Sir, In the month of march2015 we got a call saying that we won 25000 gift and to attend a meeting.Here we were brainwashed and we paid Rs 199999 as membership fee, we later came to know the reviews were not good and they asked us to pay annual maintenance charges of Rs 8500/per year for next 30 years which we cant afford as we are retired people.Later we asked them to downgrade the plan to 5 years and refund Rs 115000/ until this day they have not given back our amount, they say its sanctioned but keep giving lame excuses.Their staff also threatened me of suing me for Rs 10 crore for calling their company a fraud company.It has been a mental agony for me and my husband we are both Diabetic patients .They informed us that their company is registered one but we received an email from Ministry of tourism that is is not registered with them.Please look into the matter and oblige.

    Hi,

    They charged my card for Rs200000 and said that I would be given a Iphone 5C and so far they haven't reverted back and these are now not even picking the calls and I receive a bunch of calls almost everyday for some more upgradation on what I have taken. Its a complete and I am gonna file consumer complaint.

      I took membership of Country Club and Country Vacations in 2010. During this meeting, i was told that since the Company was celebrating 20 yrs (don't remember the exact number of years), we were being given a special offer. On paying a membership fee of 60, 000 we would get lifetime Club membership and lifeteime holidays from the company. In case i was not satisfied with the service, my entire amount would be refunded without any questions asked.i found this offer attractive and took it. However, my agreement copy mentioned vacations only for 5 years. When i queried on this, i was told that i could continue my vacations if i paid my yearly AMC. Nowhere was it mentioned about the refund policy. I did not pay any attention since i had no intention to claim refund. I took some vacations for 2 years but would never get hotels on the dates desired. So i stopped paying my AMC as it was not possible to go on off season holidays. Cut to 2015. I received a call from Customer Care that if i pay my yearly AMC charges, all my 3 years missed holidays would be revived. I told them that there was no point since i never got holidays on the dates i desired. This was in June 2015. I was assured that i would get the dates of my choice if i informed in advance of at least 3 months. ( I have all communication on mail and sms) I made the payment June end and immediately mailed for Kodaikanal booking for December end. I was promised that bookings would open 3 months before (September) and my booking would be done 100%. Accordingly, my guests made their flight bookings from Pune to Bangalore spending an amount of 12000. I also got the train bookings done spending 6000+ for the same. After that i have been following up for 2 months now. Yesterday i was told that booking was not possible on these dates as it was reserved for some premium customers. Customer Care says that they are sorry and will give me additional 6 nights holidays free. My observtion is as follows: 1. These guys run behind you for membership and then you run behind them for bookings. 2. You will get bookings only during off season. You will never get bookings on dates you need. How many o[censored]s holiday with our families during school times or besides vacations? 3. Don't pay a single rupee unless you see a copy of their agreement and study it properly. 4. Don't go by verbal assurances from anyone. The concerned persons may no longer be in the company when you want them. What about the time and money spent on planning, booking for the trip. We have already spent 20k plus for this trip including airfare, train bookings etc and are now without a hotel.

        I bought country vacation package (5 years) + country club membership in September 2012. country club membership with ID : CVPU1CLUB5LB123367 As per the commitments given to me, if I do not opt to avail the vacations then my vacations will be sold to somebody else. And all my payment will be recovered. I invested Rs. 80000 solely on that commitment. But when I followed with the customer care, they simply denied saying that it is not their responsibility to recover any amount. The guy who sold me the membership gave me his visiting card (Mr. Nikhil Pardeshi) and asked me to call him for any help. I called him and his phone didn't work. I called the office and they say that he doesn't work there. I would like to get my money back, till this date I haven't utilized a single facility just in the faith that I will get my money back someday. Please help me in getting my money back by cancelling the membership.

        Country Vacation is a chain of cheaters and frauds based in India, They have a very planned way of making business out of cheating and looting innocent people around shopping complexes around malls.

        Notice : if anyone sees a person asking to fill a form and you get a free vacation.please for God sake don't fell into the trap, Just slap away and complain the same to the mall/store manager for making the same person standing and irritating people

        Please work in a professional way. Club members are not begging for your help. They are demanding for the facilities they need to get. You are failing to do this. All your replies have a standard text copy & paste. My question is why there are so many complaints under your company?

        Please give straight answers. In the above reply did you mean that you sent 30000 members and more than 1 lakh room nights are allotted to members with the membership money taken from this applicant?

        There is no mention of booking though app in agreement. There is only a website link provided.

            My self Mr. Vishal the victims who joined as per the false promises of Country Club, a service providing club with head office at (Begumpet) and many branch offices in all most all cities, not even registered with Government of Tourism, appearing at shopping malls, offering attractive false promises, taking you to their destination or office, forcing the customer to sign on blank agreement, believing their false promises as genuine, pays Rupees 4500/- or more than this. Once payment is received to Country Club, they forget all the promised services and the customers are forced to run from pillar to pillar for getting refund. Many FIR, s have been filed against Country Club, many affected people filed cases before Consumer Court. Many people got refund after proceeding to police action or Court. But people from all over India and abroad still falling as prey to their false promises. Hence we are appealing to people to not to believe in their false promises

              I attended one of the weekend membership drive from Country vacations with my family. I reached the place in the evening and spoke with their Sales Manager (Kiran Keetham). He offered and negotiated with me on multiple different things. We finally agreed and I signed up for the membership paying more than 1L rupees. I signed a document where they did not give me any time to read through (my only mistake) where all the items I negotiated for are negated. Post that I made several calls to Kiran (Sales Manager) and their Kormangala customer care. I have also sent them emails. I'm not getting any response from them. Some of the promises made are, 1. They offered a gift vacation for my whole family with airfare given.Now they talk as if they don't have clue about it. 2. Either pay AMC to avail benefits or pay taxes on the vacation Vs they are demanding the AMC mandatory now. 3. CC payment with 0% interest which they asked me to workout with my CC company where they said will be refunded. Now no news. 4. They promised, when I want to give away the membership I have to work through them. Now are asking me to get the customer myself. I seriously need some help now to either get my negotiated items to settle or get rid of the membership itself with FULL refund. Thanks.

                Hi... Sir, i want a help from you.. Yesterday i paid rs.15000/- by credit card to country vacation for membership... And they also give me membership contract in written..In contract there are clearly written that not refundable .. Salesman tell us to take decision only in 30 minutes after listening offers of membership of country vacations for 5 years membership of 6 nights/7 days accommodation in their properties by offer total amount rs.95000/- in which i have to pay rs.25000/- in advance and installment rs.3000/- per month for 24 months & extra 4200/- for 1st year and than rs.7000/- per year as amc after discount.. So after that i paid rs.15000/- by credit card before by date 10.09.2015.. But after reading nagative reviews about country vacations and reading of agreement which is totaly in favor of country vacations so now i want to cancle my memberdship and want refund of rs.15000/- please help me sir..                   One fine day my wife received a call from a number mentioning that we have won 30, 000 worth of free gift and we can collect the same from their office in Adugodi Bangalore provided we come as couple (please note: the calling person didn’t mention any reference to country club). When we reached the place (country vacations) we were asked to sit through a 45 min presentation post which the gifts shall be given. ** As the call was made for promotional and marketing offers using a mobile number, and not a 140 series hence there was a clear breach of TRAI regulations. In the presentation we were promised multiple benefits and lifetime privileged for the family (upto 8 members) we were tempted to buy the membership paying 2, 05, 000 by Citibank credit card. We left happily from their office, came back home, did few simple searches on google and realised that we were duped. SL No. Promised Reality 1. 14D of vacation every Year for an AMC of 8500 A. 6N 7D every year for AMC of 8500 B. 6N 7D (Taxes Chargeable) 2. 14 days’ vacation can be taken in one stretch Not possible 3. 14 days of vacation is non seasonal and can be taken any time of the year Second set of 6N 7D is only possible from Feb to Sep 4 Sightseeing, Pick-up and Drop are free Sigh seeing, Pick up and Drop are not free and are chargeable 5 Renting/selling of country vacation are done by an agency for a service charge No such agency is there at present (Confirmed by Customer Service Bangalore). Selling of membership can only be done on a personal front. 6 Membership type is Platinum (higher than gold), where I am even eligible to stay in upcoming properties Membership type is Gold 7 Complimentary insurance of 9L given Not true 8 As we are platinum member hence, eligible for any type of room Only Studio type of room 9 8 people can stay in the room (2BHK would be given) at no extra cost Only 2 people can stay, all other members would be charged separately 10 6N/7D of free Mauritius trip on taking Platinum membership with free Air tickets. Not True 11 The EMI would be borne by Country Club and would be added on my behalf every month. Not True. The total interest amount of 18, 000 to be borne by the customer* 12 For Platinum members the Annual Maintenance fee is waived off for 5 years Every year there is an annual maintenance fee 13 Annual Maintenance fee of 8500 is not compulsory and depends upon the usage. Depending upon the number of holidays availed, the proportionate amount is paid. Annual Maintenance Fee of 8500 is compulsory irrespective of the usage 14 Annual Maintenance Fee is fixed to Rs. 8500 for 30 years and for a maximum of 8 members Annual Maintenance fee is subject to change, and completely depends upon the company discretion. Additional Rs 2000 is required if parents are included in the vacation. *We were asked by the sales person to confirm on the welcome call that we paid 105000 by cash and 100000 by cheque (there is CV call recording), while in reality we paid the entire amount using Citibank Credit Card under the assurance that Country Club would take care of the interest part. It is a clear case of fraud from the sales team to make me swipe the credit card and bear the interest myself, and also to confirm on the call that I have not used the credit card. The sales team led by Mr Manoj Kumar (employee ID: VCVKOR2454) did this to trick me and probably meet their sales target. Other lies in the name of Marketing - We have won a gift voucher worth Rs. 30, 000 on the basis of a lucky draw - We are among 116 families chosen for this offer in this country - This is an one time offer (celebrating 25 years) - Offer valid only for today - Actual cost of package id 4.16L and we are getting 50%+ discount on the special offer - We were told that the company has announced the offer only for that day as it was 25 years anniversary, hence pressurised us to buy the product on the spot. However to my delight when we went the next day we found that this was a regular selling activity. Meticulous Fraud execution process - We were never allowed to read the agreement, and he ONLY explained the non-contradictory parts of the same - He took my credit card + pin number and swiped the card himself (as he explained that the POS machine was not wireless) - He smartly kept back all the hand written documents on which he explained the fraudulent part of the product features - They told us that we are getting special corporate discount as my wife is a Citibanker - The sales people were referring each other as their boses and giving approval for discounts Next day effort from us The next day we went back to Country Club office asking for the refund, and not to my surprise, we were badly treated by the staff. The customer care executive from Bangalore visited us, and we had a prolonged conversation. While in the conversation he agreed that there was a mis selling on the part of Mr Manoj and the product sold to us was different from the product promised. Mr Manoj who joined the conversation also agreed that he told us to confirm over the welcome call about the mode of payment was cheque + cash but not credit card. Cooling Off Period WE ONLY TOOK THE MEMBERSHIP as it was specifically assured by the sales person that we have 10 working days in our hand to read/analyse the agreement and cancel it if we don’t like. He mentioned that Country Club is a part of AIRDA, hence has to abide by its code of conduct (http://www.airda.org/airda-code-of-ethics.html). He also confirmed that multiple customers from Bangalore have received full refund of the money when they cancelled their membership in the ‘Cooling Off Period’. We have also raised a cancellation request with the Country Club and request for raising a dispute with the bank. We have also raised a police complain against the fraudulent selling . We want our money back.

                    Taken membership on 18/04/2011 no.: DT1270277 for 30 nights/ 35 days. Total = 21 Nights/ 28 Days ...so still pending 9 Nights/ 7 Days. They are denying to give Vacations. Secondly, the room which they give inquired about Rs.2000/- per day whereas we paid Rs.3500/-. Advance given Rs.70, 000/- for membership, it means how fool we are it's their Sales personal who speaks big talks and give nothings. Not me only like these many people have been trapped under their net. Details of my usage as below : -- I used 3 N/ 4 D at Hyderabad.                       Dear Sir/Madam, I sent the Email to Country vacation on 4th July 2015 for cancellation the membership and they replied me on 1st August 2015 stating that they will not cancel, hence writing you about my concern, below is the email which I have forward to them and it will also explain my all concern and how they deceptively given this Membership to me.. Request you to please look into this and help me to get my money refund. Hi Sir/Madam, My name is Vaibhav Jaiswal and my Country Vacation club membership card number is CVBG2CLUB202944. I have taken this membership yesterday i.e. July 4th 2015 Country Club Resort Yehlanka, Bangalore. My request here is to cancel the membership and to refund the money which is Rs. 40000/- It was all started from a phone call and they said you are lucky winner and we will give you 4 types of gift absolutely free (1st is 25000 vacation coupon, 2nd is Full Day Resort visit, 3rd is Kitchen Set and 4th one is Silver coin) I have denied to take this but those people keep calling me and I went to collect but there are almost 20 - 25 CV executives and Managers were there and keep try to convinced me, whenever I said no they reducing the membership fee, they reduced from 90000 to 40000. I would like to discontinue the membership because of wrong commitment which has made before the payment and I have paid through ICICI Credit and Debit card (35000 + 5000), this is my humble request to you, please cancel my membership with Country vacation and refund my money as early as possible. It was 3 hours discussion and will not be able to explain each and every thing how they fool us, however I will highlight the major commitments they have made and denied after the payment. Below are the points which I have discussed with your CV Managers and executive. Commitments before Payment: 1) CV Manager: If you want to cancel this membership we will cancel and will refund your all money after 18 months but before 18 months you can only transfer the membership and also would like to inform you that we will pay only Rs.40000/- not more than that as our many customer claimed with interest. 2) We will provide you 36 months easy EMI options in which you no need to pay extra processing fees and Service charge which is normally Bank charged something 7 to 8 % and its free from our side. 3) You will get 30 coupons for massage and it’s absolutely free for you and you will get this coupons every year, you just come with your spouse in any of our property resort in all over India and you can get any types of massage for free. 4) We will provide you two 6 nights and 7 days free package and one extra 2 nights and 3 days package if you take this membership today, this is not in Package but I will provide you from my side. 5) AMF (Annual Maintain Fees): The Yearly charges is 3000 Rs but you no need to pay any amount if you use normally like If you use Gym, Swimming pool, Indoor Games and Outdoor games etc.. but you will receive call from our Head Office to pay the amount if you Organize any party like Engagement party, Birthday Party etc. . . 6) In Rs.40000/- we are providing you the Country Vacation membership in which you can use our all service on daily basis like Gym, Yoga, Swimming Pool, Indoor Games, Outdoor Games etc.. Commitment Changed after Payment: Once I have paid they gave me Agreement to sign and one form to fill. 1) When I asked in agreement its written that Money is non refundable so he said, that’s what Sir It will not return from Head Office but I will transfer your membership to someone, just call me after 18 months, I am here, just use our property resorts and Hotels 2) 36 months EMI: No no Sir I said you can convert from your end we don’t provide this such types facility I think there was a miss communication you can easily convert into EMI from your Bank. 3) For 30 massage coupons, they clearly denied to give instantly and said once your membership card will ready we will courier separately and its not free you need to pay only Rs. 325 per massage which is Govt. Tax. 4) When I asked about the tour packages which they committed to give so they said give me a min I’ll check after 15-20 mins he came back and told that Sir as of now we don’t have stock but no need to worry we will courier you this one as well along with your Membership card. 5) AMF (Annual Maintenance Fee) I received a call from Hyderabad Office about my payment confirmation and I asked them about AMF so they said no Its most compulsory you have to pay whether you use or not, If you will not pay the AMF you will not be able to use our service until you pay the AMF. 6) I received the congratulation message for “Country Club Gymkhana Card” not for “Country Vacation card”. Apart from all above he has also committed to provide summer camp facility for Kids, Free Entry upto 12 members from Family/Friends, providing the Extra coupons for friends for any Events. Also I have tried to call all your customer care for complaint (+[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected] to all mentioned numbers and no any single number has picked up the phone and then tried to book the vacation which has gifted by them for 6 nights and 7 days package which is one of your 4 gifts through online and its showing Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are compulsory which is not mentioned or informed earlier. Your all above 6 major commitments have changed after the payment and I am sure that all other commitments will also not fulfill as per the commitments, It’s my humble request again to you, please cancel my membership and refund my amount Rs. 40000/- as its going to affect my daily routine life, Please help!                         I want to cancel my membership and get refund as the promises made at the time of offering were all proved wrong. Membership ID: CVPU1CLUB5LB203386 Name: Prarthna Sahu Date of Joining: 11 July 2015 Amount: Rs. 25000 (remaining in EMI) When we were offered the membership following points were promised, which were all denied by the same executive the next day - 1. They said about the annual maintenance charges of Rs. 8500 will be payable only if you plan a trip, which they said the next day are annual charges and will be applied whether we go on trip or not. 2. Next, they said from now on after the agreement you can avail all benefits discussed, later day they classified stating you cannot avail hall facility until full payment is done, and on asking why didn't you said it yesterday they said why we'll explain all points to you (then how I'm gonna know this). I have a video recording of next day. The time we discussed we mentioned that we will be required hall in sep-oct and will be paying amount in EMI. Nothing about it mentioned in agreement as well (though we signed the agreement on trust and no one's gonna read all points from this long pages agreement). 3. Also they mentioned we'll only need to inform before 10 days of agreement to plan a trip and they will do the bookings, Next day they said we can do only if bookings are available and showed us some live app where back dated months were available to book and on asking why not future months if we want to book ahead of 3 months then where are the months then they said I don't know and started offering us other options 4. The time they offering membership they stated you'll receive kit (including membership cards) within 15 days, But again next day denied the fact and said you won't receive until full payment is made, they would have mention this earlier we wouldn't buy the membership. There are lots more points, here I mentioned the main points based on which we took our decision of membership and they denied all. This was a complete breach of trust, now we cannot trust Country Vacations with any offerings. Now I want to cancel my membership and want refund. Country Vacation executives are offering 3 holiday vouchers saying you please forget everything told and accept this. If they give us their money then we can offer them number of options. Country Vacations took my money based on false commitments and now saying to accept whatever they have to offer. I cannot trust them for any services/offers. They already breach our trust plus whatever they are offering also does not sound promising. WE CAN"T TRUST THEM ANYMORE. WE WANT REFUND. The reason to trust was also ICICI/HDFC/SBI all Banks offers the credit facility for buying Country Vacation membership, this made us believe these banks must have verified their authenticity. I'm feeling cheated and want our money back. I am going through so much mental stress/harassment due to this fraud. This is a mental and financial harassment which they doing to many people like us. W made payment through ICICI Debit Card. Also Country Vacation is a member of AIRDA, which binds them to follow cooling-off period rule, which means we can cancel our membership within 10 days and get full refund, but Country Club not refunding our money. Please look into the matter on priority! In reference to my complaint, there are few more important points which should be noted - 1. The agreement is done between (P.R.O. from CCIL) and us (Me and My husband), which means the above 3 persons should have their signatures on all the relevant pages BUT - The Authorised Signatory from CCIL does not look like the person named above but looks like someone else whereas we have done the signatures from our side consistently on all the pages. 2. A legal agreement should have complete names from both sides including the father/husband's name. - The names from the CCIL side is not legitimate as it is written and not typed. Also his father's name is missing. 3. On the last page, there's no signature for "Sign of Button Up Executive". Also the name of the person for Button Up Executive is not mentioned. 4. According to the law you cannot have more than one legal signature. I would like you to verify the signatures of both parties involved. Since I have an account with ICICI Bank, you can verify my signatures (I can give my account Number). Also my husband has an ICICI bank account, from the account transaction is done for this membership, so you can verify his signatures as well. Based on the above points, the agreement cannot be treated as a legal agreement but just a piece of paper which cannot have any legal binding. Hence the dispute raised by me has value and expects you to refund my full amount as soon as possible. Kindly do the needful asap.

                          Hi sir, This is CH SHANKARAIAH GOUD as amember of your country
                          vaccations .i have taken a membership on APRIL 20TH 2013.but till now i
                          have not yet received any letter from your side till now. so am not
                          satisified with this company service.first they said we have to pay only
                          2000 for registration amount out of 125000, so i paid 2000 instantly
                          but after 5 days they call me and said you have to pay another 18000 to
                          issue permanent cards so i paid that 18000 also.after paying 20, 000
                          again they call me and said if you pay another 15000 so u'll be getting
                          the permanent cards so i paid total 35000.so now they are not responding
                          me not issued the cards till now. my membership number

                          I have been brought into this scam stating many fake offers and made me buy this membership.
                          I just wnated to cancel the membership, but no one answers the call nor emails. All I get is they state to continue the membership and the only time they call me is for AMC dues. Please help me in geeting rid of this fraud people

                            I am have been experiencing this immense pain caused by these fraudsters country vacation. let me explain the situation.On 9th of may they called me and told that we have been selected for a gift and lucky coupon for free 7 days accommodation's in any hotel within India after reached there they gave a long presentation about their membership like I will get the best of club amenities and luxurious traveling for peanuts, the greediness in me has taken over the reasoning And, they force me to take membership of the CV for just 65, 000 and

                            They came with a Bond paper where they had written about the money is non refundable. when i asked for sometime to think about this membership, They told me to believe on AIRDA's rule from govt of india ' there clearly written if a customer is not happy with service within 10 days of cooling period of time he can reject the membership and get his money back they also told me the same thing as per AIRDA. They shown me AIRDA code of ethics. Finally i agree and purchased.

                            After one day only i came to know all their plan after came across a bitter situation Explaining below.

                            I purchased their membership cost of 65, 000 but they swiped two times of 65000 + 65000 from my credit card and when i confronted with them on this matter, why they swipe it two times and neither they ask for signature on pay slip nor they provided the merchant slip to me. slowly i noticed whatever they promised me that they are not going to provide at all. and immediately i sent a email to their customer care service to cancel the membership within 3 days of taken membership and also i informed about this incident to bank also. so far i didn't get any response form country vacation.

                            Below are reasons i want to cancel Country vacation membership

                            Wrong commitments/ False promises

                            1) As per AIRDA Govt of india's rule i sent a email to cancel the membership withing 10 days but they not responded so far.

                            2) Goods not delivered as per commitments, it has passed 67 days of time till now i have not received the membership card and brochure as they told me to deliver within 5 days. i purchase their membership as per my requirement on that time but till now also they have not deliver the membership card also even many reminder to them.

                            3) They told about interest free EMI on my cards but actually there is not interest free as per bank.

                            4) the complementary service ex(locally 3 days of vacation in hyderabad) they told me to provide but they didnt, and they are saying now its paid on the name of service tax which is a meaningless equal to hotel cost. but they not provided yet

                            5) They told me 7 night 6 days vacation every year and they informed what ever promise they made to me that will come in the welcome kit. till now there is no welcome kit i have received.

                            Sir, sincerely i am asking one thing how it is possible one merchant selling with non refundable agreement, at least it should not be in case of tourism and affairs of our country.

                            Not only me there thousands of innocent people cheating by country vacation and lost their money daily and it happening all over India.

                            so far i have recovered my 65, 000 from them and remaining 65K is pending with them.

                            Please help me in this regard, it is a mental harassment for me which i am suffering since more than two months

                              Charging AMC well advace for all 5 years, but not giving bookings. These guys a real cheater... they are here just to take money from customers... Taking AMC's in well advance for all 5years, but whenever you ask for booking for any place.. they will say sorry sir its full. Just false promises and nothing else. I want all my money back what ever I paid till now.. I hardly used 10 days of my holidays..but paid full amount in 2 year advance. Initially they said you can book any number of rooms any time... after paying all money they never give rooms..

                                I want to cancel my membership and get refund as the promises made at the time of offering were all proved wrong.

                                Date of joining: 11 july 2015
                                Amount: rs. 25000 (remaining in emi)

                                When we were offered the membership following points were promised, which were all denied by the same executive the next day -

                                1. they said about the annual maintenance charges of rs. 8500 will be payable only if you plan a trip,
                                Which they said the next day are annual charges and will be applied whether we go on trip or not.

                                2. next, they said from now on after the agreement you can avail all benefits discussed,
                                Later day they classified stating you cannot avail hall facility until full payment is done, and on asking why didn't you said it yesterday they said why we'll explain all points to you (then how i'm gonna know this). i have a video recording of next day.

                                The time we discussed we mentioned that we will be required hall in sep-oct and will be paying amount in emi.
                                Nothing about it mentioned in agreement as well (though we signed the agreement on trust and no one's gonna read all points from this long pages agreement).

                                3. also they mentioned we'll only need to inform before 10 days of agreement to plan a trip and they will do the bookings,
                                Next day they said we can do only if bookings are available and showed us some live app where back dated months were available to book and on asking why not future months if we want to book ahead of 3 months then where are the months then they said i don't know and started offering us other options.

                                There are lots more points, here i mentioned the main points based on which we took our decision of membership and they denied all.

                                This was a complete breech of trust, now we cannot trust country vacations with any offerings.

                                Now i want to cancel my membership and want refund. country vacation executives are offering 3 holiday vouchers saying you please forget everything told and accept this.
                                Give me their money then i'll offer them number of options. country vacations took my money based on false commitments and now saying to accept whatever they have to offer.
                                I cannot trust them for any services/offers. they already breech our trust plus whatever they are offering also does not sound promising.

                                We can"t trust them anymore.

                                We want refund.

                                The reason to trust was also icici/hdfc/sbi all banks offers the credit facility for buying country vacation membership, this made us believe these banks must have verified their authenticity. i'm feeling cheated and want our money back. i am going through so much mental stress due to this fraud.

                                W made payment through icici debit card.
                                Also country vacation is a member of airda, which binds them to follow cooling-off period rule, which means we can cancel our membership within 10 days and get full refund, but country club not refunding our money.

                                  Hi, I am Rajeev from Hyderabad, a victim of Country club vacation. I am very much surprised to see that these guys are running their fraud business in India since very long but so far there is no action taken against them. There are thousands of people who lost their money here but due to some or other they lost their faith in the system and kept a perception in their minds that their money is gone forever. I am very hopeful that our efforts will make a difference and change this perception The company has their representatives at different malls or other public areas distributing the coupons for lucky draw. These representatives will only ask to fill in details and won’t introduce the company name. Here all that they need is name and contact details so they can get back to you. After 2-3 days, they will call the customer stating you have won the lucky draw and you need to come to their office with spouse at their office or wherever they say. If anybody go there with spouse and then they force to attend their presentation which is more than an hour long. When the couple reaches there, their representatives will be ready to attend the customer with warm Welcome. They will warn even threaten to not to leave the presentation half way and all the couples are told to switch off the cell phones? That in the presentation room, which is very small, they play a very loud music to disturb the couples mentally(Because they forced to sit there for long duration and bear them along with the loud music.). After taking the basic details of the couples arrived and their representative will start with very friendly tone and will extract most of the information about the couples and their family background, financial status etc. Thereafter they offer a package depending upon the size of your pocket and they explain all good things about their company and say that after paying this amount for membership from Rupees 75000 to 300000/- everything is free?. They explain a list of benefits which are offered free of cost. Next, they force to pay the amount quoted at the same point in time. There is no time given to rethink or for a market research. They discuss their tie up with various banks and will offer some discount. Until the payment, no agreement is showed and they will keep saying that everything discussed will be mentioned in the agreement and force to sign on blank agreement? In many cases at their office the agents, look like goons, taking the credit card or debit card by force from the proposed members and swap it for taking money? Even before taking the membership, I had specifically asked that I would not be using the Club Services, so give me a plan where I do not have to Pay the Annual AMC. He said if you do not use the Club facilities like Gym, Swimming Pool you will not have to pay the AMC. Only Utility Charges when you book the Vacations.Afterwards while talking to Customer Care, I came to know there is no option of NOT paying the AMC in the membership he had given me The cheating conspiracy begins after the purchase of membership that a lot of information missing or differently mentioned/not mentioned than the promised. The usual offers they are granting at the time of membership are as follows. If any young police officer with his wife in disguise approach this club for joining for Country Club membership, their entire cheating story can easily be unearthed. Credit card payment discount and its conversion into 18 EMI’s without any processing fee and interest. Free SPA services. Lifetime free club membership without annual charges or taxes. Stay at their club facilities is free. Members can use any of their 95+ owned facilities with no additional charges for stay. We have facilities available worldwide. Every weekend, we organize programs like Disco night, Gazal night etc. Free cab pickup from airport/Train station to the hotel and free car drop from the hotel to the airport and railway station. Up to 40% discount on Air Fare. On the other end, the facts about their above products and services are totally different. Please find the below mentioned contradictory facts written in the agreement or not mentioned anywhere. No discount received. EMIs were also charged with 15% rate of interest. Actually there is no tie up with HDFC, SBI bank or any othe Bank. When inquired about SPA services at their customer care center, they mentioned charges will apply? Annual Maintenance charges INR 8500 excluding taxes applies and must be paid to avail club benefits? For stay at any country club resorts, when inquired over the phone, they said the charges as 3000 per night? As per the agreement, they have over 59 leased and/or own properties however, as per the latest list shared by their executive says only 44(including international locations) facilities. Moreover, it is not for free and charges to be paid per night basis. Outside India, they have their facilities only at Sri Lanka and Dubai however, at the time of purchase, Philippines, Malaysia, Paris, UK and US were also mentioned. The program schedule is not fixed and there are frequent cancellations. On their mobile app, they update the schedule of programs but when inquired over the phone they mentioned it is cancelled and being postponed since 2 weeks? Charge for the cab service is to be paid separately? No discount for Air fare offered? I have asked for refund on same day. They are saying it is not possible. We should all fight together for their illegal practices and cheating customers. People who are cheated like me contact at my mobile. We will fight together against them and get our money back.                                     We got a call from country vacation, that your number has won a prize, but you need to come to office and need to look into our presentation for 45mins and take the prize and go, accordingly we went to the ADRRESS GIVEN BY THEM IN JPNAGAR, by 7PM and as soon as we went, in the reception they took all the details like name, address, contact no, email ID, etc.., and took us to a meeting room where they started explaining about the holiday packages, first they called that we have won the prize and you can come and collect, 2nd they started explain about the package and about the membership for country Vacations and offer is only valid for today, and started forcing us to go for membersip, they have bunch o[censored]nmatured guys who donot know business ethics, and treat customers like BAKRAS backside, after the customer is ready to pay money, they will make him to pay and will not give them time to think, their tone of speaking, their body language all undergraduates with no principles, only motto is calling people over the phone and telling them they have won the prize, the person not knowing that they are going to explain about membership ranging from Rs. 25, 000/- to Rs.200000/- and making them to pay money by any means, they are ready to accept Postdated cheque also at that point of time. But, when we went to office the next day itself for cancelling, none of them are there to attend, and simply telling that, we do not have any cancellation procedures as such, they simply are dumping some stupid, third class services on people and making them to pay money, no refund and no return back of money even not using of their service one time also, all are pay and use services only, and simply duping people that if you become member, they have tie up with hotels across the India, and other parts of countries for which accommodations is free, simply BOGUS, they will charge for each and everything for TRAVEL, ROOM CHARGES, PICK AND DROP, SIGTHSEEING, FOOD etc…, no discount nothing we need to end up paying more and also if we say from country vacation the services we get will become still more POOR, they are duping people saying that if they become member they will avail facilities/DISCOUNT for travel, accommodation, room service and adding extra member for membership, but as such no facilities are given and cheating people daylight

                                      Dear Sir, I want to mention complaint against the Company Name Country Club India. They provide the service of holiday package and club membership.First I was tricked to attend the session at the Country Club office, Sahara Mall Gurgaon to take the membership. I applied for the membership on Jul 2008 and made the advance payment of Rs. 70000. Total membership fees was Rs. 225000. It was for 30 yrs. They wrote on the membership letter that they will provide one plot of 2000 SFT at Kodai Kanal but after they informed that It will not be in your name. It will in Country Club Name and you will get some percentage rent. Also after they told that there will be annual maintenance charges of Rs. 4000 which was not told before.So due to this and due to their poor response and poor service I told them to cancel my membership and return my money. But they refused to return the money. I did follow up with them for many months, write many mails to them but no response. Then I was approached by their from some other office at Vipul Agora Mall Gurgaon. This office was with the name Country Vacations. I explained the whole matter to their person. They also told that they can not return the money as this membership was taken from their other branch but he told me to pay Rs. 15000 more and take the membership for 10 yrs. Thinking that at least by paying Rs. 15000 more I will get membership and will be able to use the service for the money I had paid. They made the agreement letter and in the letter they increased the annual maintenance charges to Rs. 6000 from Rs. 4000. I objected and then he told that that now the charges has increased but he will discuss and try to get special discount for me. So I paid Rs. 15000 more in Jun 2010 and took the membership for 10 yrs. But after that also the situation was same. I was issued my membership card in 2012 and that also only for 04 years i.e. up to 2016 instead for 10 yrs. And I also contacted them many times to book some holiday but was not booked. So It is for last 07 yrs I am following them to get the matter resolved. But they have not provided any service nor they refunded my money. I tried to contact them two months before by contacting them by visiting their offices. But I was surprised to see that they have closed both their offices at Sahara Mall Gurgaon and Vipul Agora Mall Gurgaon. There is no response on the phone no. also that they have provided on their web site. No body picks any phone no. they have provided for the customer service I need to get my money back with interest as I need it very urgent for the children education. Please help me regarding this matter. I shall be highly thankful to you.                                       I received a call from Country Club and executive Mr. Sayed talked regarding my problem. But he also not seemed interested to resolve the matter. For him it was more important that I first pay the Rs. 4000 of AMC . Only after that he will renew my membership. He did not seem concerned about the problem that I faced to get the service from Country Club in last 08 years. My Rs. 85000 are kept by them since last 08 year. In 08 years Rs. 85000 will have given a good interest. But still instead of providing me a good service, their executive is more interested in Rs. 4000 AMC paid first. Then he say he will provide any service. With this attitude of company can you expect any sort of service from them. Due to their this very discouraging attitude, I am not interested to continue my relationship with Country Club and I want my money to be returned. If Country Club returns my money, I will be very thankful to them. I sincerely request to Country Club to please refund my money with interest. I shall be very thankful to them

                                        My membership number is mlm3187. I did booking by paying rs. 7000 in 2012 and due to unavoidable circumstances i cancelled my booking. When i ask for refund, she told that refund can not be given. The money can be adjusted for your future booking. She adjusted rs.2800 for one of the booking but when i asked to adjust remaining 4200, she is telling that it can not adjusted. Could you please look into this issue?
