my account without any information.

                            I just want to know that why and how this amount is deducted from my account without any kind information.Also I want my amount back to my account.

                              I have been deposited some money in pays bank account but he have recived only some amount that i have payed. The important thing is i deposited the money in selaiyur branch bank. Then i have a receipt has a evidence that i have deposited these much amount. If i didn't recive my money with in 24hrs or with in a day.in pays bank account or refunded to me. I will take a seviour action on your bank. Then i will file a f. I. R case about the action taken placed. And i am really fed up by these kind of service. Then i want a immediet reply for this complaint that i have filed.

                                (Corporation Bank has a 3% response rate on this website, 500 complains and 10 resolved, I'm still gonna tell u how bad it is) This is the email I sent.

                                I have been trying to get my NRI account active for over 6 months now, even if your system is being updated surely by now it must be done.

                                Since June 2017 I tried to activate my account Both online and by calls. In September 2017 I Physically came into the branch filed the forms and was told it will take 24hrs, since then. Every time after that I have called the branch, they say it will be activated in the next 24hours, sometimes they said it will take a week because your system is getting updated.

                                Would like to know what else I need to do to get it activated.

                                I have had this account since 1995. If you cant activate it, Can I withdraw my money and close the account because it's a shame that the bank is working so inefficiently. Money from Western Union is getting transferred into the account but I cant access it.

                                I'm currently staying in Bangalore so when I tried to go to a local branch in Banglore to resolve this they say sorry ur branch is in Mangalore.

                                I have also never received a response to my 10s of emails. Not even a response/acknowledgement saying they have received the email and are looking into the situation.

                                I'm in a no-win situation here, please have a look at the email below which I have sent before just 1 of many.

                                Please Advice what should be my next step.

                                  I visited branch 0639 where my a/c is there a/c no [protected].
                                  Making time with lots of difficulties as am working gave in writing too with their given application to register my mobile for net banking & send me pw on 15/01/18. O. A said would it on same day but not even after many days. I called customer care after trying for days requested he linked it to account but said that you have to visit again branch for linking it to net-banking. My grievances are as follows -

                                  1- before kyc my mobile was registered & was shown on my net page too. But after kyc it was discarded not shown so i was not able to get otp though i had given my mob on kyc form. They (0639) have knowingly discarded as i complained you about harassing me for kyc lest how can a mobile disappear after kyc.

                                  2- will they (0639) send password to my e-mail or address?

                                  3- please write me to whom i should write to if you don't solve mine and stop writing me as you did before?

                                      At the time of availing agriculture loan, the bank is collecting original land tax receipt from the account holder. But it is not giving back after the complete repayment and closing the loan. The land tax receipt is the document showing the possession right of the land owner. If it is not available with the owner, it is impossible for the owner to claim the ownership right. Besides, my village office is asking the original land tax receipt of the previous year for issuing the land tax for the next year for the identification of the genuine owner of the land.in this connection, it is requested to return my land tax original receipt as the loan had been closed through complete repayment.

                                      If the bank cannot resolve the issue, i am compelled to take up the issue to the state government.

                                        Every month ecs deducted rs. 1900 per month but due to some problem ecs return and bank charges some amount but no intimation to us or not call on my mobile or sms to me, again ecs return but there is sufficient balance on said account when i go to the bank for enquiry then they told us about ecs charges then son had send email to bank but there is no action till date, so we are kindly request to you clear the esc problem as early as possible
