On 5th December, i have tried to pay my bill of Rs 25003 from cred app. That transaction was unsuccessful according to cred but the money deducted from my bank account. When i contacted bank about the failed transaction, bank replied that the transaction was successful and money transferred to beneficiary account. Where cred always told me they have initiated redund on 5th December. To investigate more, bank asked for ARN number or account statement to show the transaction was failed, both details cred unable to provide.

Now i am stuck between. Cred should not be on the finance sector if they can not share those details.

    I have made the payment of my RBL credit card ending with 9409 through UPI of amount 51, 638.09 but it showed something went wrong but in the mean while the amount is debited from my account UTR number of the transaction is[protected]. please verify and confirm

      Rs.1000 had been deducted from my bank account with State Bank Of India on 07.08.2022 by you to be paid to CITI CREDIT CARD. The same has not been deposited with the Citi Credit card so far. I had also made payemnt to the Cit Credit card on the same day i.e. 07.08.2022 by mistake. Hence the amount must be paid back to me - deposited with the my bank with the state Bank of India. .
      Request refund of Rs1000/ at the earliest, and advise.

        Dear Madam/Sirs,

        This is to inform you that, CRED App yet not resolved my Credit Card Payment issues of 02 Payments (one is 24th Nov 22 & another is 15th Dec 2022, Total 16200.00). Since 24th Nov 2022 to till date the APP frequently told me the same answer that “it can take your bank upto 2 working days to start showing the payment in your card statement”. So please tell me, when 2 working days will complete from your CRED App end??? Please confirm & told me on this revert mail.

        After successful Payments & confirmation of valid UTR Nos. yet the same amounts are not been credited to my Credit Card Account.

        So please resolve my payment issue as quickly.

        @Aside Axis Bank Credit Card concern person, please do needful against the Cred App payment issue & credit the same amount of Rs. 16200.00 on my Credit Card account as quickly and wave off my Debit Interest+GST & Late Payment Fee+GST of 2 months (i.e. Nov. 22 & Dec. 22).

        Payment details through CRED APP screen shots & separately monthly Credit Card Statements are attached for your kind information & necessary action.

          Cred ( Dream plug private limited) online credit card fraud

          On 20th Nov 2022, I called just dial for cab services for goa airport to resort drop. They told that some cab services will call me. One cab service mahadev travels person called me and asked me to book cab on their website. I entered details of my travel and then it landed to transaction page but transaction failed.                 Hi Team,

                I took a loan through Cred in 13th Nov 2022 and Rs 3540 added as loan insurance without my consent. I am being struggling with Cred more than a month now but no response received. I have escalated to Grievance team as well but still no result. Looks like they are very unprofessional not even responding/acknowledging email.

                  I have made the payment via Cred app towards my ICICI credit card bill.
                  I have made total payment of Rs 32000/- (2 transactions of 16000 each from 2 bank accounts) on 9th Dec. Only one transaction of 16000 was credited and now its 4 days and payment is still not credited.

                  Below are the order ID`s:

                  Not sure that which order is processed.

                        Hello team,
                        I made a transaction of 6500INR on 07-Dec to my Axis Bank credit card. The amount debited from my account in an instant. The transaction is still pending completion.

                        The bank is warning to block my card. Please get them to complete transaction# E5464VWJY352 ASAP.

                          My name is Akshay.
                          I did a Credit card bill payment on 30th Nov for the amount of 20, 544 INR via the Cred app.
                          The transaction showed failed the first time but succeeded the second time.
                          The amount was deducted 2 times from my account, and it's been more than 10 days, and the amount has not been refunded.

                            Hi,

                            I had made a of INR 55620 on cred towards the SBI credit card (x-4206) on 28th November. However, the transaction failed and and money got deducted from my bank account.

                            I raised a support ticket on the same day. Ticket id - #6996601 and I was told the refund would be processed in 2-3 days. But now it has been over one week and still there are no signs of refund.

                            Please help in getting my refund credited to my account

                              Dear Sir,
                              I am Chandrashekar from Bangalore.
                              A loan has been issued in my name and the CRED app is registered under my son’s name.
                              My son’s phone number is [protected] and my number is [protected].
                              I made arrangements to repay the loan installments once it came to my notice. Please find the attached details of payments I have made.
                              I am getting calls and recovery agent visits to repay the installments despite providing the payment details. They claim the payment has been reversed or partially paid.
                              I request you to resolve following issues:
                              1. When I received transaction successful message how payment can be reversed?
                              2. How can partial payment received when full payment is made?
                              3. Since CRED App is opened in a different phone number, I don’t have access to CRED App.
                              Is it possible to change the phone number so that I will be able to make payment from my registered phone number and Bank account?

                                Cred have no option to cancel any order after pre paid payment. And due to this bad feature I have lost my money. It's very bad experience . In this digital world it promote cash transaction. No suggest to use cred for shooping. Very bad service.

                                  I pay my 16000 rupees credit card bill yesterday at 3 december 9.25 am. And cred still show payment successful and deposit to card. Bht it show till now payment settled in 30 minut. But not credited. My bank overdues my bills and call me to pay the bill my cibil go down. 3 december is last date of payment. Credit hold my 16000 rupees but not credited in credit card. I am very trouble. I contact my bank yesterday they told me they didn't receive any amount toward my credit card bill. And inform me that you pay on 3 rd party apps so they will deduct your money.
                                  Cred is fraud app. They take my 16000 rupees. And didn't refund me. They have no call support no customer support. Please help us

                                    Hello sir/madam
                                    I made a payment of 16000 on 03 December 2022 at 9.25 am towards my hdfc bank credit card. Cred show successful payment received and also show that payment will be credited with in 30 minut but still now its not deposit in my credit card. Its everytime show payment deposit in card 9.55 am at 3 dec and will be confirm by 24 hours. Its over 24 hours but payment not clear. Also i asked my bank for this payment bank denied that there is no deposit of 16000 rupees in my credit card. There is no email and call support of cred. Please help me because my due date was 3 december and today bank show overdue payment and penal me of 590 rupees charges from my account. He is fraud and 16000 hold my money.

                                      I pay my credit card dues on 1 Dec 2022 through cred app.

                                      The payment was successful to cred but cred not credited the amount in my credit card. Even no UTR No is shared with me.

                                      5 Dec 2022 is my due date and after that it badly affect my cibil and late payment charge.

                                      Either refund my money or credited in my card.
