I have done imps money transfer from my account today. I received the message from bank that the transfer got rejected but the money is debited from my account. The amount is not recieved by the other party in their account and also i did not get back refund to my account. I tried calling their customer care toll free number but its been busy ever since. Its very urgent. Please can anyone help me to get my money credited back to my account.

    I made a purchase on google play using corporation bank's e-purse. For some reason it had to be refunded back. Google play promptly processed the request within a day itself and made the refund to the bank. However, the slow moving p. S. U. Corporation bank is yet to reflect it on my account even after more than an year and repeated requests! The officials are still passing the blame from one person to another.

    I have contacted corp epurse helpline, emailed [protected]@corpbank.co.in, cms core branch (Corpbank-0872) but yet not received the money. All i got is blame shifting from one department to another true to the saying "everybody's responsibility is nobody's responsibility"

    Even a notice of legal action has not persuaded them.

    My effort to retrieve the money has significantly more than 200rs. I was originally supposed to get. Along with 200rs refund to my ewallet, i want compensation for mental stress i had to go through, all my cost of drafting emails, internet charges for repeatedly internet cafe visits, compensation for loss of my valuable time, delay charges, substandard work charges, any legal or other expenses i incur as a consequence of this unfortunate behavior on behalf and meaningful pecuniary penalty on them so that big companies don't get away harassing the small customers.

        On 12th feb, i tried to withdraw 10000 rupees for 3 times. Among that, 1 transaction failed. I got 20000 and 10000 failed. Amount refunded for the failed transaction at the next minute itself. On 20th feb, 10000 deducted from my account abruptly without prior notification. When i inquired in bank, they are stating that the reversal of failed transaction has been deducted. I don't know whats happening. Now my account is running in minus. Less minimum charges will also be deducted again.

        I got my income of rupees 9673. It has been debited for the minus amount which is the invalid deduction by the bank. I need my amount. Please help!

            My name is jayadeep and i am an uk settled individual, holder of nri account number 196 and sb account number 3546 at corporation bank, varkala branch, kerala.in 2014, i had deposited 12 lakh inr in my sb account and had claimed a load of 3, 50, 000 inr. The interest rate of the deposited amount was not given regularly and properly but the interest for the loan taken from the fd was charged. I had contacted the branch manager (Whose name i cant remember, he is from karnataka) and the assistant manger, ms athira, several times regarding the issue. They replied saying my loss is a huge amount and it is because of some software issues and that they will contact the head office and help to get my money back. I had given written complaint thrice and had contacted them over phone many times but i could never receive a proper response from their part after. Now, when i call them to talk regarding the issue their behavior is extremely rude and intolerable, especially from the manager. Its been over an year since i had lodged the complaint but the response from their part had been very rude and disrespectful, of which once they said they had missed the written complaint i submitted, and demanded me to lodge another complaint. But even after then was no response from their part. Now, i am not able to get regular bank statements nor i can get any response for emails sent to the branch. The bank accounts and safe lockers of myself and my family members are all in the same branch. If i don't get a proper response soon, i will have to withdraw all our accounts from your bank because the response is getting completely intolerable. I humbly request you to consider the issue seriously and take an appropriate action against this totally rude behavior from the concerned manager and the assistant manager and help me sort the issue to get my interest rate that was unnecessary charged.

                I would like to inform you that i made a rtgs payment of inr 334, 305.90 on 31.01.2018 to the following account for my newly purchased flat at noida. Account detail :
                M/s supertech limited, ifs code : corp0001170, account no.-[protected], bank name & branch-corporation bank, sec-62, noida

                Now the receiver m/s supertech limited says money has not been transferred. However, my bank statement shows the amount has been transferred. I made two rtgs transfer to the above account earlier also which were received by m/s supertech.
                On the other hand money has not ben returned to my account too.

                After several reminders the corporation bank noida branch is not responding. I shall be very very thankful if you kindly confirm if the amount has been transferred to account of m/s supertech limited.

                Since i stay out side india, it is difficult for me to follow up personally by visiting your branch.

                  I have opened a senior citizen saving account in dwarka br.2103, new delhi on 22/01/2018. My a/c no. Is 2103scss01336. As per branch manager for issue of computerized pass-book facility is not available with branch. Manager has issued a manual pass-book.
                  I want to open a/c joint with my wife. As per branch manager correction is not possible. Please direct him to issue computerized pass-book and my wife name may be added in my sssa.

                    I went to corporation bank sector 16 branch on 3rd feb 2018 at around 11:15 am. There was no bank staff except security guard.
                    And that security guard told to me wait, because of server down issue.
                    After 15-20 minutes, one bank staff came and suggested me to wait.
                    I waited till around 1 pm and then left. And again i visited the same branch on 17 feb 2018. There was a bank employee named mr. Bk dubey he told me server is down but after 5-7 minute he gave me net banking kit & took my signature on their register then i left the bank. On 23-feb-2018 around 5.15pm i received the call from mr. Bk dubey he said return the netbanking kit to bank because bank already isssue you a netbanking service reagarding this matter you just email to[ [protected]@corpbank.co.in ]but i don't have netbanking service.

                    Please do me some favor and take necessory steps regarding my problem. Please take strict action to these bank staff asap.

                    On 23-Feb-2018 around 5.15pm i received the call from Mr. BK Dubey .Mr. BK Dubey call me on 19th feb . I type 23 feb instead 19 feb
                    On 04th Feb, i did a transaction on a shop amounting to Rs. 4400. Amount was debited from my card whereas the shopkeeper copy of receipt said that the "Transaction has failed". No amount has been received despite of follow up with bank, who promised that the amount will be refunded within 10 days, which are already done.
                    Dear Sir please you unlok my atm password

                      I borrowed a home loan from Corporation Bank (Gachibowli Branch), Hyderabad on 09/09/2016. I have given standard instructions to the bank for ECS deduction of the EMI amount from my salary account (Standard Chartered) on 9th of every month. Since then there has been a regular ECS deduction of the EMI from my account as scheduled on 9th of every month or the next working day. There has never been a single day delay of even single EMI payment.
                      Recently, when I checked my CIBIL report, it shows that the bank has reported a delay of 22 days in the months of June and October each.
                      I raised a dispute with CIBIL regarding this and received a mail from CIBIL stating that I need to contact the bank for any rectification in DPDs as they are reported by the bank.
                      When I approached the Bank's branch manager (Gachibowli) branch, he was helpless either saying that I need to contact the head office as all cibil reportings are handled at the HO.
                      This erroneous /incorrect reporting of my repayment by the bank has affected my cibil score.
                      I request the concerned authorities to look into this ASAP.

                          At the time of availing agriculture loan, the bank is collecting original land tax receipt from the account holder. But it is not giving back after the complete repayment and closing the loan. The land tax receipt is the document showing the possession right of the land owner. If it is not available with the owner, it is impossible for the owner to claim the ownership right. Besides, my village office is asking the original land tax receipt of the previous year for issuing the land tax for the next year for the identification of the genuine owner of the land. In this connection, it is requested to return my land tax original receipt as the loan had been closed through complete repayment.

                            Hi team,

                            I have ordered a product from amazon website on 31st january 2018, unfortunately the order got cancelled after 2 days on the way before reaching me because of some issue from theirs end. The amount rs. 919 has already been deducted from the account and amazon has processed a message and a mail to initiate the refund on[protected]. But still the amount is not been reflected into my corporation bank account.

                            Please find the authorization code for the refund[protected] sent to me by amazon in mail and message to be given to corporation bank customer care, i called corporation bank cc but cc representative failed to comply my request.

                            Kindly process the pending refund from your end at the earliest as the refund detail was mailed to me by amazon as... Refund initiated on 8th february 2018.
                            Please help asap

                              Dear sir,
                              We have one fixed deposit account at your aralasurali branch. It got matured on 30.12.2014. When we approached your nanjangud branch, the branch at the the palce where we are presently residing, to enquire the account and to got it transferred to your nanjangud branch. Branch officials, accountant is murmuring complaining your connectivity and the system and i was informed to contact aralasurali branch. When i contacted the bm, he told we need to open sb account, for which we told we are ready. Then we have been informed by the bm that we have to wait till the april to open sb account. When we requested to enquire whether, fixed deposit has automatically renewed, he told that he cannot enquire term deposit account for which i have to approach the home branch.
                              Please clarify in corporation bank, can an employee of non home branch verify fixed deposit account of other branch.

                                Hi i got neft on[protected]. But amount is not credited to my account. It is showing the previous balance. And one more am not getting messages if money is credited. Even net banking is showing invalid details if i gave valid details also. If i call customer care it will be coming as busy. If i want to link account to my phonepay even that also wont work. I want to know which service will work properly in your bank. If you are not able to handle the issues why you are giving these offers. You can recruit more people if you are that much busy. Iam suffering form net banking from past 2 months. Its very annoying fro customers

                                  Please note that i received a call from buildyourcareer.in organisation and they asked me to register for getting jobs by paying 2870/-

                                  Later i noticed that it is a fraudulent call. I called back them, but there was no response from their end. I tried multiple times, but still no luck.

I written mailed 4-5 times to webcenter banglore and my parent bank branch of dilshad colony, delhi. no response is given to me yet. though i have approched to bank 7-8 time also.

I asked him and other staffs to change my old cheque book and issue a new cheque book both nre and nro as presently holding cheque book is an old edition and cheque number have been altered by hand by the corporation bank staff. It looks suspicious and vague.

                                    So i request you to intervene in this matter and do the needful for me to get newly issued cheque book both for nre and nro

                                      I am having housing loan in corporation bank chandwad branch (Nashik). I have been making regular payment to the bank, then to the bank is showing incorrect report from the past 6-8 months, because of this incorrect report shown to cibil, the cibil has shown my account as negative effect on my credit score and report. Furthermore, i request you to generate my new report with correct details immediately.
                                      Please resolve the issue as earliest as possible as i have been facing this issue from the past 8 months.

                                        It's a disappointing view that whenever we go to bank branch. Their is no link available at the branch. We being a working employee we also have to rush to our job. But when your system is only not working then it's too difficult..

                                        If this is the case then why you cannot upgrade your system.?

                                        Do you think we are fools to just watse our time at your branch.
                                        When we even try to call at branch they don't pick up the calls too.

                                        I'm talking about nallasopara branch east. (Near achole rd.)

                                        Is this your service towards the customer???
