Cred — They have not refund amount since last 16 days.
On the 7th Sep I made a payment of 327811.20 and same was debited from my account. i received a message stating there was an error and if the amount is debited same will be credited to my account in 5 to 7 working days. I drop a mail and request to refund the amount as this was a credit card bill payment but they did not responded.

The amount which was supposed to be credited in 5 to 6 working days (as mentioned by them) that date is getting changed from 5 to 6 days to 10, and from 10 to 12, Then 14 days, but till date there is no clue on the refund..

they said you will receive your refund by 21st, but I am still waiting for the refund..

    CRED app deducted amount of Rs.8835/- instead of Rs. 7896/- against my SBI credit card (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-9156) outstanding. they shown his statement Rs.7896 but my bank account debited of Rs.8835/-,

      I made rent payment transaction with credit card for amount of rs 30000 on 18th September 2022 instead of sending money to bank of baroda and I have send money to dena bank .dena bank is now bank of baroda so the thing is that amount is successfully transferred from cred with utr no:[protected].when i checked with landlord account amount is not credited when I spoke with bank of baroda they are telling that amount is with cred only they are telling they are transferred sucessfully please help in this matter to receive money as soon as possible

        Payment issue under process

        I paid the credit card payment on 16 sep today date 20 till now it's under process and due date was 23 no response with ur mail id and with ur tickets or id s clear the Issue others wise refund amount I have an auto debit on my card am totally unsatisfied with ur customer service no contact no no service call even u don't have any call center no to help customers...

          i have paid 7646.10 Rs money through cred app since 07 september 2022, credit card bill jumbo loan, today i spoke to customer care hdfc bank. he said no any payment for that date but deduct money from my account.so again today i paid 7646.10 Rs-so please check and refund money in my account as soon as possible.

            Hello there, I am writing this because of mental and financial torture I am facing because of this app called CRED. I have used this to pay my credit card bill on 4rth of sep 2022 money got deducted two times from my bank and it got credited to my credit card bill one time the other 2nd time money deducted (22300) is not been refunded till now. Neither I'm getting any proper response from customer support team till now. I'm suffering alot of problems due to this inconvenience and stucked money on CRED. I am not sure if they people have any intention to refund my money. I'm getting call from CSR team to just keep waiting and they are so unprofessional to another level keep asking my bank statement and hang up on me right after telling to keep waiting.
            Also I got a fraud call two days ago on behalf on CRED i was in big risk.
            Now I am being mental and financially tortured by this app CRED and it's staff.
            What should I do?

              On the 05th sep i made a payment of 14122 and same was debited from my account. i received a message stating there was an error and if the amount is debited same will be credited to my account in 5 to 7 working days. i drop a mail and request to refund the amount in 24 to 48 hours as this was a credit card bill payment but they did not responded.
              Till date that is 14th Sep i have not received my refund. i have raised complain to cred grievance, HDFC Bank where i communicating with them under Ticket ID – DELC[protected]
              But they still not return my amount..neither i received from cred side nor on Bank side..what should i do.

                I'm akash khokhar my complaint for Cred App. They create froud with me I recharge my Airtel account talk for 100 rs and this is my HDFC Bank: Rs 97.00 debited from a/c **0441 on 10-09-22 to VPA cred.[protected]@axisb(UPI Ref No[protected]. Not you? Call on [protected] to report but not cred into my account

                  I booked a flight jaipur to pune for 2 sep 22 but it has been cancelled and indigo refund on 1 sep 22 to ixigo app and ixigo app initiated refund rs4545 on 5 sep 22 to cred app but cred app from 5 sep 22 to till today didn't credit refund in my credit card whom I paid kindly provide it immediately otherwise i would register a complain at consumer forum

                      Loan foreclosure issue

                          It is regretted to submit that a refund process for an amount of Rs 101314/- was initiated by CRED on dtd[protected] as the transaction was failed and amount was debited from my saving acvount while paying credit card outstanding through CRED.

                          In the message received from CRED through Whatsapl it was intimated that amount will be refunded within 5 days.

                          As the refund was not granted i approached CRED support and a Ticket id 5661293 is registered wherein it was intimated that CRED will give uodate within 48 hours.

                          However no response from CRED is being received . The refund is not yet completed. I urgently require the amount for other work. The act of CRED in this case is really harrassing and also CRED may lose its reliability among users.

                          In view of the abive it is requested to refund the amount immeditaly under intimation to me. 15 days has already been passed from the date of initiating refund by cred. No update is being provided by the grievance and support club. Feeling harrased and helpless. The amount is urgently required.

                          At last it is requested to refund the amount within 24 hrs failing which I have no other way except to lodge a complain against cred at the appropriate level.

                            As I have done my One credit card payment at 08/09/2022 at 3 pm . Still payment is not transferred from CRED TO my one Credit card. They apply charges on me due to late payment . So, It's a CRED duty to transfer and update my card.

                              Dear sir i have make payment to SBI credit card on 07.09.2022 at 8.53AM and received message that we have received your payment for Rs.5535 vide order no.GXYG042240N after 4-5 hours at 3.29PM i again received message that your payment of Rs.5535 for your SBI card has failed, setup your instant refund account but till i have not received refund

                                Sir I paid my credit card bill payment with cred. where my card number was showing last four digits, who was right. and my bill was also generated on the same card number and whose amount was also showing fine .
                                but when I Paid the card bill that bill was paid on some other card number instead of my card number.
                                whose amount was 97, 000
                                after making the payment, I was given a UTR number from the cred. and UTR number is[protected]
                                I had complained to the cred customer support then I came to know that the payment has been paid in the credit card of bank of Baroda. Since there is no any reply of cred.
                                sir plese reverse my payment.

                                  I have ordered a product 'Foldable laptop tablet stand riser' from the CRED android mobile app with the order ID ZEGQ96GRR6YQW on[protected].

                                  It was supposed to be delivered in 7-10 days. But today is[protected] and still I haven't received the order.

                                  The delivery partner is keep updating the FAKE STATUS that the customer is not reachable, but I received the call from their customer care and confirmed my status twice. Neither CRED is doing anything about this, nor they are refunding the amount instantly.

                                    On 24.08.2022 I tried paying my credit card bill amount ₹70000. Payment Failed and money was deducted from my account. I contacted multiple times email, ticket raise [5563737], My issue is still not resolved. there was not any agent for chat or call. Still my Money Pending,
