As requested by your team, Please find the attached screenshot for the payment received by the merchant.

As per the merchant statement, the transaction failed due to some two-factor authentication failure, so kindly initiate the refund for the same as it is been already 10+ days since the transaction has not been credited to the merchant account.

I am under great pressure from the merchant end so please initiate the refund, or let me know do I need to raise a concern on Twitter or Consumer court because none of your representatives or the support is taking this matter seriously.

Kindly reply to me ASAP regarding the same. Looking forward to hearing from you

I had paid school fees on 29 July 2022 and it's the 5th day and I don't see any progress on it. The fees are still not processed and not receiving the right update from the CRED team. This is Highly ridiculous that the fees are neither getting processed nor getting refunded. Very irresponsible act from the team. The last day to pay fees is today and the team is not doing anything. I raise requests and they keep closing it without resolution

    On 02.08.22 i paid my yes bank credit card bill through cred app my amount debited from my bank account but neither credited to credit card company nor reversed to my bank account

      I had made a payment for hdfc credit bill through cred app, it showing payment failed but money deducted from my account .in cred it was showing money will be reversed but its been 5 days still i didnt get any amount back.and very bad customer support from the cred.

        I have made a payment of 67100 towards my Yes bank credit card on 3rd August 2022 through Cred App. Amount is debited from My savings account but it is not credited to my credit card. 7th August 2022 was my due date and today is 8th there is no action. I have written queries and mails but they are giving only computerized responses. Order ID NXN4VJ6PQ0J.
        Please solve this issue at the earliest.

          I tried to pay the Axis Credit Card Bill of rupees 9708 with Order ID 2YQ0VJZZJJR using the CRED app on 30th July 2022.
          The amount got deducted from the bank but the status shown was failed, and a refund was promised to receive on 5-7 working days but still, no amount got to my bank yet.

          The date on the amount deducted: 30th July 2022

          The date of refund promised from CRED is: 5-7 working days (till 7th August 2022) but no refund got back to my account

          Amount: Rs. 9708
          Card Ending Number: XXXX 5884

          Request to take appropriate action immediately to get back my refund amount to my account.

                Myself T L Venkateswara Rao, working in DRDO, Min of Defence, Govt of India.I have been using CRED for more than a year for credit card card bill payments and i felt it was quite user friendly app.

                  Payment not credited in my credit Card amount of Rs, 99000/- but amount debited form my bank ORDER id 68GN3LRN92.

                  This amount neither credited in my credit card nor refunded in to my bank account after the transaction 72 hours.

                  for that i have to pay additional charges to pay for late payment.

                    Its almost a more than a month when i ordered from Cred Shopping, when i filled the complaint after 15 days they told me to share the Accounts Details, as they refund the amount, i shared the account transactions, till today they haven't Refund the money, they only said we will get back you in 48 hrs or 72 hrs, but they only send the Computerized messages.

                      Hi,

                      This is Vinit Kumar from Bangalore, On 29th July 2022, I made a FastTag bill payment through the CRED app. The amount debited from the card but not yet credited to the Paytm FastTag wallet.

                      I send lots of emails to the cred support, on CRED social media(Facebook cred support, Twitter cred support) but they are just doing time pass and not showing intention to refund the amount or credit to the FastTag account.br...

                      I have made a payment of Rs.58761 on 29th july through CRED app for my SBI credit card. Payment has been made from my google pay(HDFC bank account) - Till today 01.08.2022, it is NOT credited to my Credit card. Order id of CRED is 8Q1P2054YPN & My complain no is 5069043

                      CRED App is still showing as payment processing and showing as fully paid in CRED app whereas the payment is not reflected in my SBI Credit card statement. Support is very poor over mail or App. It is unnecessarily giving torture and restless to consumer's. Kindly do the needful either pay it to CREDIT Card account or refund it

                          I recharged my mobile using cred app for 719 rs, recharge was not done so i waited a whole long day without any recharge done on my phone, next day i got respong from cred app that the money will ne refunded to source account which is not yet done

                            I have made a payment of Rs.49530 on 29th July through CRED app for my Tata SBI credit card. Payment has been made from my HDFC Netbanking - Till today 30.07.2022, it is NOT credited to my Credit card. Order id of CRED is LNL4XLDL6Y3

                            CRED App is still showing as payment processing and the payment is not reflected in my SBI Credit card statement. Support is very poor over mail or App. It is unnecessarily giving torture and restless to consumers. Kindly do the needful either pay it to CREDIT Card account or refund it righ now ASAP.

                              I have made total of 8 transactions on 15th JULY 2022 in which 2 got failed and no amount debited which is fine. Out of the 6 successful payments which are listed below, one payment of Rs.5000 on 15th July through CRED app for my ICICI credit card is not credited. Payment has been made from my ICICI savings account using NEFT and UPI via CRED app - Till today 29.07.2022, it is NOT credited to my Credit card.

After delayed in some payment SBI Credit Card recover agent called my family Senoir citizen member as Well as Friends relatives my client & threatning for payment recovery. Cred also doing same.
