On 1st of June 2015 I received a call from the country vacations informing me that I have received a free 6 nights and 7 days stay in their resorts and also 7 prizes. To collect this, I need to come along with my wife to Phoenix mall by 4 PM on the same day. In the call, they assured me that no need to pay single rupee to collect this. We both went to Phoenix shopping mall by 4.15 PM, Firstly they asked us to wait for 5 min. Then somebody announced my name, he asked me to attend a presentation. Unaware of their real intentions, my wife and I have decided to attend the presentation. This has turned out to be the biggest mistake. For us the presentation was started by Mr. Sohail at 4.30 PM (mobile-[protected]). He gathered the personal details in the presentation such as what is my profession, how long we were in Pune, and native place, my wife is working or not etc. In almost hour and half time, he explained us about various club plans with free plot in Hyderabad and free flight tickets etc.. and requested us to join the club. When we have informed that we are in no position to afford them, he came up with a five-year club membership plan which they have exclusively for house wives. He asked me to enrol for this plan on my wife name and should enrol today only as 01-Jun-2015 is the annual day. He is not even giving time to us to think about this. Mobiles are also not allowed inside. We both were flattered with his imaginary words and false promises. The details of this membership are as follows: 1. We need to pay a membership fee of 1, 29, 000/- INR. (One lakh twenty nine thousand rupees only) for five-year membership plan. 2. We can avail a week (6N/7D) holiday for five years free of cost at any of the club hotels or the affiliated hotels. 3. Free car pickup from airport/Railway station to the hotel & free car drop from the hotel to the airport and railway station. 4. Since we are registering for the plan on the same day, we are entitled to the following additional benefits: A. Life time free country club member ship which includes entry to their fitness centres, Free hosting of personal events such as birthday, marriage days and other such occasions in their club B. Five years free massages and Jacuzzis along with the free usage of sports room. C. Free couple passes to the events such as New Year eve, Valentine’s Day, Diwali, dasara etc. D. A free return air ticket for two, to any of the clubs hotels within India 5. I was informed that I have to pay 45, 000 INR as down payment and remaining amount can be converted into non equated monthly instalments. When I was still hesitant about the offer, He went outside for a min and he informed me that: As we considered you are our lucky winner, we took the approval from the manager, you can pay 22, 000 INR as down payment and remaining amount can be converted into non equated monthly instalments, At this moment he has forced both o[censored]s to sign on the 100/- INR stamp notarised agreement paper. They told us that this is an exclusive offer for today only. Even I asked them for 1/2 days’ time to think about this plan. Again they simply started with routine tricks and trapped both o[censored]s to sign on the stamp paper. He also told us that after receiving the welcome kit, which contains all the information about the club and my membership entitles to, I get a free two-week look up period / cooling off period. If I am not satisfied, I can cancel the membership and I am entitled to the complete refund of the membership amount of 22, 000/- INR and Also, I was informed that at any time after the free period, I can discontinue and only 10% of the amount will be debited. Trusting that the club will not do any fraud, using my Citi bank credit card, I gave 22, 000/- INR. (10, 000 + 12, 000) (swiped 2 times). Once we back home, I just searched the country vacations in Google search. I have come across an incident where I see many people were suffering with CV scam and their fake commitments by their sales people. Then I started thinking that this might have been a bad idea to take membership with the club and started looking for more information about the club using internet. I was started to know that I am not the first person to whom the club has sold its membership with the sales people imaginary words and false commitments. Immediately I sent an email request for CV membership cancellation to [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com, [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com on Tue, Jun 2, 2015 at 7:46 AM. As of today, i did not get any response from CV. And also contacted the Citibank customer care and requested to block credit card and re-issue it as a preventive measure. Mr. Ashish Gadge (Manager of Mr. Sohail) assured that within the next 72 hours (three days), I would receive the welcome kit which will contain all the details about the club along with the receipt for the amount paid as well as the details of offers which we were promised. Imagine to my surprise when the said kit has not arrived even after seven days. I called Mr. Ashish Gadge on his mobile [protected] on 04-Jun-2015. As expected, He is not responding to my calls. I again called him on 07-Jun-2015, now he is telling that the member ship kit will reach you after 45 working days. Really he has not told us this 45 days in the presentation. Also he is asking me to wait 45 working days, then only I can avail my vacation after 20 working days after booking date. By now, I have become very suspicious with his attitude and decided to call the call centre. Calling the call centre itself was an experience itself! There appears to be a single contact number. Many times, I got busy signal and I was forced to ‘try’ to contact them for a couple of hours. Nobody is receiving the calls. Just to summarize: 1. As the said plan is exclusively for house wifes, they asked me to enrol on my wife name. I paid 22, 000/- INR for five years membership using Citi bank credit card. The membership details are as follows. Membership ID: CVPU37CLUB5LB201066 (Club + 5 Yrs 6N7D Blue U12) 2. I was promised that the remaining amount would be converted into non equated EMI without any additional charges. I am not sure about this. 3. I was informed that a welcome kit would be provided within 72 hours. Even after 7 days I am yet to receive even the receipt from the country vacation. 4. I was told that I can cancel the membership if I am not satisfied within 10 days after I receive the welcome kit. 5. I am surprised that despite the bad reputation this club has, the bank HDFC is providing their EDC (swiping) machine. – I am interacting with the bank and if I don’t get a positive response, planning to take action against HDFC bank. 6. No standard membership fee. It’s more like cheat the customer and get as much as you can from them. This is a sheer misuse of the trust which the general public has on the club (considering that this club was in existence for a long time and during major events stars like sharukh khan and amisha Patel, Charmi used to grace this club for major events). The exploitation of the club must be stopped and to get my refund back, I am forced to seek the consumer forum court, judicial assistance and the media help. Along with the 22, 000/- INR, I would like to claim another 2000/- for the mental disturbance. I referred All India Resort Development Association (AIRDA) code of ethics about cooling off period (10 days) which customer may opt for the cancellation of membership with paid amount refund http://www.airda.org/airda-code-of-ethics.html For now, i contacted Citibank and raised a dispute against these transactions done on my credit card.     Hi All, I got a call that My wife number has been selected as a lucky no and asked us to collect the free gifts. When we reach that Amruta castle Hyderabad there are lot of country club sales teams are there. Sales man Bhanu prakash approached me and they said it will be one hour presentation and you can take gifts after done with presentation. He started presentation about the country club and country vacations. This is what the commitments mentioned by Sales guy. 1. Total vacation is of 5 years plan of 6N and 7Days. 2. Every year you can go to International or Domestic destinations. 3. Life long free membership. 4. No need to pay single rupee for transportation. 5. you can split your vacations. 6. you will get free function hall. hell lot of things. He did is explain conditions in the document to be signed. When you are actually signing the document they will make hurry up . I ended up paying 1Lakh 40 thousand rupees. When we reached home and started reading all the conditions, to my surprise all the oral commitments are false. When I checked EMI amout then I felt we can not able to pay EMI amount. I immediately called that guy and asked about the same he has mentioned that I can not cancel the package. I spoke to his manager Gulam Rasool, he is very rude and cut the call while I was talking to him. Next day I went to those guys and they mentioned that I should approach the customer care in Begumpet building. In Begumpet office Bhushan spoke to me . I mentioned that we can not pay the EMI of the total amount. I am not interested in their package. He said so many things and I requested for cancellation. He said that he will talk to His manager and asked me to come on next monday. Again he is trying to convince me to take the package, I mentioned that we are not in a situation to pay the money. So He said his manager will talk to me but to my surprise a team lead (Sushma) came in to our room and mentioned that I should take the package . I clearly mentioned that I am not in a situation to take the package. I have a lot of financial commitments and now they are not returning money. Please guide what should I do in this case.       I am having Membership No CVKK1FS187595. I have paid Rs 20, 000 for Vacations offered. I have been cheated by Country Vacation. The facilities and offers promised to me has not been fulfilled. For several months I have been continuously calling to get my money refunded. The very next day morning after we had paid Rs 20, 000 I had requested to refund my money back since I could sense it’s a big fraud and people are making me fool. I am not interested in any club facility or any vacations, I just want my money to be refunded. The person who had dealt with me was Mr Rahul at Subham Hall, 1st floor 16 Gariahat Road. Kolkata 700031. I am tired contacting him for several months now, with no proper response. I was even assured that my membership would be sold to some other person as soon as I would want to back out. That promise has also not been fulfilled. I also contacted the head of customer care Mr Subhendu Mistri in the Topsia Office, Kolkata. He has been delaying my case and not responding. It’s a big fraud which has been done. Our hard earned money has been looted. No response on telephone. And I am now tired personally going to every office. Take my case urgently and seriously. Country Vacations executives have told they are refunding money to some of their clients. I have not used any club or vacation facility till date.           Hi, I, Pradip V Kulkarni with membership # CVPU1CLUB190438 is going through an false commitment and fraudulent activities from your Pune off personals (to be specific- Mr. Hemant Salve, Country Club, Connaught bldg., Pune ). Following were the commitments given by Mr. Hemant Salve (Presumed to be Manager- Sales) while accepting me as a member and fee of Rs. 55000/- on 20th December, 2014 at Pune office. - Membership card for 2 (me and my wife) where we can enjoy the club membership for 1 year (With AMC charges from following year ) – Agreement done. - Free trip - Personal voucher to International destination (Thailand- 6N/7D) for 2 adult + 2 childs. - Free airfare tickets - To and Fro for 4 members ( 2 Adult+2 Childs) to Bangkok – This was mutual trust and verbal assurance given by Mr. Hemant Salve who insisted that he will be getting the vouchers and airfare yearly so that the same can be delivered to me as he might not be able to use it. This is the point on which I accepted the membership. Normally I was not interested earlier but since he assured me that this is one time opportunity and you should not miss it, blah, blah etc which motivated me to take the membership. I have been in contact with Mr. Hemant since February 2015 to arrange my trip as said by him during membership issue. He is just telling me to wait and watch but really nothing is happening (I also got my children’s passport ready for this trip). I have sent him several emails, WAPP messages but no reply. I did sudden visit to the office (March month) and had a discussion with him (Hemant) where he assured me that he will be sending an complimentary offer including voucher by email as I insisted him to give something in writing so that I will get assurance of the trip but still no emails, no message and nothing was received. NOTHING related to my assured trip is moving forward. Last month (April end), I again visited the office but he was not there and Mr. Raju was there and had a detailed discussion with him related to the matter. He told me that he can maximum avail the trip accommodation but regarding fare I need to have a talk with Hemant. After that tried to talk with Hemant on phone couple of times (today also called him) but he is telling he is Out, busy etc and will talk when he resumes office. I am REALLY frustrated with anger and pain as this is my(lower middle class) hard earned money and your people seems to be doing false promises and performing fraudulent activities. I have not used any club facility yet as I was not interested in it and also the clubs are far away from my place. I have just purchased the membership card for the sake of my Thailand trip which was assured by Mr. Hemant. I request YOU to please look into the matter seriously and do either of the following- 1) Please refund my membership fee of Rs. 55000/- as I have NOT used any club facility yet and also will not use henceforth. OR 2) Arrange my trip with accommodation and airfare to Bangkok as promised by Mr. Hemant. 3) Please provide any better solution if you have so that I can think of it.               One day (Dec-2014) I have got the call from unknown person saying that, you won the lottery please come and collect gift vouchers. As a common man I asked how and they said you filled a form in central mall and that has got the lottery. Also I asked that do I need to pay. He said not at all required, just go and collect the gift worth of 30000/-. He gave me address and went there. By that time there few people from the company and few customers. Receptionist asked me to wait inside of a room. I was waiting and One person came and started convince us to buy membership by saying that 25th anniversary offer we (couple) said no but, he tried all the ways and asked that have been to any place for honey moon, we said no in-fact we were planning. Then he said we are best in the tourism and providing good facilities like superb accommodation and so on... Finally we said no we don't want to go with it. Last he said if you take membership now you will get golden member ship which is equivalent to celebrity membership. By giving some wrong commitment sales person made us to commit and very soon he collected 30000/- through card payment. After 15 days we have got member ship cards and called customer care for booking of vacations. They said no vacancy in any one of their club and called immediately to sales guy asking that we are golden member ship but unable to get the booking. Then he said no worries i will check and get the booking. After 10 days he had told only one place we have booking and that is beautiful location. Final they made me to book for Cochin. From the starting time to till reaching we were completely not happy with their vacation. Mean while every of my vacation called to sales guys to ask what is this..? But no one is responding. Finally we came back to our place before vacation completion and went to Country vacations. Called every one who is concern person in that. But no proper response from any one. Finally decided to ask them very seriously and went there again a manager asked us to give written complaint. But there is no response even after 10 days. Then again visited to their office ask by shouting at them then they said go to another office (customer care office). Went to customer care office one day and have seen that so many people have come for the same issue. But they have taken one by one inside and tried settling the matter by offering return. But, i have asked my honeymoon days back as it was spoiled with loss of pay in office. They said we will return only balance amount . Other wise we will offer you one trip. Then we did not accept the trip offer and asked for complete money return. But finally they said we will deduct the amount for stay in the vacation. For me there is no other chance, hence i had to agree for the balance amount return after 2 hours of fight in fact they made us to cry. Finally they gave one written letter saying that within 45 days we will refund your amount. After 45 days called the person who committed(Customer care manager). He responded like you have to wait some more days if not for got your amount. Again no chance left for me apart from waiting. After 60 days i have called and asked for the status. He said i have not received the approval i can not do any thing. Wait for some more day. Daily i have been calling him and he does not pick-up the call and customer care manager is doing like this. Daily i am praying for the god to get my money back soon. But, god also not helping me. I hope Akosha will help me in getting my money back. Sufferers like me should should get the money from them. Also i want this cheating country vacations people should be punished.

                My membership id is CVPU1CLUB5LB173298. I have took membership & paid 30, 000 at Pune office. At the time of payment all staff treated like VIP & once they received full payment they neither receive my call nor called me back. I have mailed them several times regarding service complaints. They don't even update customer profile & payment details. I had booked vacation for Goa in October 2014, for some family issues I cancelled my plan & requested them to adjust paid amount for next vacations. They accepted my request but on condition o[censored]sing same amount within 3 months, which was not possible for me. Now they saying that my amount has been collapsed & I can't use that. Their customer care staff call only for payments, they never reply when you required help to sort out some issues like this. Very Pathetic service. I want to cancel my membership & want refund.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you about a biggest fraud/Scam run by Country Vacations/ Country Club India Limited. I become a member of country vacations on 3/04/15 in Bangalore. First they called the people by saying you won a free gift voucher of 6N and 7D holiday package. For collecting that gift you need to come to our office and no need to pay anything. After reaching their, they started giving presentation for more than one and half hour, about country club country vacation in which they spoke about lot of facilities and by luring the people asked them to sign the agreement and not providing enough time to read that agreement fully .Addition to that they will say you will receive one more copy of agreement with the same benefit which we had explained. But we will never receive any other copy of agreement at all. When I go through agreement it is totally opposite what they had explained. I paid 65000 to join their membership now I want to cancel my membership and get the sum of Rs 65000 (I paid via credit card on 3rd April 2015 @ 7:30PM ) back to me because of the following reason 1)The sales people made a falls statement by telling us about if I pay through credit card they will give 18 installments from country club and there will be 0% interest & no Processing fee or service charge as they have some tie ups with HDFC bank. However after swiping the card sales person came and told me that their tie up with HDFC has ended and they are charging 15% interest if country club convert the EMI and if I convert the EMI I will get 11% interest and he insisted me to convert. • 2) Sales person told me that for vacation I can accommodate up to 12 people using my membership anytime only thing is I have to pay 1400 tax while travelling once in a year along with the Annual maintenance charge of 5000 and 1st year AMC will be waved off • 3) Sales person also committed that he will give complimentary 1 vacation with food and accommodation completely free anywhere in India along with the regular vacation so that 1st year I can go holiday twice. • 4)Life time membership will be provided so that we can use SPA, Fitness center and party hall can use life time with free of cost but later got to know that spa is only for 1 year and they will give 30 vouchers, to avail this voucher I have to 12% tax or minimum 350 per voucher. They dint even give me time to think by saying today is the last day for offer and collected my ID proofs and swiped my card before i read the agreement. we had almost 4 hour discussions about the offer so thought will go home and check the agreement and got shocked, nothing was mentioned about the offers what I have been told by the sales manager at Shankar math branch Banaglore.I called the sales person to enquire he told me that i will get it at the time of booking but I asked him to give in written form as i can’t trust you people but he disconnected my call by saying he will call me back. i dint get any call and i went to their place to meet him but he dint even bother to come out and meet me other lady came and told me to go to their shivaji nagar Head office and meet customer care manager [Thilagavati]. I went and met Thilagavati and she suggested me to write a mail and she will help me in providing all the benefits whatever their sales people promised me but she can’t cancel my registration. i sent a mail on 4th April itself and send 2 reminder also but till now i haven’t got any reply from them hence i am requesting please help me to get my money back.

I become a member of country vacation on 29th-Mar-14 in Bangalore Sarajapur office (ID#--DT41/2#117), I have paid Rs 350000 for joining the membership. I paid this amount because of policy explained by the country club member) MAMATHA L.C [protected] her designation Take over manager). Please find the below commitment given to me by country club people. 1) She offered me total 5 year package with price 1, 05, 000 out of them I have paid 35, 000 by my HDFC credit card EMI based. 2) She told me first two year I have to pay 35k, if I like the service and membership then I can continuous with another three year membership. 3) I got call from RO office and told me I have to pay full amount and I cannot sell my package. 4) She confirmed via email to us if I don’t like, I can sell my membership with help of country vacation team and refund my money. 5) First fraud—My 35, 000 was cut from their side in one shot instead of EMI, when I checked with her she was not helping me in this issue, I have contacted RO Hyderabad office from their SHIVAKUMAR help to close my EMI issue. 6) 2nd fraud The sales people made a wrong statement by telling us about the 18 installments from country club and there will be 0% interest & no Processing fee or service charge as they have some tie ups with HDFC bank. 7) I got to know from HDFC credit card statement my EMI amount came with 11% interest not 0% interest. 8) I have called Mamth’s Manager and informed him to all issue how Mamtha sold me this package and what trouble I am facing, He was not listening to me. 9) I have contacted RO office because I was not getting proper help from Koramanga branch Manager IMRAN Basha. 10) Farah from RO team, she is dealing with issue over the call. Till time I didn’t not get call from Koramngal branch Manager and nor RO office, I am only calling to RO office Farah, she was giving fake update we are working on it, even I have asked her to provide escalation matrix, She never reply to my email or not passing my issue to next level. 11) From the time I became a member I didn’t get a good service from Managements side to resolve my issue. 12) From past one year I am following my issue with Bangalore Koramangala Branch and RO Hyderabad office to cancel my membership.                         I am also a member of country vacations. I paid 1.5 lakhs. Mr.Raj Manoj Kumar promised me to give many items before signing the agreement. I signed agreement in oct 2017. todays date is 11 apr 2018. till now I did not get anything. when I trying to contact him he is not picking my call. I mailed to customer care also to resolve the issue. but no one replied my mail. I even mailed to Mr.Imran Basha, manager of customer care. But i did not get any reply from him also. I am asking for an update every day. even then I am not getting any reply from him. I am very much frustated. after trying to connect to customer care number everyday, once phone line got connected to customer care then I explained all what had happened. I literally begged them to solve the issue. the executive told he will solve the issue. but i did not get any response afterwards.

                            On 20th of March 2014 I was called for a meeting at Country Club, Begumpet to come and collect some free gift own in a lottery. I and my wife attended that meeting based on curiosity. Same day during this meeting, we were offered Country Vacation plan, where a manager from that team, Mr. Chandu (M:[protected] & Mr. Aizaz (L:[protected], explained about this offer. That offer consist of following point but not limited to • 6 nights and 7 days of vacation yearly at any Country Vacation/Country Club resorts and hotel throughout India and world. • During stay, a car with driver cum guide • Up to 40% discount on Air Fare. • Other than me, my wife and 2 kids, if I want to take any other couple, they will provide a separate room with nominal charges or if I am reducing my vacation days no need to pay anything. • There won’t be any off season and I would be eligible to book my vacation throughout the year. • 4 star or similar hotel • Life time free membership (Gold card) and free access to all facilities at country club They suggested two options: • One with Plot of 150 sq. yards & Club membership for life time – Costing 2 Lakh Rs. • Gold Club membership for life time – Costing 1 Lakh Rs. Actually these were costing about 2.8 & 1.5 Lakh Rs respectively. But as country club is celebrating 25 years, they said they can offer a discount to the above mentioned prices. Also they said they have tie up with all major banks and convert to interest free EMIs upto 36 months which will make the EMI to about 2700 per month. This made me think favourably as it has tie ups with banks and the EMI being less. So atlast decided to pay the amount of 1 Lakh thru HDFC credit card. Now they are denying to convert it to 36 months. Rather they converted the amount to 24 EMIs with additional charges making it to about 4700 per month which is nearly double the expected EMI. Team also didn’t allow us to take decision later because that offer was valid only during that meeting on the same day. They spoke about lot of facilities and by luring the people asked them to sign the agreement and not providing enough time to read that agreement fully .Addition to that they will say you will receive one more copy of agreement with the same benefit which we had explained. But we will never receive any other copy of agreement at all. When I go through agreement it is totally opposite what they had explained. My membership id is CVHYD5CLUB5LB196804. And I received the normal membership cards which are valid for 5 years where as the promise was for gold membership valid for life time. In view of above discrepancies, plz cancel the membership and arrange for a refund at the earliest.

                              This happened on 3/4/2015. Country Vacations give us lucky draw card, ask us to fill it with our contact details and email id. Next day they start calling us saying that you have selected for lucky draw. Please come to our office and collect all your gifts. Also insists to bring any new married couple with us. We visited their office in Aundh, Pune yesterday. There were many peoples who came to take their gifts. Receptionist told us that we are short listed among 6000, and only 150 couples have been short listed in lucky draw. After we went to their office they asked us to attend a presentation for one hour after that only we will get out Gifts. And they were saying you must have received message about presentation. But the fact is none o[censored]s received any message from them. There was nothing as such Presentation, one guy was sitting on each table with couple in one room where very loud music was played. And that guy starts telling about what all offers their touring company can give, where are their branches, and many more useless things. All that drama could end just in 15 min but they asks us to spend 1 hour in that room. Cameras were on there. That guy asked us many time for tea & coffee. We heard all their advertising for 30 min then we said we understood what it all about but we are not interested in any additional gifts just give us whatever we won in lucky draw and let us go. But they started misbehaving immediately. Suddenly many of their employees came and started fighting with us. Some how we ran away from their by saying that we don't want any kind of gift. When we come out we meet with few couples who has lost their money at country Vacation office. One couple just gave his credit card no. on the form they ask to fill and next money was credited from his card to Country vacation. He said he has already raised case against them. One couple's mind wash was done and by mistake they swiped their debit card in Country club office and paid 20000 for some fake membership, after some time they come back and said we don't want any membership please do refund our money. But country Vacation officers said you will not get single penny back. I came to my home and did search about country vacation, i found they are doing this fraud business for many years many have been trapped in their mind wash trip. Some guy from Mumbai has also raise case against them. But his single penny is not refunded yet by Country Vacation. I don't understand why are they doing all this and how have not been trapped yet?

                              If so many complaints are already raised then what is consumer forum doing? how these Country Vacation guys are doing all this even from years and years.

                                Respected Mam/ Sir, I took membership of country club/ vacation in 2014 and now when I am trying to do a booking for the first time for a vacation, I am not getting any response for the representatives. My Membership No :CCCDG12CLUB10LW18918. I was checking for booking in their Bandipur resort for dates 27th May to 1st June but the website did not provide an option to book for 6nights 5 days. Though I could see that the resort was available for almost all dates of May and June when selecting option of 7nights and 6 days. So I called the AMC chandigarh at [protected] to do the booking. They sent a mail to [protected]@countryclubmail.com on 26th March. I sent a reminder mail again on 26th March evening. The reply was received only on 28th March that too stating Sorry to inform you that as per your request dates are not available we can offer below dates as per today's online inventory May 30th - Jun 05th | May 31st - Jun 06th | I then called again at Chandigarh AMC where I was assured that the booking would be done. it has been a week and I have not received any response after multiple calls and mails. I had done the bookings and applied for leaves thinking that the resort was empty and now there is no confirmation of my hotel booking. If this is the service that we get for paying 1, 50, 000, then I want a refund of my membership and do not wish to continue this membership. ALso there is another holiday that I have for Bangkok which is to expire in June but if I try to book a holiday, there is no availability in the hotel till June and the club is not ready to extend the vacation either. If this is how the system works then probably I will not be able to utilize any of the holidays and all my money is down the drain. I am looking for a resolution to my problems here with Country vacations.

                                  I have become member of Country Vacations with paying 21000 from my CITI bank credit card on 20th March 2015 in Pune, My membership id is CVPU1CLUB5LB196840, I had alredy plan for going Alleppy and Kanyakumari on holiday in may month train reservation are already done, The sales person Laxman dighe had shown me pic of House Boat and hotels that i will get if i become the member of country vacations, so i decided to go for the membership, Laxman dighe told me that he will do the reservation of hotel in allepey and Kanyakumari once i will get membership, the next day when i went to his office for reservation they said they dont have property in Allepey and Kanyakumari, and now Laxman dighe is denying from showing me pic of House boat and hotels in Allepey and Kanyakumari.                                   Hi,
                                  I want to cancel my membership [haven’t got any membership card yet and also I haven’t availed any of the services from you ] with country club India and get the sum of Rs 65000 (I paid via credit card on 3rd April 2015 @ 7:30PM ) back to me because of the following reason
                                  1)The sales people made a wrong statement by telling us about the 18 installments from country club and there will be 0% interest & no Processing fee or service charge as they have some tie ups with HDFC bank. However after swiping the card sales person came and told me that their tie up with HDFC has ended and they are charging 15% interest if country club convert the EMI and if I convert the EMI I will get 11% interest and he insisted me to convert.
                                  • 2) Sales person told me that for vacation I can accommodate up to 12 people using my membership anytime only thing is I have to pay 1400 tax while travelling once in a year along with the Annual maintenance charge of 5000 and 1st year AMC will be waved off

                                  • 3) Sales person also committed that he will give complimentary 1 vacation with food and accommodation completely free anywhere in India along with the regular vacation so that 1st year I can go holiday twice.

                                  • 4)Life time membership will be provided so that we can use SPA, Fitness center and party hall can use life time with free of cost but later got to know that spa is only for 1 year and they will give 30 vouchers.
                                  They dint even give me time to think by saying today is the last day for offer and collected my ID proofs and swiped my card before I sign the agreement. We had almost 4 hour discussions abet the offer so thought will go home and check the agreement and got shocked, nothing was mentioned about the offers what I have been told by the sales manager at Shankar math branch Bangalore.I called the sales person to enquire he told me that I will get it at the time of booking but I asked him to give in written form as I can’t trust you people but he disconnected my call by saying he will call me back. I dint get any call and I went to their place to meet him but he dint even bother to come out and meet me other lady came and told me to go to their shivaji nagar Head office and meet customer care manager [Thilagavati]. I went and met Thilagavati and she suggested me to write a mail and she will help me in providing all the benefits whatever their sales people promised me but she can’t cancel my registration. I sent a mail on 4th April itself and send 2 reminder also but till now I haven’t got any reply from them hence I am requesting please cancel my registration and refund my amount as I have not received membership card till now.

                                    I have got a call from CV saying I have won the about 25000/- gift voucher against the coupon filled at the shopping mall. Their representative told me you have to come with family to collect this gift at their office at Begumpet, Hyderabad. When I have visited the same place to get this coupon they have discussed about their Country Vacation membership. CV representative mentioned following points if I take membership that day: 1. I will get lifetime free holiday each year 6D/7N without paying any extra money. 2. I can book any time as per my convenience. Accommodation will be available always. 3. I can give my 6D/7N holiday on rent through myself or through CV. And I will receive about 20000/- if I will rent my holiday each year. 4. I will receive one way air ticket for couple. 5. If I am not satisfy, I can return the membership. 6. I also enquired regarding the different levels of the membership which they have told all members are equal level. By seeing all the above benefits I got agreed to take this attractive offer which they are going to give in the written. The have spent almost three hours during this brain washing so that no time left to read their so called agreement. And will not get the truth. I have paid Rs 150000/- for the membership. After reaching home I have read the whole agreement thoroughly and found almost 90% of the promises were false which were told during the first meeting at Begumpet. I got soaked as 1.5Lakh is a very big amount for me. I have tried to contact all the representative no. which was given during the first meeting no one picking up. I got more tense and sleepless and trying to get my money back from last six month. My membership no is CVHYD5CLUB30LB184978. Please help me to get my money back.
