We wish to report our experience with country club vacations and our request immediate cancellation of membership and refund of our money [ref: ​ref: ​cvbg1tclub5lb221486​.


On 5th june 2016, at around 08.30 in the morning we received a phone call from one mr. Praveen stating that we have won a prize in a lucky draw at a shopping mall. We were requested to come and collect gifts worth rs. 30, 000 in the evening at an address in kalyan nagar, kammanahalli. At first, we did not express any interest in the call and vaguely told the caller that we will revert to him.

Throughout the day, we received a number of phone calls from this person. Finally, since we were in the city we decided to drop in and collect whatever gifts were promised. We (Me, my husband and my kids) were asked to come to the country vacations office at # 417a, 4th floor above unlimited showroom, hrbr layout 3rd block kammanahalli main road kalyan nagar, bangalore. We reached there at around 5.15 pm in the evening. A young lady greeted us and took us into a small room where there was loud music playing. There were number of tables were sale​​s representatives were talking in hushed low voices to couples.

The lady told us that there will be a short presentation about country vacations after which we could take our gifts and leave. Then, one mr. Harsha came and started asking us questions about our vacations. He said that the country club was celebrating its 25th anniversary and hence were selecting around 500 winners of lucky draw for gifts and around 116 of those winners would also be eligible for a special offer on their vacation plans. He then introduced us to mr. Santosh reddy as his manager who told us about some vacation plans of country club. He said that this was a special offer and we had to decide within 30 minutes after the presentation. Mr. Harsha then continued to explain the different vacation plans. Mr. Santosh then told us the pricing for the different plans which varied from rs. 1, 55, 000/- to rs. 2, 80, 000 - they told us that it included a country club membership and a vacation plan for 5 years. They also introduced mr. Robert who was supposed to be their senior manager who told us that we said that if we paid in a lumpsum he would negotiate the plan rate from rs. 1, 55, 000/- to rs. 1, 20, 000/-.

Since, by this time it was already 8.00 pm, my kids were very tired and hungry. We tried to explain to them that even though their offer looked interesting on paper, we would need time to think about it since it was a big investment for us and that they should give us atleast 24 hours to come back. We even told them that they style of marketing was not correct since they were not even allowing prospective customers to experience their services before paying for vacation plans. They kept making claims of the "best experience", "great facilities" and went on insisting that we had to decide on the spot or we will lose the benefit. They told us that 93 customers had already signed up and only a few offers were pending. We asked them for some customer phone numbers or references with whom we could check their claims but they evaded this request. They only sent a lady with a phone who offered to show "positive reviews" about their services. Together, the three of them literally forced us to accept their offer at rs. 120, 000/-. They made us sign a lot of blank, one-sided agreements and incomplete forms without giving us the time to read or understand the contents. They did not explain any thing on the cancellation or refund policy during the complete process and kept saying that everything will be given to us in a welcome kit. Because of their constant pushing and marketing gimmicks and trusting their words, we also paid rs. 120, 000 through our credit cards. (Citibank transactions = rs. 115000, rs. 2500 and rs. 2500). Whatever they explained about the different vacation plans were on blank white sheets of paper which was not given to us. When asked, they vaguely mentioned that it will come to us in the welcome kit. By this time it was almost 9pm in the night, my kids and ourselves were very tired after 3 hours of their marketing talk and we did not have the energy to push too much.

On 6th june, we started checking with friends and other customers on this topic. We received a lot of negative feedback from friends, family members and other customers on your services. After discussing with the family, we were not comfortable to go ahead and decided to cancel this transaction immediately. On checking we also found that the initial marketing claim itself that country club was celebrating its 25th anniversary was itself false.

We have immediately approached the kalyan nagar office yesterday evening (June 7th) and requested for cancellation of services and immediate refund. The same marketing guys (Mr. Robert and mr. Santosh) who on june 5th were so polite now changed behaviour and said our money was not refundable.Inspite of our several requests, they did not listen to us. They kept telling us that we should visit their koramangala office and talk to customer care representatives. We tried to tell them when the money was paid at the kalyan nagar branch why should we go to their koramangala office for a refund but they were not willing to listen to any of our requests. Finally, we wrote a complaint letter and give us an acknowledgement to the same which also they did not provide.

We then filed a complaint with their customer service team on june 8th via e-mail but have not received any response. It has been two days since we have raised this complaint. However, we have still received any response from which is very very disappointing. When they wanted our membership and money, there were so many phone calls and follow up from their executives. Now, that we are asking for cancellation and refund, nobody is responding.

We have not used or intend to use in the future any of your services and have requested for cancellation within 48 hours of making payment. We hope we will receive a positive response to this complaint through this forum and an early refund of our hard-earned money.

    Hi,

    I'm praveen from hyderabad, yesterday evening i. E,[protected] i got a
    Call from[protected] saying that i won a gift and asked me to come
    To office located in kukutpally.

    They told me all false information and took rs 20000 against
    Membership in country club and made me sign on the agreement.

    Below are the points what happened yesterday and today i. E,[protected]
    The person (Executive) santosh - [protected] not answering my calls.

    The information what you provided (Customer service) and the
    Information given by the executive (S. Santosh - [protected]) and manger
    (Anil - [protected]) at kukatpally branch 1st floor above brand
    Factory are completely different.

    I want to cancel my membership : cvhyd7tclub and please refund my
    Amount. I have just registered yesterday evening around 6 pm on 3 june
    2016 and today is 4th june 2016. I have not availed any benefits from
    Country club. I'm totally not interested in this.

    Below are reasons for cancellation

    1. I did not received any mail confirmation till now
    2. I tried login the website and in mobile app to verify the details
    But i could not login with my registered email and mobile number.
    3. I tried to contact santosh, but he did not responded properly and
    Disconnected the call.
    4. I verified many review on google about cv and i came to know the cheatings.
    5. Today i understood why they forced me to pay total amount of rs
    48000 using different credit cards and debit card. As i don't have
    Enough amount i paid rs 20000.
    6. Three people confused me totally. They did not provided enough
    Time, one was doing transaction, one asked me to sign the docs, one
    Took my id proofs. They really confused me.
    7. One of them the manager kept my credit card in his pocket, he did
    Not returned until i asked for it.
    8. I got a confirmation call from country club, when i started asking
    My questions they disconnected my call. The manager came to me and
    Told to take call again. Within no time i got call asking only my
    Details and told only one thing about amc. Then i received a message of
    My membership number.
    9. I cant effort rs 48000 just for one time accommodation. And to use
    Banquet halls for birthday.


    Below are the offers and benefits they explained me yesterday that is
    [protected] evening.

    1. They offered to give 7 days / 6 nights every year for 30 years and
    They gonna charge amc 5000 for that else they will call us to buy out
    The vacation for 10000 (Which country club will pay us).
    2. They offered pick up from shamshabad airport to the destination and
    They will provide complete transport for free which includes
    Ightseeing, food and accommodation.
    3. They offered a free visits for ramoji film city and all resorts in hyderabad.
    4. They offered shopping coupons.
    5. Movie tickets
    6. Free summer camp for my kid.
    7. Free paases for the events.
    8. Special discounts on flight booking.
    9. Special discount on food.
    10. They offered to provide a bank credit card worth rs 100000.
    11. They offered to convert the amount which i paid (Rs 20000) using
    Credit card will be converted into emi for 48 months.
    12. They offered easy emi's with interest free and with zero processing fee.
    13. They offered a plot for some extra amount ie., rs 1, 78, 000 near by
    Yadagirigutta.

    Finally i'm sincerely request to refund my hard earning amount. Rs
    20000 which is a huge amount for me.

    Kindly don't play with my life, as i was completely fooled and dump in
    Front of my wife and my little daughter by saying false information.

    Please please please refund my amount

    Actions i have taken today:

    1. I have already mailed to customer service regarding cancellation.
    2. I have complain with international consumer rights protection council.

    Please suggest me the further approach

    1. I'm thinking of making a police complain with recording i have.
    2. Call my banker for dispute transaction.
    3. Go thru consumer forum.
    4. Go thru advocate


    Please help me i don't want to lose my money.

      Feb 2016, we visited your kamanahalli bangalore branch, and met mr dharshan hv - takeover manager who explained the offers. We accepted the offer and paid the initial sum of rs10000 and the rest in emi, as suggested by dharshan.

      Later after a weeks time we enquired about our welcome kit for which they responded that it was couriered and will be reaching in 3 days. Since we did not receive the kit after the said duration, we personally visited the kamanahalli branch office, following which mr dharshan gave us the membership id "dt41#3126".

      We then logged in to the website using the member id, which says invalid. Hence we thought of cancelling the membership. We also communicated the same to mr. Dharshan, for which he agreed for the cancellation and to refund the said amount of rs10000 which was paid. Now its been 3 months and we are trying to contact mr darshan with regard to the refund, for which he is trying to avoid us by not attending our calls.

      Eventually we had gone under the loss of not only rs10000 but the 3 months interest which is incurred on the payment. This is an unfair dealing which your representative has committed. We request you to take necessary and speedy step to refund our money. Now no one is picking the call or responding to any of my emails.

      If this is prolonging i will be forced to take necessary legal actions against mr. Dharshan and co

      Take this as a strong complaint from our end, and take necessary action asap.

        Hi, country vacations (Cv), hyderabad, branch: kphb colony. Agent name vinod called my wofe number several time on 14th may. She frustated adn given my number. I was communicated by the same agent vinod from cv about a promotional offer of their organization, they picked my wife name from lucky dip and they are going to offer three free bees. They said nothing to be paid and everything is free of cost as it is a promotional offer. I visited the office along with my wife and they said there will be 40min seminar on cv offers. And they explained about the offers. Agent name: anil chowdary convinced me to purchase a vacation package valid for 30year, amount to be paid is 40, 000/-. I said, i don't have enough amount right now. Then anil said, i can pay the token amount of 20, 000/- (Using credit card) + 5, 000 in cash on this day as this offer only valid for the today and remaining amount can be paid later on. I have paid the amount of 20, 000/- from my credit card and 5, 000 in cash as per the request. They promised the below during the 40min meeting with them. After payment was done, they ahve given us the t&c documents and three coupouns. The next day we visited their hotel amrutha castle in hyderabad for lunch with the offer coupon. It was very pathetic and foul smell inside the hotel. Not at all good. No ac and no good food to eat. We just ended up eating only biryani. When i asked about their poor service, there was nor response received and more over they consider us a we are there for food which have been served for free of cost. They said, they will only serve this in buffets. Then, i doubt about these fellows adn offers, i started browsing about these guys on google and found many complaints against them and started calling anil chowdary immediately on his mobile number (Anil chowdary: [protected]). But he did not respond at all to my calls. I send several text messages. But no response from anil. Send email to central office as well. Either to cancell my membership or send me the updated t&c. After two days of continuous calls, i received a cal back from a agent name bindu: from kphb office. Again she was explaining the same (Listed below) which is not matching with their t&c document. I started recording that phone call and kept it with me as a proof. I can produce this if required. I have raised a dispute with my banker immediately after this. 1. T&c are not matching with what they have explained during the purchase of membership - no confirmation from central office or from agent. I have sent many emails to their central office. But no response from them 2. Per agent, it is free to use the country vacations and their associated hotel 7days in a year which includes 3star accommodation, 1time food and the local transportation - but as per welcome email i have received i have to pay 4thousand/day for using their hotels. 3. A complimentary trip of 3d and 4n to anywhere in india includes flight tickets, accommodation, local site seeing and 1time food in a day without any additional charges - as epr agent, all these will be part of welcome kit. Which i have not received yet 4. The paid amount of 20, 000/- should be converted into flexible emis without any additional charges - not converted yet 5.In the email, they have mentioned that the paid amount is non-refundable. But agent told if i did not like their service, member ship can be cancelled/transferred (Done by cv) and get the amount back - 6. Welcome kit will be sent to me in a week – not received 7. No annual maintenance charges to be paid as per agent - but it is other way around in t&c documents. I am newly married and i save this money for many things. But i have invested in the cv and started suffering from many tensions and from sentimental aspect. I spent many sleepless nights. To be conclude: either i should be receiving the updated t&c, as stated they should book a free trip in india immediately. Else, refund the paid amount. Anil and the listed member below should be punished prisioned and punished mentally. I was wondered how many epople are being cheated.           Hello,

          As usual the story goes with filling a coupon in big bazaar and customer care people being fully excited to call the couples for collecting gifts with an 45 minute session.
          After all fake assurances (2 gram gold coin, 40% discount of flight bookings, free sight seeing along with airport and resort pickup/drop, 6night 7days holiday plan) by the country vacation member, we decided to take the 10 year membership of fee 1, 26, 000 rs/-. Now when i call the customer care people for booking the complimentary holiday tour to bangkok they stated i need to pay for hotel accommodation on per day basis inspite of the holiday plan and membership i have taken. This is not what we expect for next 10 years/holidays.

          The guy who sold this membership doesn't pick the call until unless another country vacation member is caught hold on phone and blasted and then he calls this guy to speak to us.

          We are now mentally depressed with this on paying such huge amount to this useless membership and demand the cancellation and refund of our paid amount. Kindly assist us with the same.

            Dear sir/madam,
            i, Manushi Desai, had purchased ur club membership about 1 month back. At that time me and my husband were given a presentation about your club and its facilities. We were shown photos of your resorts across india at various places such as hyderabad, goa, havelock, leh, gulmarg, etc. Also we were informed that there is a country club located at baroda, where we originally belong to and plan to move back soon.

            But little did we know at that time that we were lured into false promises. Later after calling your customer care repeatedly, we were informed that there are no resorts in havelock or kashmir. IMagine!! Also we have been repeatedly calling the customer care for details of baroda country club address or contact number, but still we havent been provided it. Also a couple of times the costomer care executive has confirmed that there is no country club at baroda, even though your website mentions it.

            I have registered this complaint with your customer care executives several times and always i had been assured that i would recieve a call back abt resolving the issues. But the only call back i have recieved was about investing in your residential plots and asking my feedbak abt the membership. You have not attended to my complaint even once.

            so i kindly request you to provide me the details of address and contact of country club baroda. in the event that there is no club located there, i ask you to cancel my membership and refund me my amount as i do not wish to continue my membership based on misinformation.

            please look into the matter and reply at the earliest

              Hello Sir/Madam,
              This is Sudhir from Secunderabad. I got call from Country Vacation stating That I got a gift and need to collect the same. Later on visiting the country vacation in Begumpet one of the executive explained about holiday plans and some how convinced me to take membership. Membteership(Fee Rs. 2, 00, 000/-) includes a plot(150 sq yards) with extra charge of Rs. 50, 000/- for registration.
              while explaining they don't allow the customer to attend any calls and phones need to be switched off, but after taking membership they ask to switch on the mobile and as soon as we receive the call they insist on they attending the call.

              As per executive the payment can be done through credit card and there will not be any interest and the tenure would be for 36 months. I swiped my HDFC bank credit card. There were charges of 15% interest and tenure was for 18 months, when I raised my concern about the same the executive promised he would talk to HDFC officials and sort out the problem. But he could not do that and he referred to his manager. The new manager promised he would provide DD for the extra amount charged. On continuous calls he took me the customer care.
              Now the customer care executive (Mr. Gopal) promised he would transfer the membership to other customer and charged Rs. 4, 000/- and he promised it would be done by 1st week of Jan 2016(I made the payment on receiving the mail from Mr. Gopal from the companies official mail id) . In 1st week of Jan 2016 when i tried to reach him he continuously postponing so I visited the office in begumpet. There as Mr. Gopal did the same for other customers so he got suspended. Now the new executives promised they would solve my problem and took 15 days time. when I visited the office again after 20 days, they say that the higher official said I need to put a case on Mr. Gopal and they cann't do anything on this regard and there is no possibility of cancelling the membership. Now when I insisted on cancelling the member ship and I would complaint to consumer forum, they said I have an option of 1 year membership and I will get one plot without any extra charges.
              But do not want any plot or membership. Better I cancel the membership and get my money what ever charged by country vacation and the extra amount(interest charged).

              Country vacation is playing mind game with the customers and later never try to solve the problems.

              I can forward the mail I received from the official mail id.

              Please do the needful.

                Then why did you mention it over the phone that you will extend it for 1 year. Why didn't you allow us to use it at Ahmedabad then, which I had requested for.
                Do you want to forfeit my amount Rs.4080? There is no proper direction from your end, rather you have mislead us. This is not acceptable.
                This is why we became members and paid the AMC (Annual maintainance charges) for life time.
                Please explain.

                i was offered membership at ahmedabad office (c.g road). their comitments were totally changed after payment of 30000 rs. its a fraud company. pls re-pay my money asasp.

                  I have taken the holiday package with Coutry vacations membership no.CVBG1CLUB5LB188808 in Nov 14.

                  I have paid 1 lac amount, Mr.Kiran keetham, Takeover Manager promised ( Complimentary foreign trip with 50% airfare, sightseeing and food).
                  based on the commitment made by Mr.Kiran i have taken the membership only for this offer ( Complimentary foreign trip with 50% airfare, sightseeing and food),
                  i have sent several mails since last 6 months, and visiting for the same purpose to koramangala, Kalyannagar & sarjapur offices in bangalore many times, They are just dragging since 6 months, and now they are saying its more than one year old so we will not give.

                  Line Manager Mr.B Chenna Kesavulu doesnt pick customer calls and doesnt even reposnd to mails.

                  There is no response to mails and calls, and try to avoid the customer, i have visited koramangala & kalyannagar office at least 10 times, but they just keep dragging, give lame excuses, and the team doesnt respond to calls, i am really fed-up with this and getting a very ill feeling on country club. want to really cancel my membership and get rid of this once.                     This is very sad to know, this fraud company called "country club" is keep fool people around & enjoying their hard earned money. I am also on the same boat. See my story below as you faced:
                    I got a call & invited me & my family, saying that, new company is opened, so now we are issuing some products for free of cost. We chosen you to pick up our lucky draw gift. I was curious to know what it is & went with my wife & kid. They offered me tea, coffee & started brain storming like if you pay rs. 1, 00, 000 (Rupees one lakh) you will get a 30 years membership & 5 years vacations (7 days 6 nights/p.A) if you not utilize the vacation, we will help you to rent out the vacation for some body. So that you will get refund rs. 30k to 50k per year. Also if you wist to cancel it, then we will sale the agreement to somebody & will refund the full amount. So i was convinced somehow for this offer & paid one lakh by swiping credit card. After few days i called and asked them to book a vacation. But there was no proper response from them. Finally after so many phone calls, they booked for 2 days 2 nights asked me to pay the charges. So i was disappointed & asked them to cancel the agreement or give it on rent as promised earlier. There after entire seen has got changed. They were threatening me like you have signed the agreement & it is clearly mentioned that it is not refundable. So if you don't want, you can cancel the agreement but money will not be refundable. So i have requested them more than thousand times, but they were treated me as a beggar.

                    Finally i have decided that, we should go in a wrong root then only they will understand our strength. So i have contacted many of the sufferer from country club like me & i built a strong group (We have a whats app group). I have taken media support as my friends also in the media. I have police back ground also. I will let them know very soon...

                    So if you are interested you can also join us by contact on [protected], get your money back & you may also reason for helping poor people by getting back their hard earned money.

                      Hi Sir/Madam,

                      My self Jayam Naveen and I purchased country vacations membership on 16th April 2016 from sarjapur road, country club basement Bangalore branch.

                      Now I wanted to cancel my membership as there are many false promises made, as there are many differences in what facilities/services told by them and given to me. They played a one sided agreement by gathering 3 to 4 people around me while presentation.

                      Major false promises done during the presentation & process of taking membership:

                      1. Total membership cost Rs.75, 000 and first I need to pay Rs.30, 000 down payment and for that they said they are giving 2 years EMI with 0% interest rate. But when I check the swiping machine slip later, it shows me that it is for 1 year and with 14% interest rate.

                      2. Many facilities/services offered like yearly 7 flexible vacation days which can use across India country club and its partner resorts in any days and also they have carry forward and sell back option, free accommodation, free sight seeing and discount on food and travel for max. 8 members.

                      3. Lifetime free membership to access country club resort facilities and fitness programs across world to max. 8 members.

                      4. Cancellation facility is available.

                      5. Comply with AIRDA and so on..


                      After these many mismatches, I asked for cancellation with the same guy and he sent koramangala branch and their after 1.5hr discussion, he gave me a slip in which with some email id's to contact for the cancellation but with no hope.

                      Actions I have taken so far:

                      1. Sent Cancellation request mail and daily sending reminder mail(to people in Cc).

                      2. Sent Registered Post and courier to Hyderabad head office on cancellation request.

                      3. I called my credit card bank customer care and they initiated dispute form filing process.


                      Please do find attached documents and take this as my complaint and do help me in cancellation of my membership and getting my hard earned money back.

                          I just want to cancel my membership and please refund my money as i am in very much financial troubles.Added to that country club.Country vacation is not providing any services as you promised.I am mentioning the cause below with full details how do you approached
                          On 26 march 2016 i have been called for collecting a gift saying that i am selected in in lucky draw (For country vaccation 25 year celebration).Before giving the gift country club asked us to spend some time for their company presentation.
                          They have started their country vacation presentation and said i am one of the 5 members selected in 25000 people and attracted us to take a membership in country club and country vacation by promising the below statements verbally (The thing is they have not allowed me to think and comeback and said the offers is valid only that time)
                          The promises they made are below
                          1) free hotel accommodation on all country club / country vacation hotels and resorts worldwide for 6n/7d a year for that we need to make advance booking
                          2) free complimentary at hotels and free pick up and drop
                          3) hotel will give a car for our sightseeing (Need to pay only for the petrol / diesel)
                          4) all the festival events in country club are free of charge
                          5) child care at country club hotels and resortss
                          6) free gym and spa centres at anytime
                          7) will be given a plot (At worth of my membership fee)
                          8) and many others
                          Finally we have decided to take the membership by paying (280000 inr) ( full payment made)

                          But we are highly disappointed after started using membership and cv services

                          So our final decision is to cancel my memebership and getting the refund as early as possible as we are in deep financial cricis.

                          If paid thru credit card, file for transaction dispute with ur bank by calling to its customer care. Check with the executive if they've handled dispute before or not and then explain ur entire story. Be genuine and site all d correct reasons like false promises and misinformation. They'll help.

                            I am fully mentally harassed by company in terms of financial & mentally both. My Family is also in depression due to the same. My BP has gone high i got unconscious so many times due to the same. I am not able to sleep so many nights. Not able to work in company due to mentally depression of me & my family.My life has been worst now. They have cheated my financially of Rs 65000 i PAID +4500(Interest of money which i Paid)+25000 ( Spa Coupon)+10000 ( food Vouchers)+20000 ( Approx Flight Tickets)+500000(mentally harassment OF ME & MY FAMILY)+ 100000(Interest on all items)= 7, 24, 500/-


                            I have escalated this complaint to their higher management also including their CEO . Till date they haven't revert me on the same.

                            I am fully mentally harassed by company in terms of financial & mentally both. My Family is also in depression due to the same. My BP has gone high i got unconscious so many times due to the same. I am not able to sleep so many nights. Not able to work in company due to mentally depression of me & my family.My life has been worst now.


                            I have taken the membership in April 15 by giving the 65000 Rs.

                            Country Club has committed me to give these amenities.

                            1. EMI Interest amount tob be paid by Country club. That is around 4500.
                            2. Free 4 Nos Flight Tickets anywhere in India.
                            3. Free SPA Coupons of worth 25000.
                            4. Free Food Vouchers of Rs 10000.

                            I am continuously doing the followup with their Representative Mr Kush Yadav( Ghatkopar Branch) Earlier he was saying i will do ot sir. You will get the mail & everything. Now He is not picking my call & not responding, Their customer care is also not responding.

                            I have escalated to their higher management also including their CEO . Till date they haven't revert me on the same.

                            I am fully mentally harassed by company in terms of financial & mentally both. My Family is also in depression due to the same.

                              I am following with the country vaccations customer care team in bangalore, but there is no response to my email till now. I have been following up with them almost from past 3 months. Once I have visted office as well, they said their manager would be responding to my email and their manager is not having time to see the mails of the customers and help them. Being a Manager if he is not able to help me them whom to escalate. If you people are giving false promises and selling your membership this is not good. Please let me know the escalation point so that I can escalate on complete customer care team of Bangalore and their manager Please help me or else refund my amount if you are unable to provide the Insurance.

                                I had purchased a vacation package from the country club on 14th August 2015 in Dubai thru one sales executive Mr Bashir Hassan who had misguided me into buying a holiday package for 30 years for Aed 50, 000.00(Fifty Thousand only) along with 2 plot of 1089 sq ft each in Vedic Meadows on Hosur road Bangalore. I had informed him that i was not interested in the plot and was only keen on the holiday package, but he misguided me insisting that the holiday package is for Aed and the plot comes free along with this package. However on the very next day i realized thru some friends that i was cheated by this gentleman as the Holiday package was costing just less than Aed 30, 000.00(Thirty thousand only) so i called Bashir and informed him that i would like to withdraw from the complete package but he promised to refund me Aed 19, 000.00(Nineteen thousand) for which i agreed . However its been almost 9 months from then and i have not been paid my due's of Aed I request the authority concerned to look into my case and guide the country club management to refund the said amount immediately without any delay. Also they had agreed to pay the interest of 0.49% on my credit card emi which i am paying to my bank. which they need to refund. Kind regards,

                                  Service is not as mentioned. Totally fraud company. Sold their membership saying that they offer 5 star resorts where as their resorts are not even 2.5 star.

                                  Though while selling holidays they said that I can pay the remaining money which is 30, 000 (while 50, 000 I have already paid) I can pay in rest 5 years (I had bought a holiday package for five years) now they have blocked my account and cannot use holiday service until I pay the rest amount.

                                  I want my entire money back.

                                  If you have paid d amount through credit card, then file for a transaction dispute immediately with the Customer Care of your bank.
                                  Dear Saba Ahmed,
                                  I had raised the same but this was not helping since I have paid using SBI Credit card. This would work if paid with ICICI or HDFC credit card. These two banks have blocked these frauds..
                                  HDFC have not blocked it. I got cheated by same company and done payment through my HDFC Card only and bank is asking me to do the payment. Its a bad business.

                                    I purchased 5 Years vacation plan from COUNTRY VACATIONS, JAIPUR on 20.04.2015 vide contract no. 104#2807. Initially I don’t want to purchase it being too costly. The company employees gave me assurance/made promise “ Deposit Rs 25, 000/- today, if you like plan you can continue, if you don’t like plan you can discontinue in future, In that case we will give you 2 vacation of 6N/7D.” After giving assurance by employees, I deposited 25, 000/- at the same time.

                                    After few months, employees of country vacations, Jaipur started to call me again and again for depositing the rest amount of the plan. They said me if I don’t deposit rest of the amount, my membership will be cancelled and you will get nothing. When I told them about the assurance/promise of 2 vacations of 6N/7D in 25, 000/-, made by the company employee at the time of purchase, they completely ignored it. When I called the employee from whom I purchased plan, he told me I have been transferred out of Jaipur, whatever can be done, will only be done by present employees of country vacations Jaipur.

                                    One day I received call from country vacation Jaipur office stating to take the ‘promise/assurance’ in written from our office .They started to call me again and again.

                                    After being called umpteen times, On 25/6/2015, I had to go your country vacation Jaipur office. The employees present at that time(Arvind, Sunil and Poonam) said to me that due to changes of the rules we can provide you only one vacation of 6N/7D in 25, 000/-. They pressurised me to take one vacation of 6N/7D and one gift voucher for which I will have to pay Rs4000/- at the time of booking. My original documents and membership card were taken and in place of that they gave me an affidavit claiming for one vacation of 6N/7D in 25, 000/- and 1 gift voucher. They also took Rs 1000/- as cancellation charges for which no receipt was given to me. This time they promised me “this is the full and final settlement, not a single Rupee is to be given by you in future.” It is also mentioned in the affidavit that it is full and final settlement.

                                    I planned for holiday to kerala. In kerala, the company has three properties, I wanted to take 2N/3D at Trivenrum, 2N/2D at kochin and 2N/2D at Munnar which is equal to 6N/7D but the employees said that you can not split 6N/7D plan to three different locations. Neither it was mentioned in my affidavit nor it was told to me at the time of settlement that I cannot split my 6
                                    N/7D vacations into three 2N/3D. However the company is providing this facility to other customers. Finally, I had to change my holiday location to Hyderabad.

                                    I gave my bookings from 5 to 11 december 2015 for Hyderabad but no confirmation was given to me for a long time. I called them almost every next day but each time they said that your request has been sent to head office, As soon as confirmation comes we will told you personally.

                                    I was not given confirmation even after 20 days. After being delayed 20 days, I called Poonam. She said that confirmation has been given by the head office but your food will be compulsory which will cost to Rs 7000/-i.e. Rs 1000/- per day. Neither it was mentioned in the agreement nor it was told to me when I gave my bookings. It is also not possible that an employee doesn’t know about these charges. So it is a fake charge.

                                    It is clear that I was made fake promises/assurances by the company employees. There were differences among the claims of employees which made it difficult for me to plan my holiday. Each time they tried to take extra charges with different names. Even Charges were not told to me at the initial level, they were told me in the last. It means the main motto of the employees was to make money. I am totally unsatisfied with the behaviour and responses of the employees. I was mentally harassed unnecessarily. During the whole process I lost a lot of valuable time. Not to speak of providing satisfactory services, employees did not left any chance to harass me.

                                    THEREFORE, I GAVE AN APPLICATION IN THE COMPANY OFFICE FOR CANCELLATION OF MY MEMBERSHIP. EMPLOYEE GAVE ME 3 MONTHS TIME TO RETURN MY MONEY. NOW 3 MONTHS HAVE PASSED BUT THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED TO GIVE MY MONEY.

                                      I was fed up with previous complaints about country vacations. As soon as i post my complaint they acted like responding at once but now they dont even reply for our mails. See i had worked as a professor, my job from now is to spoil the reputation of country vacations through various social network, CM cell complaint etc. We are requested to refund for my father in law membership who is dead right now and not even enjoyed any benefits f the club. if we ask now they dont respond in a food manner...fully fraud clubs ...they dont have any curtasy or humanity in them.

                                        ​I was cheated by Country Vacation Club(CV) company on 06-Feb-2016 and paid them of Rs 40000/- with my HDFC credit card.

                                        Detailed Description of the incident:-

                                        I received a call from [protected] and conveyed that your coupon no 518) has been selected for a free gift, to avail that free gift you need to come your your wife and attend 1 hr presentation at 1st floor, NSL BRAND FACTORY MALL, near Forum Sujana mall, KPHB, Hyderabad. So I went along with my family(wife ) to given address to collect the gift. CV sales executive explained membership details/benefits in white pager.

                                        I paid Rs 40000/- for CV life time membership.

                                        Reason for cancellation of CV membership and requesting for refund amount:- After reaching home we have reviewed the agreement details and realized that we were cheated by this fraud Country Vacation Club company. As there is "COMPLETE" discrepancy between 'the details/benefits specified in Agreement' and 'whatever explained by the sales executive at the KPHB branch office'.

                                        Hence I realized that we have been cheated by this fruad CV company. So with in 3 Days from the membership taken, I sent email to @countryvacationsmail.com (email Id given in the membership agreement) and requested for my membership cancelation & full amount refund. However I did not hear any appropriate response from CV. Finally, I never used this CV service, so please help me to cancel my CV membership get the refund amount of Rs 40000/ (FORTY THOUSAND RUPEES - which I paid) from CV immediately. In addition, I see in online that there have been very worst track record on the services providing by this fraud CV company's over a decade. I dont know, how this fraud company still surviving and has been cheating common men since decades. Request you to file a case against Country Vacation Club management and help me as well as many other victims who have been cheating by this fraud CV company from decades.

                                        Its a common and repetitive message from Country Vacations customer care people to all who have raised complaints. Feel very bad that this type of organizations still exists in spite of too many people cheated by them.

                                        They are not bothered about the disturbances/ mental harassment given to their new/existing customers.

                                        Country Vacations guys, its not the right way to cheat people openly.
                                        HI All, we have faced the same issue from the company called Tridant Vacation which is owned by Dharshan Hulikere Vijay Kumar and Keetham Kiran, we have got membership of domestic and international tours with the package of RS 87400. We have not got any services from this company . Now all the contacts numbers are temporary closed, Hence we realized that Tridant is a fraud company and cheated with us.
                                        We need our money to be back to us, Simply they cannot cheat like in this way.
