    I HAD BOOKED THE BPCL BHARAT GAS CYLINDER ON 9th october 2022 on CRED app amt Rs.1055.50 by credit card but still amount not yet received to BPCL BHARAT GAS and amount already debited from card successfully . As i enquired with distributor in pune they informed me that cylinder not yet booked because amount not yet received to BHARAT GAS BPCL . i raised complaint to CRED and my kotak credit card also . kindly look in to this matter immidiately and kindly solve this issue at earliest . if possible kindly cancel the transaction and refund back .

      I have made a payment of credit card on 12 September 2022 of Rs. 118956.79 through cred which failed in cred app when contacted by in app chat service they have mentioned that money will revert in 3-4 working days. It's been 10-15 days and amount is not reverted back to my account. Also they don't have any customer care number and their chat in-app support don't answer now.

            My name is Manish and I have done a payment of Rs.7225/- through Cred app. But cred app showing transaction failed and amount got debited from my saving account. Still I have not received my amount yet. Also I have called at ICICI customer care, they said payment successfully done from ICICI account. I am attaching CRED APP screenshot of transaction failed and message from ICICI BANK of Transaction successful for your reference. So, please check and support for the same.

              I have paid my rent to my landlord account on 27 sep 22 which was deducted through my card and same should be credited to my landlord's account within 24 working hrs but it will not credited to my landlord's account neither refunded in my card. After various mails and message to cred support the issue was not resolved yet neither i got any other means to contact them.

                Hi Team,
                I made my ICICI credit card bill payment of "70, 363.04Rs" through the CRED app on 2nd Oct. But the payment failed and the amount was debited from my account. Also the CRED team is saying that they have already initiated the refund on the same date. But I haven't got my money yet. Now I am not able to make the payment again due to insufficient balance. Also the last credit card payment date is today. Kindly request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                  Multiple support tickets and requests are being simply ignored by CRED. It is effecting my finances ..please help

                  Got my credit after a lot of struggle.. I raised continuous support tickets from 9th day of ignorance by CRED...wrote a one star review with the support ticket details and agony that I am going through for the CRED app in playstore. Raised a consumer complaint . Went to the extent of messaging CRED founder in LinkedIn. I am not sure which worked. But finally I got my money on 12th day after failure transaction debit

                    I have done transaction using SBI credit card using cred app on 19 sep of amount rs .34000 amount is debited from credit card after 3 days Cred status updated transaction successful but money is not credited in landlord account yet. I also given application to bank given UTR number bank also checked details with given number but they told no money received. I submitted all documents to CRED but no action taken yet now they are not replying to my mail .

                      Paid the icici credit card bill on 3rd sep through cred app, but the amount didn't get credited to my card. i have raised multiple complaints to cred but the issue is not yet resolved yet. Also Shared the credit card statements as requested by cred team. I need the refund of the amount. It is more than 30 days from the date of payment
                      Even i have checked with icici and they too confirmed that they havent received any payment
                      Need some resp from CRED with refund, their customer care is too un-responsive

                          I have cancelled the order from jiomart on 20 September 2022 and refund was initiated by 22 September which was u
                          supposed to be credited in 7 working days maximum. But even after 15 days, multiple complains on social media, in app supports, via mail they are providing only one robotic auto reply that we are working on it. I have lost my hopes of getting back 526(After adjustment of offer) rupees. I'm planning to file in consumer court. Refund id was 801570T on cred application.

                            CRED app showed my bill amount Rs.4838.93 instead of 4338.93.

                            And also debited amount Rs.4838.93 instead of Rs. 4339.93.

                            But credited into my credit card bill only Rs.4339.93. what about difference amount of Rs.499

                            Totally it is very bad experience from CRED side. CRED debited amount from my sbi bank is Rs.4838.93 but credited into ICICI credit card bill is Rs 4339.93. who is responsible to excess debited amount of Rs.499?
                            Please solve this issue as soon as possible and credit the difference amount of Rs.499 to my SBI account.

                              Paid my credit card bill via cred. 25k rupees. First time made payment it said payment failed. Again tried again failed but checking the bank account revealed twice the amount has been debited but yet to credit to the card.

                                    Hi, I had paid my credit card bill through CRED. I had paid way before my payment due date of credit card. Now CRED kept my money for 10 days and after that it refunded me my money saying my payment has not been processed while it was when I had paid. Now my credit card payment date had passed so my credit card company imposed a late fee charges of about 1200INR. I contacted CRED about this, firstly they denied to help me. Then I convinced them that its their fault so they said they will pay me. It has been more than a week I have been mailing them daily but they are not replying nor they are giving my refund. I had sent all the evidences proofs to them too. Please help.
                                    It is still not reaolved and i am chasing them everyday.
