Support team asks latest statement and check it on other day and again asks the latest statement. This is continuing since 22 june 2023 and today is 03 July 2023. Yet I haven't got refund yet. Executive is not even calling though I asked many times to schedule a call.

Mail says 2-3 days to resolve but it is more than 10 days and not resolved.

    I have ordered a Guess Body Mist worth Rs1690/- in rupees 315. The order tracking updated me that my product has been packed and shipped and it will be delivered on 25th June. But all of sudden a notification came and said the product is cancelled due to unforeseen reasons. When I tried to order the same again, they raised the prices from 300 to 1100 almost 3 times.

    These are the tricks cred app is playing with consumers.
    and also I have been trying to get in touch with their customer care nobody is really reverting and giving me any solution.

    I would say everyone BOYCOTT CRED., FRAUD APP.

      Ticket No. : 9131287 - Rent Payment Processing with order id: P63GV6QPV9RP, it has already been two days kindly take action fast
      We are normal people managing and balancing with the inflow and outflow of money, please process the payment fast
      This has caused unnecessary troubles to me and my beneficiary
      You say on priority and ask for 7 days which is stupidity, resolve the issue immediately

        I have paid my Sbi credit card bill 91173Rs on due date of 22nd June 2023 but the bank has not received yet. If it’s not received by today (22/06/2023) then have to pay interest

            They are only saying we are working on it.
            They are making me fool please help you out.
            No response from cred.
            They only say we are working.

              It shows it will be completed in 72 hours.
              Now it has been 120 hours.
              They only say 'we are working on it'
              They are making me fool.
              They are not depositing the amount nor refunding.

                Why are not they depositing in land Lord account.
                No customer care service
                Worst customer care service in India.
                Cred is National level company
                And it has no customer service service.

                    I have made a payment of Rs. 16, 169.38 to the ICICI Credit card ending with 1005 on 9th June, 2023 towards bill payment, and the cred app has confirmed the payment, but in the ICICI bank app, the amount is still showing as pending as on today i.e.,[protected]:19 PM). Please rectify.

                      Hi,
                      I recently ordered a 'Sirona body wash' from Cred. But instead of that, I was delivered a box with a stone. The order was delivered on 18th May and I have already raised a complaint with Cred support immediately. But it has been over 5 days and I haven't received any communication from the support team. I have also tried to follow up, but still no response. Please help.

                        My issue is yet to be resolved and you have recreated the issue again, what the hell is happening, why I see 9 more unwanted autodebits from my account, without my consent
                        You are yet to refund my previous more than 18 transactions of autodebit and such a stupid thing done again by you, 9 more transactions of autodebit, seriously!!!
                        what is happen CRED, dont make me angry now

                              I have informed Cred that due to my medical, physical and financial situation I will not be able to repay the loan amount hence I would like to settle and I received a call on WhatsApp!!! from this number (+91-[protected]) and the numbers belongs to a girl but then this Mr. Ashish takes over the call and has threatened to destroy my house and property and stated that he wishes to see what kind of house I live in and what kind of fan or ac I have or what kind of food I eat and whether I eat it on a dinning table or on floor, if I live in a studio or 2/3/4/5 BHK house and claims to manhandle me.

                              This issue has been informed to a customer care representative at Cred, name of the rep is Simran and she was disheartened to hear this. Mr. Ashish asked me for proof of my father's death and claims that if I have people to borrow from to pay for settlement, then I should beg those people for entire amount or he will show me his true colours. He denied to give his complete name, the company that he is employed with and has continued to call me again and again on WhatsApp!!!, I mean why on whatsapp!!! and what are they chatting on what's app with me.

                              please look into this as this kind of behaviour is in violation of FDCPA practices.

                              Also, apart from the loan, these threats that mr. Ashish is giving me and claims that he is authorised to do so by CRED, opens him up for an FIR under sec 420 and opens Cred for a legal lawsuit.

                              The customer care rep has asked me to wait for 5-6 months with past due, post which a settlement can be granted, but my mistake is that proactively wanted to settle this with no ruckus and nuisance.

                              Please look into this matter and reach out to me for any screenshots or call recordings of this incidence, I have them.

                                Ordered s product Litmus shaver from CRED store by burning 2000 coins and making payment of 900 Rs. on Mar 23rd, received a courier with empty box. Raised a complaint through CRED support on same day for which i received a response on Mar 26 2023. received call many times by CRED support who asked me to raise a return request. I got error / warning message when i tried to do it and share the screen shot also to support team.

                                This email is regarding the product Litmus placed on March 23rd 2023, with order ID: GQ63X5R8QWD.

                                We regret to know that the package was empty. We would like to inform you that the refund will get initiated once the product is picked up. However, we are positive that the credit will be initiated by Apr 7th 2023 with the coin reversal. Since you have made the payment through a credit card, the refund will reflect within 5-7 working days excluding Bank holidays, 2nd and 4th Saturdays, and all Sundays.

                                In case you do not receive the refund within the timeframe, we request you share the Credit Card statement from the date of the purchase to the date in password-free PDF format so that we can validate it and get back to you with an update.

                                CRED had marked the ticket as resolved without even checking whether the promise made as above is taken care off.
                                i reopened the ticket as i neither got 900 Rs refund nor 2000 coins back to account.

                                After several follow-ups, now CRED is continusly closing the ticket saying that this is outside of return window. This is absolutely FRAUD

                                CRED is not even honoring its own words and is entertaining FRAUD to happen.

                                Pls help resolve the issue

                                      Please help me resolve my issue. I have raised a ticked regarding my issue and support team is not responding since last 6 days. Its been more than 10 days and my amount is not refunded yet.

                                      I have made a payment on 21th April of 49000 via Rent payment method but it didn't reach the landlord's account and Not even refunded to me.

                                      literally the worst consumar care experience I am having.
