I have a sb account in corporation bank s. C. Road bangalore bearing [protected], i went for applying for a atm card on 24th november 2017.
Despite given complaint on 25th november nobody has responded. I wonder that for giving a simple atm card the bank people take more than 15 days, which tells that they are giving a world class banking service. If the atm card will not come i will complain to the next level.

    I am shyamsundar my account number is [protected]. I drew some money on[protected] at kvb bank atm time is 3:17 pm and my debit card number is[protected]. I didn't get the money from the bank but it shows that i drew money from the bank in my account i complaint it through letter and with atm slip on 1st november. I would like to solve my problem

      i had obtained education loan bearing no.LICU/01/170100 from corporation bank, kedar brach, villupuram district, tamilnadu in the year 2008. At the time of granting education loan my father had given original sale deed document no.1078/1989 on the file of sro, Anniyur as collateral security. the above said education loan was paid under RIYAYATIV on 27/11/2017. thereafter I had approached the branch manager for return the original sale deed on 04/12/2017 he stated that he does not know about the original sale deed document and the same was no procedure to follow to be given original document . the branch manager stated that i don't know about your original sale deed and you can approach any forum, no one nothing to do for me .kindly i request you concern authority may be directed to return back the original sale deed which is retained by the corporation bank.

        We have at-least 7-8 accounts in this reputed bank (Corporation bank, kabir nagar, shahdara). I went there today for receive my new atm pin application which is held since a month. Unfortunately employ of that one counter is on leave. And when i goes to manager cabin and asked to him - "why no one is there" he frequently said - "mai kya karu fir come on coming tuesday" as an existing customer from this bank - what i got? A insult? Is that a behavior of a bank's manager (Panday)? As a gentle guy i leave cabin and bank. Really frustrating and unhappy with this bank's manager and employs behavior. Some of employs of this bank is really very nice. But if manager is like that i don think so this bank will be survive more. Service of this bank is really frustrating.

        Will remove my family's accounts from this bank. I have so many better options. And now i do not want anything from this bank services. Even manager do not know what is the meaning of management.

        Thanks for your worst services.

        In a petrol pumb while i doing my payment i had swipe my card on there swiping mechine. Unfortunately i got debited messege 2 times. But i didnt get any aknowledgement slip. Not only that. Mechine showing something error messege. Now i have lost my 200Rs

Last one year poor performance in the branch. No atm functioning during 6 months. I complainted to the branch manager but no response. Every time i lost money for using other atms. Kindly arrange useful steps.

            My mother-in-law smt. Krishna devi was maintaining a sb account no. [protected] with corporation bank, branch office: hisar (Haryana) for drawal of old-age pension disbursed by social welfare department haryana state.

            We submitted the intimation of death of smt. Krishna devi on 06.06.2017 to the branch and requested to settle the claim amount in favor of nominee smt. Neeta dhingra. On receiving sms on the registered mobile we approached the branch on 07.09.2017 to get the dd of settlement of the due balance lying in the above deceased account-holder. A madam namely mrs. Pushpa who was working as section in charge of corporation bank branch office hisar has rudely in a loud pitch replied that the account is not yet closed and no dd is prepared. I reiterated that an sms in my mobile indicate that the account is closed. The madam mrs. Pushpa again loudly and violently asked me to show the sms and when i shown her the sms she asked the peon to deliver him dd; meaning thereby that she intentionally and deliberately was harassing me. I honestly did not know if i had somehow done something wrong or if she was having a bad day but this is not a way to treat clients and customers and i strongly protest it.
            Being aggrieved from the rough behavior on the part of that lady i went to the cabin of branch manager shri ravinder singh (Tel. No.[protected] to explain my grievance where the same lady also immediately came and loudly and rudely said to me that whether she should give paper for making a written complaint. But the manager has not paid any heed to my complaint about the rude behavior of madam mrs. Pushpa.
            Before leaving the branch premises, i politely again asked to said madam to let me know the reason of such a harsh behavior to me and motivated her to simply offer regret to me for the above wrong acts on her part for redressal of my grievances. Instead she again loudly cried in anguish tone “to do whatever you like” in the presence of the guard of the branch. The guard too instead of consoling me about the incident has also dealt me badly.
            I request you to please look into the matter and take disciplinary action against the above erring officials so that such a nuisance activity is not repeated in the branch and inform me the outcome of the course of action.

B 58/f2, royal apartment dilshad colony, delhi – 110 095 finance by your branch and closed as on 26.07.2012 and the the the same was not handed over to me, must be laying in the bank loan file..

              Kindly provide a copy of the sale deed as requested as early as possible.

                  I has used the corporation bank debit card ([protected]) at sree ratnam oil, petrol bunk and purchase petrol for rs.753. But the same has been double debited to my sb ac [protected], corporation bank, vadavalli branch, coimbatore, tamilnadu.

                  I had a lodged a written complaint regarding the same on 06-11-17 in the above mentioned corporation bank. No action has been taken, to address this issue.

                        As my father has two fixed deposit is in the two banks one is bank of baroda and other one is in corporation bank after the maturity of my fixed deposit my tds was cut it is not the issue but the corporation bank did not supported me and he did not sent my detail to the income tax office as the same in bank of baroda same things happen but the manager of bank of baroda had manage to do on time but the manager of the corporation bank did not received my complaint as my very old customer to the bank please take some against him

                          Myself rajesh kumar a/c no 10300 at amritsar branch facing problem for the last 1/1-2 weak in this regard visit the branch 3/4 times. My debitcard was not working and i gave them to issue me new card, after a long wait my card came to bank. And when ever i goes to bnk to collect my card the concernd person gave so many reasons like payment rush no time today, system not working, & today18/11 i go es to bank 10.05am no body there after some time when came &i work start at 10.20 am and at10.30am i got the reply there is some problem u came on monday. Its take72 hours to reesolve the issue. My mobile no is there, at notbandi this branch also very bad to customers. They should be relised they are public servants public is not there servants. And one more punjabi should be removed from this branch so they should know the value of job.

                                As der are no much employee here, one employee is debiting cheques n crediting account from one counter oly, wen my turn was der for chequered withdrawal i waited for 2 hrs fr my turn for token call n den der was nt written token no on my cheque, so he waited me for another half an hour due to their mistake, i have to wait for my money withdrawal... Please take actions or else i have to withdraw my account and also 200+ my friends, relatives account. It will be loss to your bank... Take this complaint seriously..

                                  On 1st october 2017 i requested a transaction of Rs.1000 to my mobikwik wallet but the amount was deducted thrice from my account. so Rs 2000 is debited from my account by mistake i told the issue to the bank officials they told me to get assistance from mobikwik. the mobikwik officials provided me the wallet statement which do not tally with the bank statements as bank has deducted more amount from my account.
                                  Please corporate with me and assist me so that my amount will be refunded as soon as possible.

                                    I have home loan with corporation bank padmanabhanagar branch vide a/c#[protected].

                                    After visiting twice to the branch (Make a note that no response to phone calls either manager nor home loan staff responds), i got the provisional certificate with errors.

                                    Again i visited twice and explained about errors. No solution as of now.

I have remitted due amount of rs.84200 vide my sb account cheque.763183 dt. 04.11.2017 at corporation bank, bhavani branch, tamilnadu. And the amount is debited from my sb account i received a message for the transaction to my mobile no.[protected]. Also the due amount for my credit card 84170.88 debited from the sb account [protected] on 07.11.2017 without consent for auto debit from my sb account. Kindly verify the transactions in my sb account and recredit the amount taken for the second time to the purpose said above.

                                        I request you to instruct your staffs to receive land line calls at manipal branch. We know their problems, but its majorly head office problem because in such a big branch you have deputed your people who are about to retire and entire year same thing is in progress. We are suffering like anything and also opened new accounts in axis bank too for transactions. We are not getting sms in accounts also. Complained many time to branch. They told its hub problem.

                                        My suggestion to maintain a receptionist in big branch as it is necessary at manipal & udupi branch as in sbi branches.
