    This is regarding the refund for the payment of Rs 3, 254/- initiated by me through CRED app dated on 03th Aug 2022. Wherein it was done for the purchase of Mobile phone through my credit card of HDFC Bank which was used by me by the Third party app i.e. CRED. I would like to mention here that despite of complaining many times to the CRED app and my bank that is HDFC as well, there is no progress in my refund status here. As the amount is been debited but I did not receive the refund for the same. Its almost been more than 3 months now. I firmly believe that as the as a trusted customer towards my bank you are liable to pay me the refund with the compensation as well. As the payment that is stuck was supposed to be used for my personal expenses, and due to such irresponsible and negligent behavior of the CRED app and the Bank it has been really unfortunate that the payment is stuck and I'm not able to use the same. Also I would also like to mention here that is the bank cannot take up the responsibility of such third party apps, there no also be no provision to use the same. I would like to get my refund withing 1 week of the notice of the compliant. If not done I would like topo approach the consumer forum in person for the same . With the complaint I'm attaching all the conclusive p[roofs of the transaction herewith. Thanking you in anticipation.

    the problem is not solved and i have still not received any communication or refund. how have you considered it at resolved.

        I have paid RBL credit card payment of Rs 213049/- through CRED on 25th July and subsequently debited from my Kotak savings ac. 29th July I got message from CRED that transaction failed. Kotak bank has confirmed that the payment was successfully paid to merchant bank and RBL has said they have not received any payment. When chatted with CRED support, I have been seeing the message that the refund is initiated and till date the amount has not been refunded to my ac.
        Very disgusting to note that no response from CRED to my mails shooted to them .
        The amount is lying with CRED. Because of CRED, I had to pay RBL CARD minimum amount and interest charged by them is around 15000/-.
        Please look into the matter seriously

          On the 8th aug i made a payment of 146486 and same was debited from my account. i received a message stating there was an error and if the amount is debited same will be credited to my account in 5 to 7 working days. i drop a mail and request to refund the amount in 24 to 48 hours as this was a credit card bill payment but they did not responded.

          On 17th the call me and why i was furious they said you will receive your refund by 18th and also committed to refund any interest for delay payment to CC company. Till date that is 31st aug i have not received my refund. i have raised complain to cred grievance, axis bank there banking partner & alos to NCPI. no has made any reverts. i am communicating with them under Ticket ID – 5210349.

          Now daily i at least complain 4 times to them but no revert. no phone no for a call center so not possible to contact them. and no reverts on mail. they are not at all serious regarding this and seems like they are on a verge to do a scam or fraud. i even did multiple transaction with them so that they would refund the amount but they are not responding. an early revert & refund is appreciated as today we can even make transfers on a sunday or a holiday and there this company, were errors was in there app and i am being suffering for my refund.

              Made a rent payment but money not received to landlords account

              I have made rent payment through cred on 25 August for two days they where delaying to process amount after two days app is showing that payment is processed but the amount isn't credited to my account...

              Hi,

              I made a payment of rs.13230 for my credit card on 30-Aug-2022 and the payment got failed but the amount was debited from my bank account.Still the refund is not initiated and am not able to add the instant refund account too

                I paid my HDFC Credit card bill through CRED app on 2 Aug 22. Amount was Rs.10806/- CRED app is showing payment was made to credit cards but actually amout was not credited to my Credit card. My card was temporarily blocked due to non payment of bill. I paid the bill again on 16 Aug22 with Rs1341/- fine and service charge. Almost one month past. I requested CRED customer support many times but they are not refunding my money.

                    Good Evening Sir/Madam, Recently I have purchased omani dates(500grams) at discounted price of 171 RS usually its Maximum Retail Price of the product was 650Rs.. I have entered the address details while ordering this product. I don't even know why they have cancelled the product. If it is a non-serviceable area they must not accept the order. I don't think this as normal one. As i am the one who is eagerly waiting for the product. They were manipulating the customers and earning interest amount over the amount paid by the customers. I have paid only 171 RS but through out the world they might get some crores. I hope this was not a simple one. I request you to consider my issue and resole it as soon as possible

                      it's failed i contracted cred customer service through email they didn't give proper response as per norms they need to refund in 3hr but already 24hr done.
                      They created ticket 5502977
                      No resolution please take a action and give my refund asap...

                      I would like to inform you that I tried to book online a car on rent from Veraval to Junagadh for
                      my Journey on Dtd. 22-Aug-2022. I visited website https://www.malhotracarrental.in to book a
                      rental car and added primary details as Name, Mo. No., email-id and location from to end. After
                      that I have received a call from number Mo. No.[protected] and he told me that 800/- amount
                      for a book car. This car rate is affordable to me. So, I tell him book a car. He told me that first you
                      should book a car from website and as a booking confirmation amount INR 100/- you have to pay
                      during your booking and after that amount will be deducted from your total amount which will
                      be paid. I tried to book a car and make payment through credit card payment option. But
                      somehow payment was failed. I called him to for this payment error and he told me that try with
                      another credit card. After that I tried again, and same payment failed error arriving. I call to him,
                      and he told me that I check it and will inform you shortly. After that he again call me and said
                      that try with debit card due to credit card some issue in our portal. I tried with debit card details
                      to make payment but same payment failure error arriving and after that he tell me that I am
                      doing manually car booking for you and after that instant text SMS received me to INR 45488.6 from AXIS credit card spent you on
                      CRED. I instantly call to him for these transactions, but he not received call. After that I called to
                      bank to add this transaction in dispute and block my card.

                        I tried to pay my HDFC CC bill via CRED and it failed.
                        Transaction amount id : Rs. 95000
                        Date : 25th Aug. 2022
                        Herewith attached the transaction failure details for your reference.
                        Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible as the amount is high.

                        And really its shame that CRED is don't have any customer care contact number to complain about this kind of issue immediately.

                          I have Made a transaction of 1, 26, 400/- On 11 Aug . Transaction was Success and Amount deducted . The same amount was not Updated in the card and as per Cred they have Refunded the amount which i have not received till Date . ORDER ID : 9V1XLPPDRY .

                          Daily refund date is getting increased . Need to pay to my credit card . If the same amount is not Refunded with in my credit card payment time .

                              Dear Sir/Madam
                              On the 11th of August 22, I made a payment of Rs 25, 148.63 (Order ID WNQLR2QRNPV) towards the payment of my ICICI Credit card. The payment failed but the amount was debited from my account (Axis Bank) and till now it wasn't refunded.

                              Already written several emails to '[protected]@cred.club' but my issue is not resolved yet. Only created a Ticked ID 5383087 against my complaint but no further communications have been done to date.

                              Please help in getting my debited amount back at the earliest.

                                I have paid electricity bill on 6th August 2022 to the west bengal electricity (WBSEDCL) . The bill amount was Two thousand one hundred and sixteen rupees only (2116/- Rs.). And the order ID was 23J86Z48W5Y3. But the payment was failed. Still now I didn't receive the refund at my source account.I contact cred support they told me the refund back to your source account and the same would be getting reflected within 3-4 working days.
                                Below are the refund details.

                                Refund date: 12 Aug '22.
                                But today 23.08.22, Still now I didn't receive the refund amount at my source account.
                                cred support also write me In case i have not received the refund in the mentioned time frame, send the source bank statement.
                                I have send the bank statements, where its clearly mention that the refund process not happened.
                                I again send the bank statement with this mail. Its my humble request kindly Refund me the amount to my source bank account.
                                Otherwise i will take a ligal action on cred
