I would like to inform you that I tried to book online a car on rent from Veraval to Junagadh for
my Journey on Dtd. 22-Aug-2022. I visited website https://www.malhotracarrental.in to book a
rental car and added primary details as Name, Mo. No., email-id and location from to end. After
that I have received a call from number Mo. No.[protected] and he told me that 800/- amount
for a book car. This car rate is affordable to me. So, I tell him book a car. He told me that first you
should book a car from website and as a booking confirmation amount INR 100/- you have to pay
during your booking and after that amount will be deducted from your total amount which will
be paid. I tried to book a car and make payment through credit card payment option. But
somehow payment was failed. I called him to for this payment error and he told me that try with
another credit card. After that I tried again, and same payment failed error arriving. I call to him,
and he told me that I check it and will inform you shortly. After that he again call me and said
that try with debit card due to credit card some issue in our portal. I tried with debit card details
to make payment but same payment failure error arriving and after that he tell me that I am
doing manually car booking for you and after that instant text SMS received me to INR 45488.6 from AXIS credit card spent you on
CRED. I instantly call to him for these transactions, but he not received call. After that I called to
bank to add this transaction in dispute and block my card.
