i HAVE BECOME MEMBER WITH ID CVNPICLUB5LB197072 WITH AN INITIAL PAYMENT OF RS.15, 000/- ON 14.03.2015 THROUGH MY HDFC DEBIT CARD NO. [protected]. THEY HAVE ACTIVATED MY MEMBERSHIP ON 25.03.2015. NOW I CAME TO KNOW THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY AND APPROCHED THEIR OFFICE AT HYEDERABAD & NAGPUR THEY HAVE DENIED TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK. HENCE REQUEST YOU TO DO NEEDFUL SO THAT TO RECOVER MY MONEY.

    I am CB from Bangalore. 19 February 2015 I got many calls from Neha([protected]) that I won a lucky coupon which I dropped in Big bazar, Bangalore and I can collect it from your office (no.321, 1st floor, above bata show room opposite to HDFC Bank, near Hyper City mall, kundalahalli gate, white field road, bangalore 37). I have got around 10 calls repeatedly and I decided to go there and on reaching, who is working as a Takeover manager Hemanth Kumar ([protected])explaining about their holiday package for hours and I refused to take and started giving many offers and they claimed that I am one of the selected families and they are giving some privileged offers to us which we will not get if we are not taking that day itself etc. I have listed the offers below as a note and it is very attractive but unbelievable, they were pressurizing us to take the decision that point in time by brain washing left and right and it was almost 7PM in the evening and unfortunately I believed on what they said and paid 125000RS for the holiday package using my Citi/HDFC credit card. Later they have provided the agreement form to sign which I couldn’t read completely as my wife was suffering with headache and she wanted to come out of the room. Later after reaching home I go through the agreement which doesn’t have anything they offered and some contents are completely opposite. They have told us that this membership can be cancelled but it is given exactly opposite in the agreement. I started thinking about this poor marketing strategy that they played me to take this membership and browsed on internet and really got shocked. There are countless victims who offered the same from country club but they never could satisfy its customers. Considering the way the country club treats its customers, I could realize that the same is going to happen with me as well. Another story is once enrolled you will get a confirmation call and mail with in 1 hour but nothing happened like that. On realizing the fact I contacted the concerned person that I don’t want this membership within 2 hours of the transaction he is talking about the process then he is not receiving my calls. Then I contacted customer care and they says they don’t have any of my details and added that they will not support cancellation. Then I contacted the HAL police station and explained the cheating of all the matters but has visited the spot and they told me to come Saturday to speak include your executive however your executive are not meet at the station after call received from Girish Legal department, shivajinagar to cancel the membership he asked me to written proof. Attached the same. They offers given are, 1. Rent option if we are not using the vacation, the rent will be arranged by country club agents. 2. I can use the membership for 365 days a year(season independent) 3. There is pickup / drop/ sightseeing free service 4. 20% and up to 40% allowance in the flight charges (Domestic and international) 5. Renewal the same plan after 10 years for life time and transferable to next generation with 5% of the initial charge. 6. Using the country club membership lifetime for free 7. Free RCI membership by which we can use other resorts/hotel for 3000(Domestic) and 12000(international) – Fixed charge 8. My package Includes all India + 5 Asian + Dubai 9. Free accommodation with free breakfast services 10. 20% discount on all the food in the country club restaurant or free cook services 11. No need to pay the maintenance charge for the year if the vacations are not used. 12. While renting the vacation using your agents there is no need to pay the yearly maintenance charge. 13. No other charge or Fee in the Country club membership for life time. 14. Collect the country club card for the Kid in future for free. 15. If I want book the vacation trip before 2 weeks, I can get the free 7 days trip for that year and I can use that for rent or I can extend that to next coming year. 16. I can maximum accommodate up to 8 persons using my membership if I book before 2 weeks. 17. I can use the country club / country vacation cards for my friends or relations with some additional ID proof. 18. Using the party hall in country club / country vacation with free of cost (including the electricity, decorations) for 5 times per year. 19.Free passes for the special events that are organized or happening in their clubs 20. HDFC insurance that covers 6 lakhs (Not sure on the amount)) and yearly medical insurance (hospitalization) for lifetime with zero premium for me and spouse for 50K each. 21. If I didn’t use the vacation for particular year, then I can move that days to next year without any charge. 22. If I am not satisfied at any time, I can write a compliant letter to the office where I take the membership and I can cancel the membership at any time. 23. If I don’t want to cancel, I can transfer my membership. The agents in country club will do the same for me, they will collect only the processing fees 24. I can get food coupons worth 5000 (Appx) every year. 25. He has given the commitment in which he told me that they will refund my EMI interest which was not mention in the document. 26) I didn't get any formal mail or call from the country club so far which drives in doubt to me. 27) They said at any time you can cancel within 45 days and when I approached within 2 hours they are talking about the process. The above offers are not mention in the document,

    Thanks chandra3377, thanks a lot last two days I received the same calls many more times because of my job timing I can't able to go there, today evening we fix an appointment on Saturday. After that I just search the name and address on google that time saw you are post same things happen to me, I also get some (4) gift voucher from them ;) :) ;) ;) same number and same person ... thank god ...

      Hi, I am one of the customer cheated against country vacations on 21Feb2015 saying I have a on some gift against a lucky draw . They asked me to come along with wife to collect the gift. This tactics is used by country vacations because if one goes along with wife he can't say need to decide with family, next ladies will convince their husband for vacation plan (by saying if not now then never or till now haven't why can't through this package here on), next they will never give privacy to decide (sales fresher's will be diverting here and then with their personal story or clients), finally one cannot think of calling a friend or surfing net at that time interval. I got distracted since I went along with my kid and the sales person gave chocolate and took her away from my desk and since the sales person discussed 3hrs due to my time constraint I believed recap sheet and TPA sheet shown by sales person and thought the same will be in contract document. One more trick to cheat customer by Country Vacation is will give the contract at the end (which should be given in beginning) and take ur card asking type of card distracting again and will finish swiping before even reading document and many due to time constraint will believe whatever said in session and recap sheet will be there in document and will read the document at home and then the aligation starts. I have sent a cancel request to country vacation from 22Feb2015 where first customer care reply by saying non refundable as per agreement and when i reply them by saying contract document is invalid, then they mailed me to come in person to tnagar office. Now after this final mail on 27Feb2015 no reply. Hi, . I'm not satisfied with the membership from country vacations due to the bad reputation the company hold in consumer front, i like to strictly cancel my membership and refund the money back. The Company is not ready to cancel and refund money back. Below are the reference links which explains company bad reputation. To summarize: 1. I paid rs.2, 00, 000 for thirty years membership through hdfc credit card swiped ibn Axis edc machine. 2. I was informed that a welcome kit would be provided within 72 hours. Even after 5 days I am yet to receive even the receipt from the country vacation. 3.I was mentioned about rent and resale in the session and CV folks will help on the same but its contreversy with the contract document. 4.Membership amount paid is the deposit which will be returned in 2 years with 10 to 13 percent interest.(There is no such refund, if you go and ask them you will be asked to read the agreement saying Non-refundable) 5. Don't have to pay the AMC charges annually, Only in the case of availing a trip for that year you need to pay 8500/- (either you use it or not it is compulsory to pay the AMC cost for renewal) 6.Package contain 14 days where 7 days we could use and 7 days can be rented out in which we could get 12500/- deposits in our a/c. (As such there is only 7 days - no renting business) 7. Abroad airline cost 50% free (No air fair is free) 8. No charges of package tour - Pick up / Drop / Sight seeing / Room (After membership everything has cost associated, for the room they also collect utility charges which is not communicated) 9. All Clubs has facilities like swimming pool, indoor and outdoor games etc., (In Chennai out of 4 only one place has the facility which is far away from the city) 10.During the tour -Either give raw materials or provide food coupon of (600 per head) will be provided which is not mentioned in the contract document. 11. Medical Insurance of 6 lak (3 for each) is available, not available in the document. 12. Two documents signed on two different days explained below in Contract agreement invaild section. 13. I am surprised that despite the bad reputation this club has, distinguish banks such as axis and hdfc back are providing the edc (swiping) machine even there is already case registerd against the company. And how does hdfc offers insurance product for a false company which was detailed in my induction session by CV sales person. 14. Dispute filed against card transaction in hdfc. 15. grievance case filed against hdfc and axis bank on the same. The contract agreement is invalid : The bond signed on card swipe is for gold membership on Saturday (21st feb 2015) and since it was provided incorrectly by your marketing agent they asked me to sign other bond for platinum membership on Monday (23rd Feb 2015). Only the first 100 rs bond paper is unchanged. At that time I asked for refund where marketing guy refused and forced me to sign for platinum membership, having hope that customer will sign since his money is already moved to Country vacation. As per indian law first party and second party full name in the document which your bond doesnot hold You cannot put a contract before selling or buying a product and even after selling if the customer is not satisfied with the service he have the rights to get his money back, as of now i do not have membership so the contract document is invalid. Lastly original bond in my hand does not hold any signature from my end. Only the xerox I given to company hold sign given by me for me and my wife. All India Resort Development Association (AIRDA) group has to follow certain guidelines and one of these concerns cooling-off period. This website's link as a proof that if tomorrow customer wakes up and decides that he no longer wants to be a member, he will get complete refund – provided cancellation request is made within the stipulated cooling-off period. With the above said statement I have already provided cancellation from my end and how cum COuntry Vacations team can speak with respect to contract.           Dear sir, Why you people are constantly trying to fool people. Your false commitment has make me frustrating. Why the hell you are not providing card or giving information about card. Whenever we call at concerned person they always give false information about the card. According to the telephonic conversation from person they said the card is resend to nagpur. Why you fools are sending card at nagpur instead at sending at Gwalior. and even you are not sending gold coins as per your promise. At the time of filling form at nagpur your person promised to send gold coin at gwalior but now you denied to send it. I can not come to nagpur just to collect coin.             I had received a phone call congratulating for being selected for a gift set in a luck draw. They asked to come with my wife to collect the gift.
            I with my wife went to country club to receive the gift.
            They told me that I need to listen to their presentation to collect the gift.
            In the presentation they convinced me about a vacation offer which is worth 1, 20, 000/- offering for 80, 000/-.
            They said that this offer is available for only one day and I have to decide upon the purchasing on the spot.

            I purchased this package by doing partial payment of Rs 60, 000/-.
            I was not given time to read the agreement. They said that what ever they explained is the same written the agreement.
            I went home, after reading agreement, I realized that they cheated with false promises.

            Few other things which disappointed me when purchasing the membership was:
            1) My Credit Card didn't had enough limit and they swiped for possible amount without my confirmation
            2) Before purchasing, they said they will provide a complimentary '30 free SPA vouchers'.
            But after purchasing the membership, they asked me to pay Rs 700/- to avail the complimentary gift voucher. Later I came to know that I need to pay Rs 350/- per voucher to use the same.


            I sent an email to Country Vacation for cancelling my membership to 'response.[protected]@countryvacationsmail.com and [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com'. From past 30 days I have sent several emails, but I haven't received any response from Country Vacation till now. This is one of the worst service by not responding to their customer. I am totally frustrated by their service.

            My Country Vacation Membership Number is 'DT8212#01079‏'. I haven't received permanent membership card yet, after seeing their service I am not interested in received permanent membership card. I trying to get my money back.

Don't you people feel ashamed of what you are doing, U guys will definitely go to hell and will live a miserable life, curse of people will not let u like in good health wealth and you people will die a dog's death. 2nd, the document, I have singed does not talk anything about non Refundable membership, I have attached the copy of document as well here, which was given to me on the date of signing document, you guys have filled some more document and have attached to my signed paper. In fact as per the documents membership will not be created unless you have my photo id proof and signature You people should be ashamed of your deeds and Mr Reddy should be ashamed of you people. You [censored] people do not have shame at all and have skin of donkey, for whom nothing makes difference.                 I received a call regarding a lucky draw. They said they will be providing a voucher of 25000 as a reward, post attending a 60min session regarding their memberships. They tried to convince us for 30 years membership. They said they provide 4 and 5 star hotels for the stay and their own as well as tie up properties are available in almost all the tourist spots in India as well as abroad. They enticed us by showing properties like "Orange County" in Coorg and properties in Gangtok Shrinagar etc. Finally we took the membership for 12000 for 1 year.
                Now that we are trying to book properties and plan our vacation, we discovered that all the great 4 5 star properties, Orange County and the variety of tourist spots are only available if we take a package of 30 yrs and not for this package. They say they didn't bother informing us because they were saying all such stuffs when they were trying to convince for 30 year membership and since we have taken 1 yr, I guess they believe they have the right to cheat us. They now give an excuse that you didn''t ask explicitly if these facilities which they were talking of is available in 1 year membership or not. As if I could have known that by god's grace. Now they say, you can go to Bandipur as there in no property in Gangtok. Now they want to plan where I should plan my holiday as they have made a fraudulent promise which they cant keep now and no refund is possible. So I am supposed to adjust with whatever options are available for us. Now they don't even bother answering my calls unless I call them 5 times and they can even disconnect calls. They smply keep forwading the responsibility from 1 person to another.
                I just need my money refunded as I dont want to continue with such fraudulent people.

                  I am MMR from Hyderbad and requesting you to cancel my membership due to bad service of Country vacations and false statements of your representatives which informed us at the time of joining. Mr. Anil babu and Santhosh had attended us and discussed about the membership of Country Vacations.Both the persons informed about the facilities and misleaded us in such a way that facilities and packages that through this membership we can book rooms in 5 star hotel and all falilites are free including SPA, beaulty parlour club house, swmming pool, marriage function halls and birthday function including decorations etc . For that false statements, I paid 45000 with Credit card. They told me for the credit card, no intrest for EMIs. but they charged intrest also. Frequently i am calling and visiting their office... they are telling it is in processing. I t will be back soon... I am requesting you cancel Country Club Membership and Country Vacations Membership right now and refund our money back as soon as possible. Rs. 45000/-. Please help me to get my money back completely in a couple of weeks or else i will book a case(legal action) on three guys as well as on country vacations.                     Dear Sir / Madam, I, Amit Dhanaki, had been called by Country Club Vacations (Mr. Hemant, Mrs. Ameet & Mrs. Preeti of CCIL Bhandup Branch, Mumbai) on 14th September 2014 with the proposal of getting registered for their membership. We (Myself & my wife) visited them on the same day. In respect of membership, CCIL offered us a lot of promises with a prize of Rs.80, 000/- (Rupees Eighty thousand only/-) which on the basis of their promises we accepted the agreement and paid the same amount through my HDFC credit card. I am listing some of the promises which had been offered to us: 1) Every year the AMC cost will be waived off 2) The membership fee of Rs.80, 000/- is refundable 3) Member will receive Gold coins if they recommend someone else to them 4) And many more... On 15th September 2014 I read the written agreement and found out that all the promises which CCIL had made are invalid / void. And since then i.e. from the second day itself we are following for our refund. We visited their office, talked to them, sent emails but no respond from them. I want to stop such fraudulent activities and am really frustrated. I request all the concerned authority to take this issue very seriously and do the needful. I request all the concerned higher legal authority to visit this matter in detail. I am sure you will get a big scam happening in CCIL.                       Be Aware of This Fraud…!!! On 7th January I received a call from sales executive of Country Vacations – Pune saying you have won Five Gifts in the lucky draw. They asked me to come at Fitness Club to claim the gifts with my wife. I was also informed that I would need to attend 60 minutes presentation before claiming gift. I got almost received with full attention Five to Six Calls before I reach there to claim the gifts. …I reached there with my wife and attended more than TWO HOURS of session of their various schemes of vacations. I got special treatment for the coming there and visit their place. The Sales was person talking me nicely and behaving as if I am the Chief Minister of the State. One of the scheme they described me for 21 days Holiday for three years for 25000/- along with GYM at Fitness Centre and Free Passes of Event. They also promised that I will get confirmation call and will provide me the membership details along with the login id and password. Furthr I will get membership card for the same. I enrolled for the token amount of Rs 7000/- at that time and got the confirmation call. The Operator said to me that the mail id and password for booking any trip is your mail id and registered mobile respectively. I tried to confirm the same on their site with my mail ID and Mobile No but I was shocked to know that my mail id was not accepted. I called to the customer care representative and asked about my membership status. The very next reply was that there is no record found with my name. I went to the Fitness Club with for this matter and informed my brother regarding this. He came with me and asked to get the details. Initially they behaved nicely and answered my queries. Later on I came to know that the membership for which they enrolled me that was for Fitness Club – Gym while the Holiday Vacation for 21 days was complementary. I became angry for this as they have enrolled me by saying I am enrolled for vacation along with gym and event passes. This was like I am paying for the Mobile accessories and getting mobile free. They had given totally misstatement and provided as per my need and fraudulently enrolled me for their scheme. I haven’t received any membership details till since 15 days…!!! I called many times to the customer representative for cancellation of my enrolment for membership and the answer what I received was shocking…. He Said once enrolled cannot be refunded for the amount..!!! I am still chasing them to get my Refund Amount of Rs 7000 the Sales person enrolled me is making false statements and saying that I am out of station since the last week. Now he has refused to pick up my call.….!!!

                          Hi my membership no is CVTH1BGCLUB30LB151735 and i have taken membership when they commented all false details of packages and all forms and holidyas. thye told its nto refunded so i blocked 1, 50, 000 and the AMc also for the year that is 8000 which was commented inclusion tax also not charging tax seprately and all years rules changed they have showed all tied up hotels but unable to book it since hen check with the other hotels they told thy do not have tie up with country club. all fake information's is been provided and after paying amc its not reflecting in the system the back end team only sit in south location and do not work so unable to book anything form 1 month after sending mails and callign them 5- 6 times. i have all receipts and communication form them .

                            Subject: Cancellation of CCIL Vacation/Club membership and refund Money. Membership ID: CVBG1CLUB5LB191906/Contract No: DT82#3429 My Name is Kiran Eruganti, I got a promotional call on Jan 05 2015 from a random number stating that I have won 25000 rupees of gift hamper from them and asked me to come with my family and collect. When I went there, it was country Vacation/club, Sarjapur, Marathalli Outer Ring road, Bangalore. They gave me a one hour presentation stating benefits of Country Vacation membership. During the presentation the sales members who handled me were Sangeetha and Sundar Reddy, they promised me by saying the below false commitments and sold Country Vacation + Club membership for Rs. 102500 which I have swiped in a single shot with my IndusInd credit card. While signing the membership I have asked to give all the promised offers in the agreement and they said all the special offers will come with an official letter along with the welcome kit and membership card with in 24hrs., but I didn't get any. After all these, I am no longer interested to continue with the Country Vacation/Club membership, Kindly treat this as my personal request and cancel my membership with CCIL and refund my money at the earliest. Below are the few reasons:- • Country Vacation/club has close tie up with all the leading banks including IndusInd(which I have swiped) and will provide me easy 36 months EMI option with Zero Percent Processing Fees and Zero percent interest fee. (i.e., 102500/36=2487.22/pm.) – but when I called up credit card bank customer care, I came to know that the charges are applicable and to be paid to bank by me. • Country Vacation and club memberships are valid till LIFE time and transferrable without any extra amount – But Agreement says, country vacation is valid till 5 years only and needs a renewal. • Country Vacation offers A stay for 2-8 members for a period of 6N and 7Days each year at CCIL with in India and Overseas at any given time and All the clubs owned or associated with country club are 5 star and above. In case if the availability is not there or CCIL resort is not located in particular location, CCIL will provide an alternative equivalent stay without extra charges. – But the agreement doesn’t say the same. • I can use the membership for 365 days a year (It was just mentioned as blue and normal priority) • They said, An extra 7D & 6N complimentary will be provided each year and By paying nominal amount (3000 – 12000)can stay in tie up properties like TAJ, ITC Grand, Leela Palace etc..– But it not mentioned anywhere in the agreement. • Assurance for cash back if I am not satisfied in my first trip / vacation • Free accommodation with free breakfast and snack services • If I book the vacation trip before 2 weeks, I can get the free 7 days trip for that year and I can use that for rent or I can extend that to next coming year. – Agreements doesn’t support this. • Free car pickup from airport/Train station to the hotel and free car drop from the hotel to the airport and railway station. - Customer care says there is no such facility. • Free couple passes to the events such as New Year eve, valentine’s day, deepavali, dasara etc. – But these are nowhere mentioned in the agreement or in CCIL website. • Using the party hall in country club / country vacation with free of cost whenever it is required (including the electricity, decorations). • HDFC insurance that covers 6 lakhs (I am not sure about the amount and also the plan - something they cover for me and my wife) with zero premium. • Can avail flat 50% off on BUS/Air fares by using County membership card, and every month 2 Free movie tickets in PVR regardless of the availability. • Rent option if we are not using the vacation, the rent will be arranged by country club agents. • If I didn't use the vacation for particular year, then I can move those days to next year without any charge. • If I am not satisfied at any time, I can write a compliant letter to the office where I take the membership and I can cancel the membership at any time. The agents in country club will do the same for me. They will collect only the processing fees. Apart from all the above, they promised that as a special offer they are giving 4 complementary coupons. i.e., Two International paid trips (Europe and Dubai) and two India Paid Trips (Bandipur and Manali) which includes free accommodation, food, site seeing with guide, pick up/Drop and VISA processing fee. Many times I tried to reach the sales person but he is not picking the call. He was so nice till we book the membership and now he is showing his real face. This is how your sales people are cheating the customers. Please help me in this situation.

                              I Have got a call yesterday (30.12.2014) from country vacation Bangalore and asked me to come and collect the gift and they told me to login to some membership by paying 1, 00000 (1 Lakh) by showing some intresting package and i have agreed and paid the amount. Now i realized there is no good opinion about this membership and there has been many cases booked against this. Please call me @[protected]. I have all the receipts with me whichever i paid for.

I want my membership to be cancelled as it is made after lot of false commitments by your sales person. I have already sent the hard copy of cancellation letter to your head office and kormanagala office within 10 days and i have the postal acknowledegment of the same.                                 Dear Sir, I, Dr Amar kumar and Dr Swati sucharita giri want to bring to your kind notice that we desire to cancel the purchase agreement of country vacations (within cooling period ) which we bought on[protected] at country club yelanka, bangalore . After buying this agreement we spoke to management and we found difference of opinion between the service providers . i was told that i was few lucky family to have been part of lucky draw of gift vouchers of worth 25000/- but when i checked online it was a trap to take people hard earned money . At the point of taking payment they have made attractive promises that i wont be charged any maintenance fees for country club membership card . However when their head office called they told we have to pay compulsory maintenance charge every year for vacations. They also promised the food would be five hundred rupees per day per person in the five star hotels and resort for members . But the head office ppl said they cant give guarantee of the food price. Even they told the pick and drop from airport and sight seeing is free except for driver tip which will be maximum of Rs 100 /- only but now head office says we have to pay the fuel charges also . They also promised Using the country club membership lifetime for free but now head office says annual maintenance fees has to be paid yearly to avail this club facility .They also promised that No need to pay the maintenance charge for the year if the vacations are not used but now head office is telling you have to pay maintenance even if dont go for vacations. I want to cancel my agreement because all these extra payment details were not disclosed to me at the time of payment . I want to go for cooling off of this agreement (Date of agreement is 27.12.2013) since lot of facts were hidden from me .

Sales Person Mr Samson told me that he will help me in getting HDFC credit card and I have been roamed to that Bank for the Card for 7 times but no use and later he again promised me six months back that He will pay me the interest amount which is above 6000 Rupees but he is not lifting the calls and also he is not replying to my messages.                                   Hi sir, This is CH SHANKARAIAH GOUD as amember of your country vaccations .i have taken a membership on APRIL 20TH 2013.but till now i have not yet received any letter from your side till now. so am not satisified with this company service.first they said we have to pay only 2000 for registration amount out of 125000, so i paid 2000 instantly but after 5 days they call me and said you have to pay another 18000 to issue permanent cards so i paid that 18000 also.after paying 20, 000 again they call me and said if you pay another 15000 so u'll be getting the permanent cards so i paid total 35000.so now they are not responding me not issued the cards till now. my membership number :CVHYD3BCLUB5LB144237 Note: if your not going to Refund my amount i will suscide in front of your office at Begumpet this is sure.                                     Sir, i have bought the country vacation membershio with no:Membership No CVPU1CLUB10LB179645 on[protected].I was not willing to buy the membership as the club provided by you are really very far from my place.They told me they will b opening soon in symphony on baner pahan road but i told them its also very far so i am not interested then they told me that sooner in the month of dec 2014 we will be comin up with fitness club in wakad.on that note i agreed to buy the membership.Now when i am callin in pune office they are not properly replying...and i enquired in ur hq hyd they said no such club in pune will be coming in near futur at wakad. There is Mr.virendra he said this to us abt wakad fitness club.please help me in this regard coz false details hav been given to us.

                                      Beware of the promotional offers by Countryclub Vacations. If you are accepting the gifts then you would be paying heavy price for it. No membership cancellation is possible. All your hard earned money will be wasted. Lots of Customers are paying the price of getting cheated and fraudulent activities by Country Vacations. BE CAREFUL! Membership ID:CVPU1BCLUB5LB144606 Pune I lost Rs. 70000 in Apr 2013 by Country Club Fraud(Country Vacations) due to their fake promises and could not able to sleep few days, and still in Financial trouble due to this fraud- I received a call to get free gift fromshopping mall association, Pune from Country club, Pune. When I reached there they told me to attend 45 min presentation before collecting free gift worth Rs 25000. While Presentation sales agents convinced me to take membership and holiday package in Rs 70, 000 by making below fake promises. Even I was not given time to read the contract, and they brainwashed my mind and told this is not your property document we are getting sign on. The fake promises and story began as below:- 1. Initially they told me that you are lucky one to be in 200 people, tomorrow is Country Club's 30th anniversary so we are giving this offer to you. 2. For 5 year holiday tour(for 6Night and 7 Days free in any country club hotel(450+ hotels) in India and worldwide) of worth Rs 120000, but you will have to pay only 70, 000 and out of this amount you are getting below benefits:- a) 3 lifetime membership card of Gold category for Country Club as free.(Hidden AMC charges of Rs 7000 was disclosed after payment) b) They told, We will convert Credit card amount of 70, 000 into 18 EMI of 0% intrest and no processing charge, First EMI start after 45 days.(BUT WHOLE AMOUNT IS DEDUCTED WITHOUT ANY EMI as per my Credit card statement attached) c) 2 holiday voucher as free gift worth 25000, which you can rent on through Leave Travel Agent. We would help to get it rented and amount will come in your account d) You would get about 40% off in bus/train/air travel if you inform us your dates 30 days before. e) You would get free sight view, free pickup and drop from home wile vacation and many more promises. f) I was told that you can cancel the membership and whole transaction would be cancelled if you request before 45 days to us.(but when I called customer care they told its not possible). g) Regulator authority AIRDA recomamends a cooling-off period of 10 clear working days, during which customers have the option to revoke, rescind and make void ab initio, any sales agreement entered into.
