Done transcation of rs 48000 failed with cred please refund it as soon as possible i am stuck bcz of lack of money

I have done transcation of rs 48, 000 education tution payment transcation got done but it showing fail and message from credit card company recieved that 48, 744.00 was done sucessfully 48, 000 + 744 charges from cred now i am stuck with 1jan it occur and today is last day to pay cred did'nt send any failure message or refund in progress message cred should do something to make coustmer not stuck in that phase

I HAVE BEEN using this app and it has been smooth moslty my payments were in few thousand rupees. so far so good. But for the month of november i had heavy purchases and had to pay 255847 for citi card. I had made payments in multiples 50, 000 each four times and a 60, 000 payment.it has been one month another statement i got gave me shock as previous balance of 255847 remained there and a Rs200000 interest and penalty charges levied. i checked...

On 5th December, i have made UPI transaction of my life insurance of 25, 003 INR on cred app. That transaction was failed according to cred. However the amount 24, 998 INR got deducted from my bank account as i had 5 INR as my cred balance. After waiting for 5days i have contacted bank as i did not get the refund. On 5th December, i have tried to pay my bill of Rs 25003 from cred app. That transaction was unsuccessful according to cred but the money deducted from my bank account. When i contacted bank about the failed transaction, bank replied that the transaction was successful and money transferred to beneficiary account. Rs.1000 had been deducted from my bank account with State Bank Of India on 07.08.2022 by you to be paid to CITI CREDIT CARD. The same has not been deposited with the Citi Credit card so far. I took a loan through Cred in 13th Nov 2022 and Rs 3540 added as loan insurance without my consent. I am being struggling with Cred more than a month now but no response received. I have escalated to Grievance team as well but still no result. Looks like they are very unprofessional not even responding/acknowledging email.

I have made the payment via Cred app towards my ICICI credit card bill.
I have made total payment of Rs 32000/- (2 transactions of 16000 each from 2 bank accounts) on 9th Dec. Only one transaction of 16000 was credited and now its 4 days and payment is still not credited.

I had made a of INR 55620 on cred towards the SBI credit card (x-4206) on 28th November. However, the transaction failed and and money got deducted from my bank account.
