I have been facing a lot of issues with CRED application from the last 5 months. Numerous complaints have been raised but no resolution provided. Each and everytime some or the other person calls from Cred and asks for sending screenshot or screen recordings but despite sending the same no resolution is ever provided. The issue tickets that are raised are closed each and everytime stating issue resolved but in reality no resoltions are provided. Further to this there are huge claims of six digit cashbacks to entice people in reality till date I have never seen a three didit cashback so far. In short this company and its application is a massive fraud and people should refrain from using the same

    Kindly please my amount refunded in to ICICI Bank credit card

    This amount is deducted at 04.57pm at 20/02/2023
    This is fraduculent transaction done of 7081.75

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      i had paid my credit card bill rs 4482 on[protected] through CRED Application app but it was not credited to my credit card account after that i was complained with CRED IVR and email as well but after 2moths cred is not refunding my said amount and they are asking refund credited to any other merchant account i had already shared my axis account statement for prof of refunding amount there is not credited and after many reminder and IVR CALL it is still pending request you to please take a necessary action and refund my amount to originated account.

        Credit card bill payment failed. But the amount was not credited back to my Bank account or the credit card. I even submitted my bank account statement confirming the non receipt of refund. I made a payment of Rs. 34, 390.98 against my HDFC credit card using Cred from my HDFC bank account. The amount got deducted from my bank account, however the amount didnt reach the Credit card. I raised a complaint through the Cred app, however there is no response till today. The ticket is till open with the Cred. This delay made me to pay additional fee and interest on my credit card.

          On Feb 4th I paid my CC bill through CRED and the first transaction didnt go through, but amount was debited from the Account. I again tried after sometime as my CC due falls on 7th Feb. The second time the amount was debited and transaction was pending. Post which I had 2 successful transactions. But the one was remaining in pending until today 7th Feb 2023.

          Today I get a notification that the payment was failed for 30000 and CRED has not tried reverting back too with me when multiple questions raised. Overall 60000 is with CRED and per CC statement I fall as default and the CC company has started charging daily interest.

          I'm just going to discard my relationship with CRED. These guys don't deserve to be in the financial area and please pass the message to as many as you can so that they don't get themselves with this company.

          Now I don't know how much debt I'll get into for trusting this platform and paying through these ###..

            Payment Not settled

            I have made the payment of ₹41000 towards my brother college fees on 30th January using CRED education fees option. Payment is still not settled. App is showing payment status as pending till now. I am tired of following up with them. I was just asked to wait and wait. Its been 8 days since I made the payment. Please look into it.

            If you are doing a large payment on credit card through CRED, especially on weekends, holidays etc, by default it fails, but it debits your bank account and money is refunded back in couple of days. You end up running around for another funds to make payments for credit card on last day. CRED actually uses your money for 2 days free of cost and then returns it. Think of several such failed transactions daily by CRED where they get a large float to use it every day free of cost. Its all about using free money for petty cashback of Rs10 etc. As a customer, we only see our transaction, but think of this large scale fraud for using free money from Customers by purposefully failing transactions of large number of customers with high value payments. After I get my money back this time, I am going to straightway delete this App. I have lost trust in them.
            Yes i fully agree with you, the Cred application is a big fraud and should not be used for jyst a few rupees of cash back

                I have paid bill f bank of Baroda credit card of rs 16, 730 credit app is showing payment successful and deposited in my card, but i have not received any confirmation from my bank of Baroda bank and amount has not got adjusted yet, i am worried now as bank is calling me again and again for the payment customer support is saying the same thing again and again that it will get adjust but there is no confirmation yet, please resolve this asap

                    Cred has show different plan so I have paid Airtel recharge 2997 and it is useful outside india. I was recharging plan which useful in india. I have contacted Airtel and they did not help to cancel my plan or change to with respective indian plan. I have contacted Cred regarding this and they are not helping. I did not receive any response from them. I have raised complaint in couple of second when I have checked my Airtel Number.

                      I’ve placed an order with CRED on jan 3rd by mistake and i when i tried to cancel this stupid app doesnt have cancel so when i reached out to customer care raising an incident they told, refuse the order and it will be returned and amount will be refunded.. then when i refused the order .. by the time this stupid CRED have marked my issue is resolved .. and when I raised an issue again after refusing product. Now they are saying product is delivered successfully when it’s not delivered and i have proof from delivery partner as it was returned.. not CRED is saying it cant help me as i din inform them within 7days itseems. Why did they close my incident saying resolved on day 1? Now i din get my product and CRED has my money.. what an awesome way to scam money.. if we raise incidents theyre closing it without user issue resolved.. this is repeated..

                          My name is Anusha Nadella holding One credit card . This e-mail is regarding the incorrect and unjustified interest charges that are levied on my credit card. As per my October, November, December and January month statements, there are constant Financial charges that are levied on my card, though I cleared all the payments within the grace period by availing grace time of three days as per the guidelines issued by RBI. I had to avail the grace time as I had undergone eye surgery and wasn't supposed to use gadgets and also my father had severe cardiac arrest because of which as a family we suffered a lot mentally, financially, physically and emotionally. Even after clearing the total outstanding amount within the grace time period, you people have incurred me huge charges of 53000 INR inclusive of GST. IN spite of having number of conversations and coordination on twitter, you people are reluctant to reverse the charges. This is absolutely unacceptable and personally I am unable to deal with the stress as I had recently incurred huge expenditure with the constant emergencies surrounding our family. I am dealing with huge problems already and I am not in a Position to bear such huge charges. This is leading to a lot of harassment and stress. I request your good self to kindly reverse the charges and enable me to continue my long lasting relationship with One card. I am also a premium most customer of One card and use the card regularly for huge amounts every month. Expecting positive resolution from your end.                             I have tried to borrow a Personal Loan of Rs 1.5 Lakhs from Cred Pay and at the First time it was stuck due to some technical issue and after sometime i tried for once again but i was about to enter my debit card details for nach i saw that it is showing wrong tenure for the loan so i cancelled the transacton and later i checked my mail inbox i got sanction letter so here i am requesting you pls cancel that sancton letter as i have not borrowed that loan and provide the acknowledgement for the same

                              I have tried to get a Loan from Cred Pay of Rs 1.5 Lakhs but due to some technical issue it was not done for the First time, then i tried once again to get this loan and at this time when i was about to enter my debit card details i saw loan tenure is showing wrong so i cancelled the ongoing transaction but when i cked my mail i got saction letter when i was tried for the first time so i would like to remind you again that i did not borrowed any kind of money so request you to cancel the Sanction letter and provide me the acknowledge mail.

                                I made a credit card payment Rs.8650 on cred on 2rd Jan 23 . I got massage payment failed on same date late night I received massage is payment failed. So I need my money on my source acount on refundable basis.
                                Many times I sent email bank statement also they told me payment refund done still payment not received yet bank statement also sent personally mail id so pls refund my amount asap
