I (Ramakrishna Konda) joined Country Vacations on Saturday 6/2/2016 (2 days ago) in Pune (ITI road, Parihar Chowk, Aundh, Pune). I was asked to pay amount Rs. 100, 000 for membership of 5 years and also gave the offer of Country Club membership for free of 99 years.
Also I was informed that Country Vacations offer free of interest EMI with ICICI bank and said only around Rs. 1660 will be charged every month till 5 years.

This EMI facility and free family country club membership of 99 years have convinced me and my wife to pay the amount of Rs. 100, 000 and thought there would be no much burden on me. But now they denied to offer the EMI with no interest and said it would be the bank's responsibility.

I was disappointed on charging the Rs. 8500 now on every year for Country Club membership and this was not explained.

Actually I lost my father and in trouble to serve the needs of my family now. I also 've a baby daughter and need to take care.
Could you please help on the issue (or) cancel membership and refund Rs. 100, 000? Please do me a favour.

I Gvvsn murthy has been cheated with company country vacations by wrong promise.Ms mamata had explained about country vacations and initial deposit 25000/_collected, and promised go for one vacation and if you do not like you can cancel it membership and take back ur money .but now they are not allowed to take holiday home without full payment. I am cheated by Country Vacations, JP Nagar, Bangalore branch dated 10th of January 2016, initially they called my wife saying that, you won the prize and holiday gift voucher of 25000 Rs., come and collect with your spouse. when i went there they gave presentation for 1 hour by Mr.Satyaprakash (representative, mob:[protected]) and Mr. Vikram Sing (manager, mob:[protected]) they (offered me holiday package with nonsense false promises) as listed below.
1. Every year free stay for 6 nights 7 days nationally/international in 5 star hotel for 5 years. I can take up to 12 members without any extra charges. Where as while booking my first holiday, their representative Ms Rebecca told the package I have taken is 2nights 3days. And can not take other members for free. Even the legal document show 2 nights 3days but they still told sir its 6nights7days.
2. One time payment no other charges like AMC etc..
3. Free candle night dinner every month without any extra charges
4. Free 3days international stay as a complimentary welcome pack
5. Facility of Resale holiday package at any time with same price.
6. Lifetime membership to two other chain of clubs.
7. And he agreed to compensate rs8000 paid in excess of HDFC card EMI, promised to give sodexo coupons

They asked to sign agreement, agreement was not containing any of such benefits, On asking about it they said you will get all benefits details with welcome kit and membership card, 30 spa vouchers. all these benefits on the package of 75000Rs, I asked them to give me one day to think, but they pressurized and said this offer is valid for today only. they did not gave time. i blindly trusted them as they are MNC hotel. I paid total amount 75000 Rs using my HDFC card.

Now while booking my first holiday the lady is asking extra money for additional members and says as per my package only 2nights and 3days are allowed not 6nights and 7 days.

None of their numbers are reachable. Even their so called head office numbers just rings, nobody attends.

Now i want to cancel my membership. I have already sent a mail as per the cooling off period of within 10 working days of membership.

I cheated by country vacation (country club branch, KPHB, hyderabad) dated 20th of August 2012, Initially they called me saying that, you won the prize and gift voucher of 25000 Rs., come and collect with your wife. when i went there they gave presentation for 2 hour by Mr.Venkat (representative)and Mr.faseehuddin (manager) they (offered me holiday package with false promises) as listed below. 1. Free lunch and party invite coupons every weekend 4. Flight tickets for 2 members as a complimentary welcome pack 5. Free 10days international stay as a complimentary welcome pack 6. free cab facility 4. Facility of Resale holiday package at any time with same price. 5. We'll get you credit card facility to pay in 18 months of time. 6. Lifetime membership in country club begumpet. They asked to sign agreement, agreement was not containing any of such benefits, On asking about it they said you will get all benefits details with welcome kit and membership card. all these benefits on the package of 36000Rs, I asked them to give me one day to think, but they pressurized and said this offer is valid for today only. they did not gave time. i blindly trusted them as they are MNC hotel. I paid as a initial amount 36000 Rs. After i went to their club in begumpet i realized about them because they completely backed off all the promises they made and they pressurized me to pay the AMC to use facities over there and they did not allow me inside..no passes has been given and even water bottle cost is 50 rs there in begumpet club... and i requested them to cancel my membership as, i have not used any of services from their package and even not interested in doing, but they denied by saying agreement is clearly says non refundable. We were called for presentation in thane mumbai on 25 june 2015 and offer 6 night and 7 day holiday in any where in india and paid 5000, we were promised fully arranged holiday with loclal site seing and other concession in food and culb facilities, now no body is responding to complaints

They have different kinds of vacation products like just India, India+Asia and International depending on product you need to pay them the money. During all these the sales representative provided a lot of information on a 'white paper' and at the end they provided the amount to be paid. I asked the sales representative for 4-5 times to provide me the actual terms and conditions letter but he just kept this postponing with some or the other thing and meantime asked to provide my credit card, unfortunately I handed over the card and and was swiped in no time to deduct 1, 65, 000 Rs. After sometime the guy came back with purchase agreement which did not had any of the mentioned by the representative. And also in the agreement there were a lot of contradictory statements with respect to the benefits told during the presentation. I asked and argued for 2 hours to get these corrected and the sales representative and his manager kept on giving irrelevant answers. Finally I asked them to cancel the transaction as I'm not feeling it trustworthy and give back my money the sales manager simply said they cannot as my membership is already created. Also both sales representative and manager finally convinced me that all the benefits they mentioned will be coming as part of the welcome kit I'm going to receive in another 3 days and got me to sign the agreement. Dear Sir/Madam; I and my husband went to shopping mall arond 18th december where we were said to fill the coupen with name and mobile no. for lucky prize. We filled it. After some days on 24th December; a phone came and said that i was a lucky winner of 4 free gifts but we both have to come to a Golden Gate Hotel and attend the 1 and 1/2 hour seminar. We agreed and went there in time but their meeting was held in basement fully covered -no fresh air can come in it and they made our mobile silent and then in a room there are 6 to 8 tables and representatives to hypnotise all o[censored]s and they made all the false commitment about their Country Vacations Membership.And they donot let us go from11-15 to 2-45P.M. they washed out brains and aggresively made us to take the membership without any time for thinking or discussing with each-other or other family-members.They didnot let me read the agreement; and make me signed and took 10000 rs..Afterthat also i called them MR. Pratik D. Dave (mobile no. [protected]) and Ankur Patel (mobile no. [protected]) and asked them that what they have said me is totally different from the company's signed agreement.But Ankur says that you have not to worry about. We are taking our customer's care and do all the favor beyond this agreement Ankur said that withthis country vacations membership you have not to pay taxes for the room and they are giving country club membership worth 1, 50, 000 rs absolutely free.. But i read in the agreement that it worths only 25, 000 rs.Ankur said that they cannot mention all the things Otherwise the agreement would become 30 pages.But after that i read on the website that i was also be cheated with all of other members In tne agreement it is clealy mentioned that their representative or manager says or write anything is not binding to them.company has clearly mentioned it. So i want to cancel the membership and want my money back.

I am sambasiva Rao Chekuri (membership idCVHYD7CLUB3SB2121). i have taken memeber ship in CV office in mentioned above address. They have called me to come for gift collection, As part of 1 hour presentation they said its special offer/package they are giving to me as part 25 years celebrations of CV. Anilbabu Manager Country vacations NSL MALL, 5th phase KPHB Hyderabad VenuGopal Ch Sales executive Country vacations NSL MALL, 5th phase KPHB Hyderabad Anil he him self introduced him as manager and Venugopal Ch has introduced him self as sales executive. I spoke with Anil( As he is a manager from country vacations ) & Venugopal regarding package details on 08/12/2015 between 4:45PM to 7:00PM in above mentioned address. As (Me with Anil& Venugopal) discussed and they were agreed with Some points / facilities that can be provided by CV with the package which I have taken . And also i have mentioned the points which are differring with document you have given and points sales executive has informed me. 1. Vacations will be valid for 30 years (6 Nights and 7 days) + for first 3 year i will be getting (3days+2 nights) additional vacation days as compliment. Now they are (anil/Venu) saying i will get only 3days& 2 nights as per official Later and i will get yearly 7days&6nights vacations coupons. But in document its written as 3 days/2 nights package for 3 years period. If this (getting vacation coupons in future) is true then i need a written proof for that, if don't get coupon in future. Proof with manager sign and CV stamp. For this i need a written proof with Anil's signature as a manager or Anils manager signature & CV stamp. 2. As a family I can travel with 8 members (6 adults + 2 children’s) But In Document its there vacation is only for 4 members(2Adults+ 2 children). For this i need a written proof with Anil's signature as a manager or Anils manager signature & CV stamp. 3. For Country vacations (country club) Membership 5000 Rs is annual maintenance, If I use the vacations then only I have to pay the maintenance else no need to pay. now you are saying that i have to give my vacation for rent to clear the maintenance. For this i need a written proof with Anils signature as a manager or Anils manager signature & CV stamp. 4. No need to pay any taxes(service tax or any other on accommodation bills) or any money to for accommodation of all my vacations; All will be paid by company. For this i need a written proof with Anil's signature as a manager or Anils manager signature & CV stamp. 5. Sightseeing charges will be taken care by company (if I want to go with personal vehicle only fuel charges need to be paid by me) If i go for any vacation all the charges which are required for local sight seeing will be taken care by CV company. 6. While staying –Accommodation break first and dinner will be free as a compliment, this charges will be paid by company For this i need a written proof with Anils signature as a manager or anils manager signature & CV stamp. 7. Plot must be with Northeast and two side road. For this i need a written proof with Anils signature as a manager or anils manager signature & CV stamp. 8. The registration charges for plot will be around 13-15K . if I don’t want this plot I can sell this to Company and they will give 150000 per plot.while explaining in the package they said 50000Rs is for Registration and development. If I don't development for that plot they will charge around 13k to 15k as for government value. Now in Document we have a clause like "second party has to pay 50, 000Rs for plot registration", I showed the same to sales executive(Mr Venu), He agreed that is his mistake, that he didn't inform. Now i am ready for the plot registration with the mentioned cost of Rs13/15K For this i need a written proof with Anils signature as a manager or anils manager signature & CV stamp. 9. 30 SPA coupons will be sent to me for every year. For this i need a written proof with Anils signature as a manager or anils manager signature & CV stamp. 10. I can attend to all events that organized by Country club or country vacations without any changes./ no need to pay any money for that. For this i need a written proof with Anils signature as a manager or anils manager signature & CV stamp. 11. For food and dining I will get 40% off on hotel price (country club or any other hotels --where ever company provides accommodation for me or my family). For this i need a written proof with Anils signature as a manager or anils manager signature & CV stamp. 12. The amount I have paid through the Axis bank credit card (50000 Rs + 29000 Rs) and axis bank debit card 1000 Rs and SBI credit card 110000 Rs The above mentioned amount I have paid to CV, with mentioned agreed points. I have received these transactions as POS/COUNTRY CLUB - AM/HYDERABAD. CC/CV & Anil & Venu are responsible for the payment what I have done to CV, If not then I can consider that you will be completely agree to cancel my transaction by raising Dispute by me with the respective banks. I have individual bills for each and every transaction. 13. Anil as you said you’re the responsible person from Country vacations, I need to contact if I have any concern. But now he is saying that he is the responsible person but, he was not ready to give his official mail id for contact. I need his official phone no/email id and his supervisor / managers phone no as contact details. So that i can contact them if i have any emergency while vacation. 14. As Anil/Venu said, i can use CC/CV or cc/cv linked function halls 6 times in a year. Using the party hall in country club / country vacation with free of cost (including the electricity, decorations) for 6 times in a year. For this i need a written proof with Anils signature as a manager or anils manager signature & CV stamp. 15 As Anil/Venu said, they will reverse the service tax of the transactions which i have paid through the credit /Debit cards. For this i need a written proof with Anils signature as a manager or anils manager signature & CV stamp. 16 As Anil/Venu said this package covers the insurance upto 5laks and madiclaim up to 1 lack also. But its not there in document. For this i need a written proof with Anils signature as a manager or anils manager signature & CV stamp. 17 As Anil/Venu said that I can use the country club / country vacation card/Coupons for my friends or relations with some additional ID proof. But in Document its is not allowed. For this i need a writen proof with Anils signature as a manager or anils manager signature & CV stamp. 18 If I am not satisfied at any time, I can write a compliant letter to the office where I take the membership and I can cancel the membership at any time. Its not mentioned in document. For this i need a written proof with Anils signature as a manager or anils manager signature & CV stamp. Based above agreed conditions I have paid the 1, 90, 000 to the country vacations in front of Anil & Venugopal Ch, If they are not authorised persons from country Vacations then I will consider this as personal cheating and I will go for transaction cancelations. f yes for all the facilities mentioned, then please let me know the feassable time so that i can meet you (anil & venugopal) in your office in above mentioned address to collect the aggreed points as document/Bond paper. ########################### After that till 24-Dec-2015 I have called to CV customer care and sales executive several times. a. I took membership (CVHYD7CLUB3SB212125) on 08-Dec-2015 with Sales executive(Venu & Anil) false promises. (recorded agreed points) b. On[protected] I went to branch and discussed with venu &Anil ; They said I will get response in 24 Hrs (Not received any response yet) c. On[protected], I have sent a mail (including central customer care ) (Not received any response yet) d. On[protected], I called up Nandu and he said he would give reply and will confirm on Friday after[protected] after management meeting (Not received any response yet) e. On[protected], I called up Venu and I told him that, I want to meet NSL MALL Branch manager to report on my issues, He said come and meet on[protected] at 7 PM to clear my issues. f. On[protected], I went to NSL MALL Branch and met Mr Ravi & Venu and Spoke with Nanadu(On call), They confirmed that they would resolve my issues on Tuesday[protected]Not resolved yet) g. On[protected], I went to NSL MALL Branch and met Venu, He said I can’t do anything now, He needs to discuss with his management on my case and then only he can give reply on that after Jan 1st (Not confirm any dates) Very poor response from team, and customer is not important for them only money is main for them

We were called by Raju ([protected]) from country vacations that we won second prize from Hyderabad Central Mall and received the gift worth of Rs. 35000/- and they gave us some presentations faking us for 3 hours with several options like free cars, pick ups, drops and booking before 10 days before the trip, and made us shell 2 lakh rupees for a Platinum membership card. Once the agreement is received it is having several loop holes. Date of the incident:- 24/12/2015 Membership # - CVHYD6BPCLUB30LB212997

Below is the complaint made via email:-

"This company is all about telling lies.While taking the membership they promised us about Resorts or Tie ups all across the world and we also asked him specifically about Malaysia and they said yes to that also but now when we enquired about it he said that we dont have any tieups there.It is also damn hard to call them as whenever they pick up they will give some other no. and ask to contact on it.
What kind of company is this i dont believe.
Also when we call on the Customer care they always ask us to call on some other number.

We have already paid up 35000 out of the 70, 000(Membership fee) and greatly regret it.

I had also put my grievance on their company email twice but there was no response which shows the true nature of this company.

The sales guy named Shushovan which was completely involved along with prabir kundu in telling huge lies while selling the membership to us has not taken our calls till date despite calling him on several occasions.

Another thing which they hid was that for inquiring for vacations we need to go to another place in Topsia which is about 10 Kms from my house.Had they told us this before we would have never took the membership.

The sales people hired by this company reflects about your company.All of you are big time liars."

After the above mail the head office had contacted me around 6 months back and i told them that i dnt want to continue to which he said fine.

Now today 18-12-15 i get a call from the Kolkata office from where i took the membership they say that i need to return all the docs and pay 2000 as cancellation charges.In the Memberhship Deed there is no such thing written and its clearly mentioned that if within 45 days after membership if there is any unpaid amount left the the amount will be forfeited and hence if i am not wrong the membership will be cancelled.

This is to inform you that, I Sabita Biswas Membership no- CVKK1CLUB10LB190138 went your office(Dhakshinapan Subham Building) on 15.12.14 due to getting call ([protected])that you have been selected as a lucky (Getting coupon from BigBazar)amongst others so They sent me to sms to come our office with your wife, as per that we went their office.There was lot of country club members.Mr.Jit Chatterjee who convinced us to the member of their organization, that person told us all fake information with the help of Mr.Wasim Mondal(T.O.Manager).They forcefully to convinced us, that I will get 10 years membership with their organization against RS-121000 and every year you would get 6 days package tours and 30 times spa facility. But they told you can avail those once you will get card.So we were agreed.That s why I paid 31ooo right now and remaining 90, 000 I had to pay later.They told me against 31000 you would avail 1 no package tour & 15 times spa facility also. But When I went through all agreement copy, there was all wrong information was listed their as they commited verbally.after few days later when I received cards, I approached Wasim Mondal(T.O.MANAGER) regarding package tour & spa facility, he avoided.I called several times on his mobile, but he did not picked up the phone calls.sometimes he picked up but he told me to call later, same things applied by Jit Chatterjee also.Even I did not receive any spa facility and package tour also.one day I called Wasim again regarding these, but he told me that you had to pay remaining amount then you would avail those facility. Then I understand they cheated us.So I went their Kolkata office several times to get my money refund.Unfortunately I was harrashed. I called Wasim([protected]) several times to get my money refund but he strictly avoided.I called Hydrabad office regarding these issue.They told me you would get money refund from kolkakata office.But still I did not received the money.I want to get my all money back with RS-35000/-. Member Name:Neha Agarwala & Nirmal Agarwala Membership no:CVKK37CLUB10LB199314 Amount Paid: Rs 65000.00 I, Nirmal Kumar Agarwala, along with my wife Neha Agarwala, was invited to visit Country Club Fitness Ground Floor City Center 2 Mall, Rajarhat, Major Arterial Rd, Action Area IID, Newtown, Kolkata, West Bengal-700157 on 01.05.2015. We were attended by your executive Mr Atanu Das and later by Mr Ranjeet Show (turn over manager) and as usual we were caught in your trap and paid Rs 65000.00 which is my hard earned money. I am sure you are used to this kind of mail where the modus operandi of siphoning of innocents peoples money is exactly the same. So I am not going to repeat that whole thing. I was told by Mr Das before signing the so called agreement that if in any stage we want to cancel this thing we would get the money refund back. This the just the beginning of the set of lies that this company teaches its executives to trap people.They told me that the amount of Rs 65000.00 that I would pay, will be converted into 12 emi's and I would not have to go to Bank or contact them for this purpose. But it did not happen. When I received the bill for my credit card, I had to pay the entire bill by prematurely closing my Fixed Deposit. When I asked Mr Das about it, he completely denied saying anything about the emi and as usual denied of the refund when I asked him about the cancellation of the membership. Its been six months that I have been trying to contact Kolkata customer care and even visited Topsia office in kolkata.I have talked to centralised customer care several times but to no effect. It all seems that you have attitude like 'we are the partners in the same crime, so dont expect anything from us'. If you argue that just because we have signed the agreement which was made on false promises and unethical practices, its just not done. I think its absolutely irrelevant to mention that I am a govt employees and will not going to accept this nonsense.Since I have not used any of your facilities, I want my money back as early as possible. Its needless to mention that the complaints against country vacations are in huge numbers and the kind of negative publicity will going to harm this company sooner or later. I was promised below things by Kiran D of Country vacation. 1. 50days India Only vacation 2. All club facility at free of cost 3. Membership can be renewed by paying 9% 4. 2.5L of medical insurance 5. Term insurance. Now everything is being denied and they can only provide 10 days of vacation in 5 year. I have also raise email to their head office but it is no use. I need your help to get my money back. During the conversation on 30-nov-2014, country clubCK27 branch koramangala, bangaluu. They have cheated me 30, 000 Rs& as per their club membership they informed its only a one time amount for 5year plan, but new past 3 month im getting the call& they are asking for 68, 000Rs for membership activation & yearly 8, 500Rs as AMC. SO AS THEY GIVEN LETTER FOR REFUNDING THE 30, 000 Rs after completing 2year of membership, that also now they told refund is not possible, so this has to addressed in such a way that, i can get my amount back from CCV.

I am Sriram Krishna Kakarla, today(4th novmber 2015) entered into country club with ID CVBG1CLUB5LB210071. I have made transactions of Rs 68000 /- with ID[protected] and Rs 670000/- payment code[protected]F7 with the credit card no [protected] which need to be cancel and not claim the amount of 1, 35, 000/- from ICICI credit card due to following reasons, 1) All 100 countries are not mentioned in agreement. 2) 50% flight ticket charges free for any where. 3) Life time validity is not mentioned in terms and conditions. 4) Resale to the club with amount Rs 225000 /- not mentioned in agreement. 5) Not given time to us to read all the instructions. 6) Pcik and drop free from any airport location to any where. Above things are mentioned by the sales person Mr. Harish. R (harish contact number [protected]) which are not at all in the agreement. As I was more interest to purchase membership in club based on 100 countries international accommodation free and 50% flight ticket charges free. Since all those were not in the agreement I want to cancel transactions of amount Rs 1, 35, 000/- from Country Vacations (division of country club).

On 17th september 2015 i got a call from promotives of country vacations as i have been selected as a lucky amongst others they told me to come to springs club kandivli east so i went there with my wife. The sales Representative told me that u have to pay start up 25000 to get all the benifits provided by country vacations in 24 EMI which is of Rs.1042 approx. And no interest will be charged as they have tie up with the bank. And so many other false promises made by Mr.yamin khan sales representative. Lateron everything proved to be false my 25000 gets deducted at one shot.i was very disappointed with all this i immediately requested for cancellation and refund of my 25000 rupees paid but not any positive response received till today. This is regarding our membership at country club dated 19.11.15 vide membership no # CVKK37CLUB210903. During our visit to your country club at Rajarhat City Center-2 Kolkata, your sales executive promised a lot for providing free accommodation (only taxes of Rs.2000/-) facility at different places across the world of country club.
We paid Rs. 50000/- from our Axis bank debit card for membership fees. After getting my membership login id and password we checked our country vacation account. These are few points we would like to share with you
1) We found that facilities are not provided as per commitment given by your sales representative.
2) Many of places are pre-occupied and booking of other places are subject to additional charges including charges of meal with a very high rate.
3) We are not able to select the holidays as per our convenient dates rather we are forced to choose as per the dates remains free for reservation.
4) All these things were not pre-defined and was kept hidden from us.

Our membership is not a single day (24 hour) over. We have not received membership card also. Even we have not taken any facility from your side. So you are requested please cancel our membership and refund my full money back in our a/c as early as possible.

Same old procedure of calling to their place to get the rewards as a lucky draw winner. They said 45 mins presentation after which we can collect our 3 gifts. on 4.11.15, sweet talk explaining all d vacations and clubs.. how less v had to pay and how more will b incurred actually.. it was Mr. Sandeep who was buttering the bread about country vacation and country club ownership card. inbetween Ms. Annapoorni was explaining us about the payment details. sugar coated talk inspired because of which v agreed to take up the india plan which was for 165000. for which v had to make an initial payment of 50000. and the decision to join or not was asked to made on the same day.they also said atleast an initial payment of 10, 000 is needed to block the offer. since v dint have so much amount to pay on the same day, we paid 5000 and said we will pay 5000 the next day after which they said they can block the offer for us and we can start using the services and after paying 50000 we can go on vacations also. That night we read a lot of complaints online about all their false promises and how they fail to successfully implement all their plans and offers and how they charge extra for the stay and how their repayment is never done. The next day they called and asked us, to pay atleast 10k to avail the services, then we told them that we are not in a situation to pay the rest, so we requested them to cancel the membership and return our 5k. They didn't respond properly in phone. So the next day we went to the office directly, asked them to return the money, they said return policy is not there, so we requested them to give voucher atleast for the paid amount. They refused and gave us another option to pay 5k more and get the documents. After detailed discussion, they started talking rough, many staff joined started blaming us, forcing us to pay 5k more to get the receipt. Really it's a bad day for me.

Request everyone not to fall these guys trap. The company doesn't even have a single good review, many ppl have got lost lakhs of rupees.

Whenever you get a lucky draw call, just ignore it. Even i[censored] go there to collect it, it's waste of your time. Whenever gifts they will give it's of waste, kitchen set third quality product(6 glass bowls, some glass bowls have cracks), next one is holiday package, if you try to use it, it won't work, since it is already expired one, the final one regular membership card for the club, where u can use it to enter the club once, but can't avail any of the services.

Overall fraud company, most of the people gets trapped, get up in losing the money, they will never return your money at any cost. So please beware of this company.
