I'm using cred app for payment and recharge. I recharge my Airtel number talk time 100 rs then payment deduction message received. But balance not credit into my account.

I'm akash khokhar my complaint for Cred App. They create froud with me I recharge my Airtel account talk for 100 rs and this is my HDFC Bank: Rs 97.00 debited from a/c **0441 on 10-09-22 to VPA cred.[protected]@axisb(UPI Ref No[protected]. Not you? Call on [protected] to report but not cred into my account

    I booked a flight jaipur to pune for 2 sep 22 but it has been cancelled and indigo refund on 1 sep 22 to ixigo app and ixigo app initiated refund rs4545 on 5 sep 22 to cred app but cred app from 5 sep 22 to till today didn't credit refund in my credit card whom I paid kindly provide it immediately otherwise i would register a complain at consumer forum

        Loan foreclosure issue

        I am Koikura Kiran,

        On dec 2021, i have taken personal loan of $1, 84000 from cred app. Now the balance is left $1, 54000. I want to foreclose the loan but it is showing as
        daily quota limit exceeded. Please help me on this.

        I have paid credit card bill using cred application and payment was failed and amount also debited from my bank account now bank and cred help both hand over from this issue and closed my complaint saying that from their side payment is clear . Now I have bank and cred applicatio's both mail in which they declared payment clear from their side . Payment issue occurred on 12th July and yet not solved issue after thousands of mail

            It is regretted to submit that a refund process for an amount of Rs 101314/- was initiated by CRED on dtd[protected] as the transaction was failed and amount was debited from my saving acvount while paying credit card outstanding through CRED.

            In the message received from CRED through Whatsapl it was intimated that amount will be refunded within 5 days.

            As the refund was not granted i approached CRED support and a Ticket id 5661293 is registered wherein it was intimated that CRED will give uodate within 48 hours.

            However no response from CRED is being received . The refund is not yet completed. I urgently require the amount for other work. The act of CRED in this case is really harrassing and also CRED may lose its reliability among users.

            In view of the abive it is requested to refund the amount immeditaly under intimation to me. 15 days has already been passed from the date of initiating refund by cred. No update is being provided by the grievance and support club. Feeling harrased and helpless. The amount is urgently required.

            At last it is requested to refund the amount within 24 hrs failing which I have no other way except to lodge a complain against cred at the appropriate level.

              As I have done my One credit card payment at 08/09/2022 at 3 pm . Still payment is not transferred from CRED TO my one Credit card. They apply charges on me due to late payment . So, It's a CRED duty to transfer and update my card.

                Dear sir i have make payment to SBI credit card on 07.09.2022 at 8.53AM and received message that we have received your payment for Rs.5535 vide order no.GXYG042240N after 4-5 hours at 3.29PM i again received message that your payment of Rs.5535 for your SBI card has failed, setup your instant refund account but till i have not received refund

                  Sir I paid my credit card bill payment with cred. where my card number was showing last four digits, who was right. and my bill was also generated on the same card number and whose amount was also showing fine .
                  but when I Paid the card bill that bill was paid on some other card number instead of my card number.
                  whose amount was 97, 000
                  after making the payment, I was given a UTR number from the cred. and UTR number is[protected]
                  I had complained to the cred customer support then I came to know that the payment has been paid in the credit card of bank of Baroda. Since there is no any reply of cred.
                  sir plese reverse my payment.

                    I have ordered a product 'Foldable laptop tablet stand riser' from the CRED android mobile app with the order ID ZEGQ96GRR6YQW on[protected].

                    It was supposed to be delivered in 7-10 days. But today is[protected] and still I haven't received the order.

                    The delivery partner is keep updating the FAKE STATUS that the customer is not reachable, but I received the call from their customer care and confirmed my status twice. Neither CRED is doing anything about this, nor they are refunding the amount instantly.

                            CRED payment to my Card was initiated on 24th August, 2022 for the amount ₹ 19, 204/-.
                            Twice the payment was failed and refund of ₹ 19, 204/- is pending.

                            ORDER ID: WJJ804J296D

                            Please note, payment was failed on 24th of August, i.e. more than a week as on today and yet im yet to get the refund!
                            Now the app is showing the refund will be reflected in my bank account on 8th September, 2022 which is about 15 days after the failed transaction...!

                            My due date for the payment toy card is 2nd September, 2022!

                            Will CRED team be responsible if my due date for the payment is crossed and if my CIBIL is affected??!!

                            Such a pathetic service and fooling people with their money!!

                            Kindly note all the people will not be able to arrange for some alternate source of fund to pay the bills on time.

                            If such transactions issues cannot be resolved in short time, then whats the point using CRED?!! Just throwing CRED coins which is of no use and playing with public money!!!

                            CRED is completely responsible for this issue and i need an immediate resolution and refund on this matter.

                              Have made a credit card payment on 4th September 2022 via cred app and the amount was 18275, the amount was deducted from my credit card and got a message payment successful but the status is showing in process. The amount is neither returned to my bank account nor deposited to my credit card account.

                              I am waiting for this since 3 days and have raised a request too but no response yet.

                              I am having very horrible experience with cred. They having a worst customer care model where they didn't response and customer cannot reach them directly over the phone.

                              I am trying to reach their support since last 15 days but no response yet from them except the automated email.

                              Reached them every where social media, sent email and multiple follow-ups but they are not at all responding.

                                    Rent pay was made to my account on 26th August and it's was reflecting that it will be credited within 2 days and after two days it was reflected success but the amount is not credited in the account I am continuously following up via email with cred but they are saying we are checking the issue give 24 to 72 hours but now its completing a week and I still not received my money.Requested them to call but no response via call.
                                    Already submitted the bank statement which they asked for but still it's pending.
