We have opted for 6 days and 7 night package, but they made us to sign on 3 days 4 nights package. Later when we approached them, they told us to pay 11k extra to avail 6 days and 7 night package and we have done that also.
but till now it didn't get upgraded and in our mobile we have still the app showing as 3 days 4 nights package.

We want everything to be uploaded and we want that it should come in our mobile app also, so that we can do the booking bu our own.

We are following Country vacations employees from past 6 months, but till now there no response and nobody have done anything till now.

I am really frustrated now and annoyed of the service Country Vacations are providing.

Hoping for an answer or call now.

    I'm not satisfied with County vacations services and I want to sell my membership, I took the membership Only because it was told that I can sell it if not satisfied but now they are telling I can't... The representative of company who spoke to me regarding this is Mr Sudheer. Chennai. He told us I can sell it when ever I wanted to and the company wud make arrangements to it.. but when contacting those people they're not respond well to it and telling it's not their responsibility... Please attend to the issue..

      We have taken the membership of country club on Vishesh Patil CVPU37TCLUB5LB221801 on 12th June, 2016, saying that its last offer we have booked the membership and they assured that you can cancel the membership if you are not satisfied. Next day we have read reviews in detail and decided to cancel the membership, same was informed to AMEX credit card to block the payment and send the mail very next day of membership to cancel it.

      But they are more rigid and suddenly change that cancellation of membership is not allowed. We are still following up with AMEX to stop payment and with country club to reverse the payment. Finally we decided to take it with consumer court.

      Country Vacations (CV) denies providing any cooling-off period to its members and clearly states that the membership amount is non-refundable. However, CV being a member of All India Resort Development Association(AIRDA) group has to follow certain guidelines and one of these concerns cooling-off period.

      Cooling off period : After a purchase has been made, AIRDA recommends a cooling-off period of 10 clear working days, during which customers have the option to revoke, rescind and make void ab initio, any sales agreement entered into. If the agreement is revoked by the buyer, the seller is committed to refund all payments made and return share certificates, title deeds or other documents handed over during signing up of sales agreement.

      Agreement paper which was signed is just Rs.100/- which is invalid as per Indian government, for any agreement it shoud be Rs.500/- bond paper
      Legally, only perishable goods and some other sectors can draw such agreements...never the clubs.

      A legal agreement should have complete names from both sides including the father/husband's name.
      - The names from the CCIL side i.e. is not legitimate as it is written and not typed. Also his father's name is missing.

      If any bond is signed it should be notarized, the executive of country club took my signature and gave me same bond paper, i thought i have to submitted it later for notary, this show it is not valid.

        Country vacations have not provided us out cards since the time of registration
        We have paid the full membership amount and the club hasn't repondes since then.
        When tried to call they said that there was no registartion done

          I had taken up an membership from country club Sarjapur location (Bangalore) 4 years back. While during making us to membership discussion, it was informed to us that we would be getting 7 days & night’s stay for a year and our membership was for 5 years hence it would be 7 days x 5 times for 5 years and if we book in advance of a week there would be addition of 7 more days for every year eventually making it 14 days a year for 5 years. And there were no other charges & if we don’t like to use we can surrender it after 2 years to country club and get refund (- tax amount) for the unused days and several other good commitments to make us scapegoats to opt for the bookings…

          But while we tried booking from day one we were finding difficulty in booking the right rooms (which never available) and if at all available were forced to opt for food charges costing around 2400 per day while booking, which we did not wanted to…
          So I had tried discussing this issues with several customer care officers and had visited several times your Sarjapur office & Koramanagala office for no use.

          Now I had not used even a single day of this option and wanted my amount refunded. I have been fed up with follow-ups on this query since 4 years and could not get any proper response.

          so look into the same and try to refund the paid amount immediately (as agreed by your team member)

            I filled the coupon for County club at shoppers stop andheri. I was initially not interested in taking the membership but later they kept offering more services and discounts so finally i was conviced in buying the membership. It was decided that they will give me 20 holidays 10 domestic and 10 international, rci membership, 15000 spa vouchers, 4000 food vouchers at Rs 100000/- which i paid immediately with my credit card. But till date which is more than 2 months after i paid i have not received the agreement also. And the manager Yamin is saying he will not give rci only dial exchange that also after i pay 15000 more than decided.
            They have give me membership card for only 5years and that too i am unable to book the holidays till i pay rs 15000
            Please look into this.

              Now I want to just withdraw membership. I am still not their 100% member as well as I have not used any of their services.

              I just want to give up the membership and recover my money.

              They are dying the refund!

                On 15 th jan 2014 i, rajesh rodrigues recieved a call from a call reprentative regarding winning a lucky draw gift but all i, was suppose to do was to attend a forum of country club only for married couples.
                O, proceeded with a friend of my merlin almedia to the venue as my spouse.
                During the venue we were explained about the country club vacations program and amount to be paid i, purchased it for 1, 40, 000rs membership fee and also had to pay 8000 rs one time annual maintaince charges.
                Its been two years since i'm a member of the club and i, have refused to pay any more maintainance charges as i, thought it was a one time payment.
                They have also not rectified at begining that i was married legally or not.
                I, have not used any of thier amenties or vacations since i"m a member i, have inquired into cancelletion of my membership for which i, have told the amount paid is not refundable.

                  On 21st of july 15 I was called for a meeting at SV Towers to come and collect some free gift own in a lottery. I and my wife attended that meeting based on curiosity.

                  Same day during this meeting, we were offered Country Vacation plan, where a manager from that team, Mr. Punith vp, explained about this offer. That offer consist of following point but not limited to
                  a. 6 nights and 7 days of vacation yearly at any Country Vacation/Country Club resorts and hotel throughout India and world.
                  b. During stay, a car with driver cum guide
                  c. Up to 40% discount on Air Fare.
                  d. Other than me, my wife and 2 kids, if I want to take any other couple, they will provide a separate room with nominal charges or if I am reducing my vacation days no need to pay anything.
                  e. There won’t be any off season and I would be eligible to book my vacation throughout the year.
                  f. 4 star or similar hotel
                  Team also didn’t allow us to take decision later because that offer was valid only during that meeting on the same day.
                  After taking some time and looking at their lucrative offer, we planned to join that club.I 65000 in three forms 10000 by cash and 10000 by cash and 45000 by debit card transfer.
                  After nine months of taking this membership we planned for a vacation as in the last week of april and I approached their reservation team to book me a room in shiridi for 2 days and 1 nights. Then I was clearly told that all rooms are booked in advance and there is no availability. I approached them several times. But I was clearly told that no availability.
                  After complaining to their Central team and asking to cancel my membership, I got 5-6 different calls, however no one confirmed me any booking during that time, rather they were giving me different options.
                  Later I went through Internet and realized that this is an issue and even previous members are not able to book any vacation in last 3-4 years during any festive season as they are always told that rooms are not available.

                  After several call asking to refund my money, Country Vacation team denied any refund.

                    I was promised that I will be refunded the EMI Interest Charges for a 24 Month EMI (the amount comes to Rs 55000) & Waiver of Maint Charges for Parents (Rs 2000 every year for 30 years).

                    It has been more than a month since I became a member and I am yet to get a refund of the EMI interest and a written confirmation on the Maintenance charges being waived

                      I want to cancel my membership and want refund of my money as country has cheated on me and is not providing any services as they promised. I am mentioning a complete details below as how all this has happened with me.
                      on 27th June 2016 I have been called with my husband for collecting a gift saying that I am selected in lucky draw (For country vacations 25 years celebration). the executive forced us to visit their office even after denying several times. before giving the gift county vacations asked us to spend some time for their company presentation.
                      They have started their presentations and said I am one of 30 members selected out of 25000 people and attracted us to take a membership. they explained us plan of Rs. 275000 which i denied straight forwardly. after that the executive started crying and convincing us. but due to my financial limitations i said no. she again started explaining me plan of Rs. 145000. her senior also came and started approaching us for plan of Rs. 145000.

                      they have made several promises on the basis of which we got convinced not we are finding them false and disappointing.

                      we took Rs.145000/- Membership. in which they have promised us you have to pay 45000 only and remaining 100000 you can pay it any time in next five year. we paid 45000 rs. on the same day (i.e. on 23rd June,[protected] by cash & 30000 by credit card. )

                      On 15th July 2016 we got a call from their Hyderabad office saying that you have to pay remaining Rs.100000 withing six months. which was very unexpected statement we informed them that we have been told we can pay it anytime within next five years then he said no its been told to you just to sell membership and may be due to maintain good relationship.

                      apart from this Rs. 145000 they are also saying us to pay Annual Maintenance of Rs. 8900 each year up to 10 years.

                      they have given us beauty saloon voucher which was expired. even giving several reminder its not be revised.

                      they have also told us you will be getting 6 days 7 nights free voucher withing one day. after following up hard we have received us after 15 days but in that voucher it is written that we have to pay Rs.5500 to avail it.

                      due to all this our final decision is to cancel the membership of this fraud company and getting the refund of my money as early as possible.

                        Want to cancel membership and get back money but not allowed to do

                        Hi, I have taken country vacations membership in the year 2011 by paying Rs.36000/-. At the time of purchase it was told that when we do not have any plans for vacation we can rent out 2 nights 3 days plan for someone and earn money. And, if we do not have any plans to continue they themselves will arrange for a transfer of membership and refund the amount paid. However, nothing was done and now when they are asking for yearly maintenance...

                        Hi Team, I have registered with Country Vacation with 60, 000 INR. But i realized that by the reviews these membership policies are fraud. So i tried to call Country vacations to cancel my policy. But none of them are responding. I tried with my bank to stop my transaction which made with Country vacations. But they said they can not do from the bank side. I have to check with the merchant. Could you please help me on this.

                          I got trapped by fraud country club people (country vacation) and lost 51172/- rupees on 1st June 2016 due to their fake promises. I received a call from them to collect free gift (bowl set, Dinner set and many more) from country club as one of the lucky member in a lottery which I had drop the coupon in Shopperstop, Bangalore.
                          When I reached there they told me to attend a presentation of 45-60 minutes before collecting the gift.
                          Their sales person (Nawas and Imran) wash my brain and convinced me to take member ship of country vacation by paying 50000/- rupees with their fake promises which are listed below. (Some fake promises I remember rest I forgot)

                          Even they didn’t allow me to take decision later because that offer was valid during that meeting on the same day.

                          Fake promises:
                          • First they told me you are one of lucky person in 100 people . we are giving this offer to you.
                          • We will give you 3 card (2 country club gold card. one for you and one for your spouse and 1 vacation card).
                          • That Vacation card is valid for 5 year and you can use it any club, resort and 4/5 star hotel (no charges only taxes)
                          • Country club card is valid for lifetime and you can use it any country club resort / country vacations. No charges will be applied, only food charge is applied with 40% discount.
                          • 6 nights and 7 days of vacation yearly at any Country Vacation/Country Club resorts and hotel throughout India and world. it can also be extend upto 10 days
                          • Other than me, my wife and 2 kids, if I want to take any other couple, they will provide a separate room with nominal charges or if I am reducing my vacation days no need to pay anything .Pick up and drop from airport, bus stop, railway station are free, Car will be provided for sight seeing at free of cost and many more.
                          • Two PVR movie ticket will be given to you every month.
                          • Shopping malls coupons will be given to you.
                          • SPA coupon will be given to you.

                          • Big thing is they told they will convert credit card amount of 50000/- into 36 month EMI with 0% interest and no processing fee, so I take the membership thinking of I have to pay a less amount per month approx. 1000+/-, but after few days when I got the message from my HDFC Bank that EMI is converted for 12 month with 14% interest. So I have to pay 3800/- with interest 567/- rupees with service charge 79/- rupees per month.

                          So I called country club customer care also those sales person to convert it to 36 month EMI as per you had told me but they said once it converted it can’t be possible to convert again. I also asked them to cancel my membership as I can’t pay that huge amount per month, they told me there is no such policy for cancellation of membership.
                          • Even I asked them for the written statement about the facility what you guys had told me .They said all the bill details, EMI details, cards, coupons and letter will come to your home address and it will come from Hyderabad head office. But I haven’t got any vacation card, any PVR ticket, any Spa coupon, any shopping mall coupons till now. I also contact them many time but every time they are telling you will get in next few days.
                          • After login to country vacation there is a hidden annual charge of 5000/- which they haven’t told me at that time.
                          • I have 3 nights and 4 days holidays in my account, so I called them to book but they are telling they will call me next day.
                          • Even they haven’t give me any gift for why they had called me, saying that gift is finish now and we will send it to your address.
                          • I am always staying disturb due to all this reason, also I am not able to concentrate on my work due to such fake people who stole my money with fake promise.
                          • I also asked them to waived my EMI interest but no response from them.
                          • They swipe my card two times first 48672 rupees, second time 2500 rupees.
                          • I don’t need anything, as I am unable to pay that huge amount approx. 4400/- per month, I want to cancel my membership and want to get back my full money. please help me in this.
                          • I also have many email communication with them, If possible I can send it.
                          • It is not the problem of any one person not only me but also other person who are facing the same issue which I faced, because when I was going there to discuss about this one more guy I saw he also have the same problem, those people also converted his amount only for 12 month instead of 36 month.
                          • These are fake people under one roof. You can find many review in internet about the country club how they cheat people.
                          • I am thinking after doing so many cheating how they are still in the market.

                          My issue is not resolved, so i filed a complain in consumer court, bangalore.
                          I would like higher authorities to look into this scam & help people . There is no action, even I have posted . Still awaiting for refund. I have already raised an FIR.

                            This is Nirmal Kant Paswan and I was cheated by Country Vacation (sister concern of Country Club) same way like many applicants have mentioned there issue here. I hope my appeal would be taken seriously and expect help from concern department you people.

                            On a promotional call, I visited to local sale office which is in Salt Lake City Center and attended a long presentation by executive Sohini and Manager Subrata Singh (Mob - [protected]). They told me everything about membership subscription and asked if I have to take decision, it would be right now only. I was fooled by them and took membership after prolonged discussion of 2 hrs. I was told about all perks and privilege but in misguided way like initially they say you will get 7 days premium subscription where accommodation in 5 star hotels, fooding and service like pick up and drop will be completely free and for another 7 day you can stay in our associate hotels and pay only service taxes, fooding & travel will be chargeable at lesser market rate. So in 14 days annual package, we got this picture clearly like you have been thinking till now BUT after enquiring again and again, they said only accommodation will not be chargeable and fooding and travelling will be chargeable even for 7 days premium subscription. I was not accepting it. Later When I checked their rooms on Tripadvisor besides their own app, I have seen the quality is not even 2 star and charges was not more than 2500/- for maximum hotels which is not value for money i have paid.

                            The biggest fraud action came when I need to pay them Rs 85000/- from my credit Card. They were asking me to sign few documents in which they had put the agreement paper down under making only signature space visible to me, I had signed there and that was my biggest mistake. There were a Rs 100/- deed paper in front of the agreement which they never shown me prior signing and never said once the amount is paid will be not refunded to customer. They didn’t even prompt me for this. I had used two credit Card, HDFC for 64000/- and SBI Credit card for 20000/- payment at the moment. The deal was on only one condition that, I will pay 85000/- in 3 years (36 EMI). The Manager promised me it will be done and swiped HDFC Card. My ATM Pin was not working, so they opted for OTP and in their machine it was showing client is eligible for 12 month EMI but he never prompted that too. I did the payment and then he said, It was done for only 12 EMI, now you can talk to your bank for further break up. I was surprised but took it casually because i was thinking to call bank to break this up but kept on repeating if it's not done by Bank, you please make sure i ll get it from your end at least. He promised about it.
                            When I have seen the agreement document, I was shocked about the clause, I mean who doesn’t refund at any circumstances. This kept calling them and Bank but Bank denied and they did so. I requested manager several times regarding it and he also accepted the fault but now I do not trust this company anymore and I want my money back. I kept calling Kolkata head office and Hyderabad office to address the concern but they are refusing directly even after making them understand about the scenario. They just stuck to one thing, you should have read the agreement but i didn’t know anything about such document because they never it will be an agreement. I was signing on my own provided documents and in the middle of that, it just happened.

                            I mailed them and called but they are avoid my concern. I have already raised the dispute issue with HDFC & SBI but none of them seems helping me out. HDFC asking me to provide cancellation document which I can’t.

                            I have seen people getting money back. I have not used the service and raise the issue within 24 hours to them. Please help me to get my hard earned money back.

                              On January 3, 2016 I had become member of country vacations, looking forward with the superb schemes presented to me by it’s sales person Mr. Anshuman Tripathi.
                              In the cognizance to the fact stated by Mr. Anshuman Tripathi, of Andheri Branch of Country Vacations office, following benefits were assured:
                              1. 22 vacations of 7 Nights and 8 Days in 20 years for 2 adults and 2 children (including domestic and international holidays) without any utility or AMC or any other charges;
                              2. 4 air tickets for domestic travel;
                              3. Only payment of fuel charges for the vehicle hired on vacations;
                              4. 30% discount on food if property is owned by country vacations. In case the property is RCA, then the discount on food will be 20%;
                              5. 30 spa vouchers with no conditions for any payment to be made (complete free);
                              6. Club membership for 10 years without any payment of annual maintenance charges (AMC)
                              For the above mentioned facilities I had made full 100% upfront payment of ₹ 65, 000 and signed the agreement guided by it’s officer. Thereafter I received mail wherein there was no mention of the above mentioned facilities however it stated that the payment of ₹ 7, 000/- is due from me on account of ACM for the club membership. I have several times contacted the sales person and marked mails to it’s customer care but there is no revert till date.
                              Further, with respect to commitment of vacations, it is not even reflecting in my account however now the sales person is stating that it is the branch that provide this complimentary vacations and not the company/club. All these facts are never d5sc36sed and due to this I would be at the mercy of the sales person.
                              Now, I have contacted the branch to book my vacation and avail my travel tickets benefit. However, now to my surprise they are stating that I need to pay utility charges of Rs. 900 per night if the property is owned by Country Vacations and Rs. 1, 500 if the property is RCA. Also they are giving number of excuses for not booking my air tickets now and also saying it was confirmed for only 2 tickets.
                              Requesting to look into the matter and revert on my mail id if any further clarifications are required.

                                We wish to report our experience with country club vacations and our request immediate cancellation of membership and refund of our money [ref: CVBG1TCLUB5LB221875] .


                                On 15th june 2016, we received a phone call from one mr. Pratheek stating that we have won a prize in a lucky draw at a shopping mall. We were requested to come and collect gifts worth rs. 30, 000 in the evening at an address in Sarjapur, Banglore.
                                Throughout the day, we received a number of phone calls from this person. Finally, since we were in the city we decided to drop in and collect whatever gifts were promised. We (Me and my wife) were asked to come to the country vacations office at Sarjapur, bangalore. We reached there at around 11.00 AM in the morning. A young lady greeted us and took us into a small room where there was loud music playing. There were number of tables were sales representatives were talking in hushed low voices to couples.

                                The lady told us that there will be a short presentation about country vacations after which we could take our gifts and leave. Then, one Ms. Chaithra came and started asking us questions about our vacations. She said that the country club was celebrating its 25th anniversary and hence were selecting around 500 winners of lucky draw for gifts and around 116 of those winners would also be eligible for a special offer on their vacation plans. He then introduced us to Mr. Harish as his manager who told us about some vacation plans of country club. He said that this was a special offer and we had to decide within 30 minutes after the presentation. Ms. Chaithra then continued to explain the different vacation plans.
                                At the presentation they (Harish and Chaithra) told us about lots of offers for holiday resorts and vacations. At that instance, the offers were looking good, and also they gave the option to convert to EMI of the whole amount for 36 months without any processing free and Interest. Then it looked like a very good offer and I asked them to provide the all these details in a document, then the executive said that he will give all the details of the benefits that I was offered by them in a written document.
                                They told us that 100 customers had already signed up and only a few offers were pending. Together, both of them literally forced us to accept their offer at rs. 75000/- for 10 years membership for International Vacations using my HDFC credit card. Later i asked him for the benefits of getting the life time membership then he offered so many benefits and also gave the option to convert to EMI for 36 months without Interest and 0 processing fee. Then I paid the rest of the amount 62500/- for life time membership. Overall I paid 75000+62500 = 1, 37, 500/- for the membership. Once the payment is done, I was asked to sign on the agreement which doesn't contains any of the benefits that I was offered, then I asked the executive regarding this and he told me that this is the standard agreement for all and since we are the couples through the Lucky draw contest, we were given all the extra benefits (mentioned below) which will not be specified in the agreement. He also told that I ll be getting a printed document with all of the benefits offered along with the welcome kit which will be delivered within 2 days. Then I signed on the agreement believing that I will be getting the written document with welcome kit and since it is a public Limited company i trusted blindly. After that I sent a mail to the executive mentioning most of the benefits of the Membership he offered by asking him to confirm the benefits that I ll be getting. The executive(Harish R ) replied to my mail confirming all the benefits that I offered will be provided by the club vacations(Please check the Inline mail for reference).

                                A day after the payment done i.e on 17th June 2016 I got a call from the customer care girl of Club Vacations and explained the benefits I got with the membership I purchased. To my surprise what I was offered was completely different from what she is explaining. Then immediately I explained the benefits that I was offered by the Country Vacations executive and told her that these were completely different from what she is explaining. For this she told that she will raise a complaint on this issue and get back to me. But I never got any call from her till date. This implies that they are disloyal to their customers and they don’t even bother about the customer complaints.
                                They promised me the free EMI conversion of the whole amount for 36 months within 4 days without any interest and 0 processing fee. But the amount is converted to EMI for 18months only and that too at the interest rate of 15%. After getting the message from the bank regarding this EMI conversion, immediately I approached the Country Vacations executive Mr. Harish (T.O Manager)who offered me all the benefits and assured me on free EMI conversion for which he was not responded and very rude if I asks for it.
                                They promised me that I will be getting the detailed document of all the benefits that I was offered on the day of purchase along with the welcome kit which I will be receiving after 2days of payment. But after receiving the Welcome Kit there is no such document, then I visited the Customer care office at Koramangala and asked for it. Instead of giving the solution to my problem they are not responding properly and asked me to check with the executive. Then I tried calling the executive and as expected he is not responding to my calls.
                                Then I have stated researching about this club, my world started collapsing!! When you do a search in Google for “Country Vacation”, in the very first page of the ten or so result, nine of them are about the frauds committed by the CV! And there are plenty of complaints that CV will not stick to the promised that they have made.

                                We then filed a complaint and asking for the cancellation of membership with their customer service team on june 21st via e-mail with all the reasons for raising the complaint but have not received any response. It has been four days since we have raised this complaint. However, we have still received any response from which is very very disappointing. When they wanted our membership and money, there were so many phone calls and follow up from their executives. Now, that we are asking for cancellation and refund, nobody is responding.

                                We have not used or intend to use in the future any of your services and have requested for cancellation. We hope we will receive a positive response to this complaint through this forum and an early refund of our hard-earned money.

                                Benefits offered to me at the time of purchase :
                                1. A cashless stay for a period of every year for up to 6 Nights and 7 Days each year at CCHL properties and associated properties within India plus 25 other Countries for life time of the Second party from the date of this agreement. This accommodation will includes Studio room, 1 BR and 2 BR (Bedroom Hall Kitchen) which will be allotted based on the number of vacationers(maximum of 8 adults allowed in this package). Second party has to pay an AMC of 8500/- for each year after completing 1 year from the date of Membership if he avails the facility of this vacation. And this pricing of 8500/- is fixed and will not be altered in the future.
                                2. No Renewal charges for the Membership throughout the life time of the Second Party.
                                3. No Processing fee and other extra charges(not even interest) applicable for the EMI conversion of the paid amount. These charges will be taken care by CCHL .
                                4. If the Second party failed to avail the facility of the Cashless stay, they will be carry forwarded to next year. Second party can also borrow the no. of days from the preceding years.
                                5. 4 Gold Card Memberships for the 2 couples Mr& Mrs.Surender Nalla, and Mr & Mrs.Aravind Gudise and also for the kids if they have in future. This membership card is valid till lifetime and no extra renewal fee needed for the same. Membership card will be delivered to the Second party within 15days of date of purchase of Membership for the Couple Mr.Mrs Surender Nalla where as the same will take 45 days to deliver for the couple Mr.& Mrs Aravind Gudise.
                                6. 600000/- travel insurance will be provided for the Second Party.
                                7. Second party can Sell/ Rent this facility after completing 2 years of Membership.
                                8. Complimentary free accommodation for 2N/3Days in Bandipoor for 4 adults except the taxes which we have to pay if Second party avails this facility.
                                9. 3 N /4 Days complimentary package for 4 adults throughout India where the Second party no need to pay anything throughout the trip. This trip includes Flight charges, Pickup and Drop facility, Accommodation, Food and sightseeing where all of these were taken care by the Country Club(Except taxes of max 2000/-).
                                10. 6N/7 Days complimentary free accommodation in India/International which doesn't include any hidden charges other than Taxes.
                                11. 3 grams 22 carat gold as complimentary gift which will be delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase of the membership.
                                12. Flat 50% off on Flight/Bus ticket bookings if we book before 45 days of travel date for International and 15 days for Domestic. And also Up to 50% discount for all Flight/Bus tickets if we book within 45 days of travel date for international and 15 days for domestic.
                                13. No extra charges for using swimming pool and indoor game facilities from CCHL for life time with the membership card provided without any extra charges throughout lifetime for the Membership card holders.

                                  1) On 10th of April 16, I was called for a meeting at Shivaginagar Country Vacations Office to come and collect some free gift own in a lottery. I and my wife attended that meeting based on curiosity.

                                  Same day during this meeting, we were offered Country Vacation plan, where a manager from that team, Mr. Thousif, explained about this offer. That offer consist of following point but not limited to
                                  a. 6 nights and 7 days of vacation yearly at any Country Vacation/Country Club resorts and hotel throughout India and world.
                                  b. During stay, a car with driver cum guide
                                  c. Up to 40% discount on Air Fare.
                                  d. Other than me, my wife and 2 kids, if I want to take any other couple, they will provide a separate room with nominal charges or if I am reducing my vacation days no need to pay anything.
                                  e. There won’t be any off season and I would be eligible to book my vacation throughout the year.
                                  f. 4 star or similar hotel

                                  Team also didn’t allow us to take decision later because that offer was valid only during that meeting on the same day.

                                  After taking some time and looking at their lucrative offer, we planned to join that club. I paid advance of Rs.20, 000 through ICICI Bank Debit card.

                                  Next day, the representative called me for paying the balance amount. I had enquired with my friends about country vacations and had a bad feed back, hence i with held the remaining payment.

                                  Meanwhile, i had asked Mr. Thousif to refund the amount as we are not interested to continue further. He asked me to give a feedback after visiting one of his branches.
                                  Inspite of our busy schedule, we had decided to go to bandipur on weekend, and requested for the same, but surprisingly bundipur slot was not available for 3months. hence we decided to go to cochin branch. for booking the same i had followup for more than 50 times as Thousif does not respond to my call. with great difficulty, i had got the same booked.

                                  After visiting the same, we had given our feedback as below.
                                  1.Locating the cochin branch was difficult as there is no sign boards for locating country vacation branch off.
                                  2.Food was not of that quality as commited.
                                  3.Power fluctutions for all the days during our stay especiatially during nights.
                                  4.Since we had been with our family and kids, no entertainment is available for kids like swimmingfull, etc..
                                  Overall i was unhappy and disappointing from the cochin visit.

                                  the same has been shared to Thousif via email and hand written, He told us that, he will sent to head office and come back to me. Neither he is responding to my call nor replying to my emails.

                                  Pls guide me to take it forward.

                                    This is the height of cheating customers, these people saying we are offering so many plans for less rates and all.
                                    They convince so well that we get trapped by their words.

                                    After repetitive calls from country club representative we went to collect the gifts which they told us on a phone call.
                                    Once we reached there they intimated to attend a meeting and after that we can collect the gifts and return without any payment.
                                    After the meeting was done we were forced to take the membership for country vacation and were not even given a chance to think regarding
                                    The payment. They made an agreement of 75, 000/- in which we made a payment of 40, 000 /- on hdfc credit card and remaining amount was supposed
                                    To be payed within 6 months of the agreement. They promised to give the membership cards immediately within a day or 2.
                                    Latter on we did not recieve any membership cards from them, when we contacted them they told to avail membership we need to pay the complete
                                    Amount only on which we will be issued the membership card. After reading all the reviews we have decided to cancel teh membership as whateever
                                    They told all were false pormises. When we contacted them to cancel the membership and return our money, they tell that cancelation is not possible.
                                    During the meeting held before taking the membership they told that if we are not interested to contiune the membership, they will transfer the
                                    Membership and return the money with interest. But now they say neither is possible to cancel the membership nor it is possible to transfer as per
                                    Their policy.
                                    Again we went to the country club begampet to submit cancelation form. Representation told us to convert the membership to country club membership by paying extra 5000/- and asked us to write a letter and sumbmit to transfer the membership to someone else and return the money. He told all the process would take around 2 months of time. He gave a contact number which never worked.

                                    We just get a call from customer care to pay the annual maintance every year, if we ask them about the status there will not be any response from them.
                                    It has been 4 years we have payed the money to them, till now we neither recived any membership card nor availed any facility in county club.

                                      We Partha Chakraborty and Dr Sheerja Bali are writing to you after your Country Club staff at Bangalore have dealt with us irresponsibly even committed forgery. Kindly note the events as stated below. We were approached by Country Club Koramangala offering us membership (club and vacations) on March 30th, 2016. When we had the presentation with Mr Fayum (Country Club Executive), we were offered- 1) India plus Asia package (for 30 years) along with the Gold membership cards for Rs 2, 59, 000. 2) We were told that we could book our vacation any time of the year, up to 1 week in advance. 3) We were told that this is a sale- able membership and that we had to contact the Country Cub office for that which had agents to do the mentioned. We would get back the original amount which was paid by us. This would be done after taking one vacation or after two years (whichever was earlier). Further Mr Fayum said, that we should contact the Country Club office who would arrange for the agents. 4) We had to pay an AMC of Rs 8500 for one year. In case we did not pay for some particular year, then the 7 days /6 night’s vacation for that particular year would not be carried forward. However, the other year’s vacations would be intact. 3) We were also told that cab facility will be provided from our home to the clubs for life- time if we paid an extra Rs 2, 500 (in cash). We were told that we would be getting the invoice for these payments in our registered mail ID. At this juncture we paid Rs 78, 000 (through debit card) plus Rs 2, 500 (in cash to Mr Fayum) and signed on the agreement. The rest of the amount was to be paid through EMI using credit card. After we returned home, the next day we got a call from Mr Fayum that he had not filled in certain payment details in the membership agreement asking us to visit him at the office again. This time when we met him, he offered us- 1) India plus World package (for 30 years) along with the Gold membership for RS 1, 60, 000. This was if we agreed to pay the entire amount on the spot thereby closing the deal. Thereby claiming to give us a discount of Rs 1 Lakh. 2) We were also offered 30 spa passes, and were told that this facility is available at the Country Club Bannerghatta Road. Also we were told that we would have to pay Rs 150 extra for the oil/ cream each time. On April 7th, 2016 we paid another Rs 82, 000 (through debit card) and closed the deal. After payment, while we were waiting for the final papers, Mr Fayum said " so final package is India plus Asia at Rs 1, 60, 000. " We were taken aback, because all this while Mr Fayum was talking of 'India plus World' package and after taking the money he switched his words and changed the deal! When we told him that was not what he had promised, he started to say that he can't take these decisions, but because we are saying he will talk to his manager if we pay another Rs 3000. He then came back after 10 minutes and told us that if we pay another Rs 3000 he will make it India plus World. We were upset by this sort of a game played with us, but we kept quiet and paid another 3000. So now the final closure was at Rs 1, 63 000 India plus world for 30 years. We were also told that the membership details would be updated in the app/ system within 1 week. On April 8th we called up Country Club at Bannerghattta Road which is near our home, to book the spa appointment. We were surprised to know that they do not have any spa facility, further enquiry revealed that the aforementioned spa facility existed only in Sarjapura road. When we called up Country Club at Sarjapur road we were told that we have to pay a sum of 350 rs (oil and cream) and not Rs 150 told to us by Mr Fayum. We asked for pick up and drop cab facility for which we have already paid Rs 2500 initially. The receptionist in Sarjapura Country club told us that they provided no such cab facility and that we should call back the person (Mr Fayum) who has promised us the same. When we called back Mr. Fayum he showed his ignorance and told us he was too busy to talk to us. We were again surprised by his tone because when he wanted us to close the deal he would call us repeatedly. We then called up customer care at Koramangala office and were put through to Mr Manoj who informed us that he will refer this matter to Mr Rueben who is the senior in charge and further he will get back to us in half an hour. We waited for his call which never came. We called up Mr Manoj again and we were told that he has gone out for lunch and he would call us back once he returns. We waited for another 2 hours and we were disappointed that no calls came. We cancelled the spa appointment and straight away went to the Koramangala office (SV Towers) and tried to seek an explanation from Mr Fayum and Mr Manoj. While waiting for Mr Fayum, a person asked us, whom we were waiting for and informed us that Mr Fayum will take another five minutes to come. We were made to wait for more than 30 mins before we could meet Mr Manoj or Mr Fayum, when we met them, we again had to explain our situation to them. Mr Manoj told us that he has already reported the matter to Mr Reubeen. When we further asked to meet with Mr Ruebeen Mr Manoj told us that Mr Reubeen is not available. When we asked why we were not told about non availability of the spa facility in Bannerghatta Road, Mr Fayum said he himself is not aware of that. We said, we are not satisfied with this kind of response and we would like to meet with their higher up. Mr Manoj and Mr Fayum told us that no one is available. We also questioned why we were misled about the cab facility and we had not yet received a bill for a sum of 2500 Rs, which Mr Fayum had taken from us via cash. We demanded a refund of the money. Instead of refunding Mr Manoj told us, “instead of the 2500 we will offer you another holiday for 3 nights and 2 days for anywhere in India”. We said we are not interested in such kind of a bargain and we want our money back. After hearing all this Mr Manoj said, we have signed a document for the cab facility, we said that there was no such document shown to us and insisted on meeting with a higher up. By this time nearly an hour and half had passed, and we were asked to wait again. Then Mr Manoj came and told he has the copy of the signed document with him which showed that we have agreed to pay 2500 for cab facility and club events. When we demanded the copy, he came up with a document which we were seeing for the first time. The document had forged signature of mine, along with wrong phone numbers and date of birth. We were stunned and refused to leave the office without meeting with Mr Reubeen. At this juncture a person entered at Mr Manoj’s office and introduced himself as Mr Reubeen. Please note that we met the same person earlier when we entered the Koramangala office while waiting for Mr Fayum. We were surprised to see him and told him that Mr. Manoj and Mr Fayum told us that he (Mr Reubeen) is not available in the office. He said he was very much available. We asked him why Mr Manoj and Mr Fayum were not letting us meet him. None of them had any answer for that. At this juncture another person (whom we later learnt was Mr Imran) entered the room and asked what the problem was all about. When we explained to them our situation and we also showed them the forged document, Mr Reubeen told them to give us the sum of 2500 back. However, Mr Imran said he doesn’t have the money. We also told Mr Manoj and Mr Fayum that forgery was a criminal offence and this matter could be taken to the court. After hearing this Mr Imran spoke in Telegu (unaware that we understand Telegu) to Mr Manoj ‘’Let them go to court, we shall also see what they can do’’. We were in utter disbelief that this is how the senior officials of Country Club were approaching our situation. When we told Mr Imran that we understood what he said, he immediately softened and changed his tone and said that he only said that because everyone were getting worked up. At this stage Mr Reubeen pacified us and gave us his personal number stating that he would ensure that he would send us Rs 2500 in cash to my wife’s office in four days. Despite feeling cheated we accepted Mr Reubeen’s requested and returned. After 4 days i.e., 11th April we waited for Mr Reubeen’s call which never came. I called back Mr Reubeen and he asked for another day’s time to sort this out. On Tuesday i.e., 12th April when we still did not get any response we wrote to central customer care and we got a call from them. We again explained to them the entire situation and we were promised that the issue would be sorted out within 1 week and someone from Koramangala office will call us up. Meanwhile we called up Mr Reubeen atleast 4 times over the next week and we were always promised that action is being taken. The same week we got a call from Mr Zahed Pasha introducing himself that he was calling us from the central customer care and he wanted to know the following 1) Who was writing the mail to the central customer care? Whether it was myself or my wife? 2) If I was not in India how could I even sign the agreement (As I work in Denmark) We took serious offence to this line of questioning and my wife asked them if they were questioning our integrity and did they need proof that I was in India when I signed the agreement. What was the meaning of such questions? Instead of solving our problem, why were they questioning us in this manner? Then Mr Zahed said that he is working with the Koramangala team and the problem will be solved soon. During this week on 18th April we received the BLUE country club membership cards by courier. This is the first time we came to know about the concept of different BLUE/RED/WHITE colored membership cards (BLUE/RED/WHITE card concept had never been told to us). At the time of signing the contract we were told that we can book our holiday as late as 1 week in advance. We also received a letter which informed us that our package is of 2, 59, 000 with 96, 000 as due. The next day we mailed customer care again reiterating the facts that our package is of 1, 63, 000 and we have no dues and that the BLUE colored card was never explained or informed to us. After repeated calls to Koramangala country club office and repeated messages to central customer care we finally got a call from Mr Manoj on 21st April asking us to visit the office and collect the money. On 22nd April at 12 noon I called up Mr Manoj and told him that my wife would come to collect the money and she would like to meet Mr Imran/Mr Reubeen. Mr Manoj told me that Mr Imran is not available and Mr Reubeen has moved to Adugudi office. Despite losing trust on Mr Manoj, my wife still went to the koramangala office to collect the money. Finally, my wife met Mr Manoj on 22nd April at 1.30 pm. She was returned the Rs 2500 in cash which had been falsely taken from us earlier. When she asked about why the package on the app is still incorrect showing total of Rs 2, 59, 000 with Rs 96, 000 due, she was told that it’s because we have not signed on the affidavit. When she asked to be shown the affidavit, the contents in it were different from the actual happenings. It stated that we had approached country club due to inability to pay the current package due to personal reasons, and as a gesture of goodwill, country club agreed to downgrade the package to Rs1, 63, 000.And thereby, we also forfeit the right to raise any complaint or grievance in the future. Now to begin with, I did not approach country club for anything. Mr Fayum called us and told us that if we pay Rs 1, 63, 000 at a time, there and then, he will close the deal. The membership promised was Rs1, 63, 000 for INDIA PLUS WORLD PACKAGE FOR A PERIOD OF 30 YEARS. I refuse to sign on any such affidavit which is incorrect, especially after the treatment given to us by country club. Had we been told about all this at the outset, we would never have taken the membership. She also asked as to why we were given the blue membership cards, when while signing up the membership we were never told about the concept of red/blue/white cards. We were never told that we would be given the blue cards. When we had earlier spoken to Mr Ruebeen about this, he said that we can book even 1 week in advance. Mr Manoj replied to this stating that we can do booking at a notice of even 10 days. Then when my wife asked, in that case why give a blue card? Is it not contrary to what the blue card stands for? However, Mr Manoj was unable to give a clear explanation and replied stating that country club only provides BLUE card for all members in Bangalore! This sort of information was completely new to us and was never been told by Mr Fayum initially. While my wife was talking to Mr Manoj, she happened to see Mr Imran in the office and she immediately called out to him and she told him that Mr Manoj was constantly telling her that he (Imran) was unavailable. Then she explained the situation again to Mr Imran, he said that this affidavit has been framed by the company and we have to sign it. When she refused citing that this is a legal document and it should represent facts accurately, he asked her to send her an email stating that we had initially signed up for RS 2, 59, 000 package which was later changed and closed at Rs1, 63, 000 package which included India plus world locations, for a period of 30 years. This is inclusive of the gold card club membership, which was offered to us from the beginning. This he said would be adequate to make the necessary corrections online and in the records and that he would get back to us on the 25th of April. We sent the required email the same night. When we did not get any calls or response for our email we sent a follow up email to Mr Imran. We never got any response to that. After waiting for Mr Imran’s email which never came, I called up Mr Reubeen to follow up and also inform him of the current situation. Mr Reubeen told me that he is on sick leave and once he is back to office he will get back to me with the status. He never called back nor did he ever pick my call after that day. I tried to reach out to Mr Imran and as always he was not available in the office, instead I had to speak with Mr Manoj. He told me that there are certain signatures required which are missing from the agreement, and he will send a scanned copy of the same to me immediately. Another 4 days passed and we never got any email from Mr Manoj. While waiting for response from Koramangala office (Mr. Imran/ Mr Reubeen) my wife wrote an email to Mr Zahed and 45 mins after writing that email she got a mail from Mr Manoj which consisted of agreement papers where the signature was missing. Then she got a call from Mr Zahed asking her as to why she was repeatedly writing to customer care when the Koramanagala office was responding to all our queries. She pointed out the obvious fact that the mail from Mr Manoj came only after she wrote to customer care. She also stated that it is not our fault that the signatures were missing since it was Mr Fayum who had asked us to sign on the required places and also updating of the package should not wait for this. Please note that numerous calls has been exchanged between us and, Mr Reubeen, Mr Manoj, Koramangala office, Mr Zahed and now this is amounting to extreme mental harassment. The tone and the attitude of the Country Club staff has upset us to the point that we no longer want to associate ourselves with Country Club which has outrightly cheated us. After this we wrote to Mr Zahed that this amounts to mental harassment for the past one and half month and we demand cancellation of our membership andFULL REFUND of our money. We have not used a single service and you could also take back the dinner set. Mr Zahed got back to us and told us that Mr Imran has told him that refund is not an option and instead to pacify us they are offering us 7 days & 6 nights of vacation anywhere in India. We informed him that we do not want any more dealings with Country Club instead refund of our hard earned money and cancellation of membership. We also requested him to put us through with senior officials who could take this decision. He told us that he cannot do that and instead we have to write to central customer care. We have already written to Central Customer Care numerous times and till now they have not done anything to solve our issue or refund our money. Hence we are writing to you as a last resort after having made to run from pillar to post by Country Club Staff. Please note that the employees in the Koramangala branch are very irresponsible to say the least. They always make false promises, even stooping down to a level where they have forged my signature, they out rightly lie to us all the time. Kindly do the needful.
