I had initiated my rent on 1st of June via cred which was supposed to be credited in my landlords bank account in few minutes. They also charged a fee of Rs 400 from me and now they are not even responding properly on my e-mails. They just give a stupid response that we are looking but have no proper reason for the default. My landlord has still not received the rent and he is continuously asking me every day. I am out of money and this company is not even responding properly. I am attaching screen shot of the transaction, please help me get refund of my money as I need it urgently

        Unauthorized money deduction from my bank account

        Hi,

        I have taken a loan from CRED on Nov 30th 2021 and repaid on Dec 7th 2021 for my education fee payment.
        Recently there was an unauthorized money deduction from my bank account of 44873 and i immediately contacted on May 5th 2022 support team as they don't have customer care number. Since then they have been sending emails that they are working on it but no refund initiated again today I have got another message...

        I apply loan(idfc first bank) from cred app for 15000, but immediately its cancelled (loan no[protected], but in idfc bank side sent letter for me pending emi, its affected credit score near by 400 points, i sent mail to cred app they told not credited to u and we will inform to them and rectify this issue, i sent regularly mail to cred app they told me within 48 to 72 hours again and again told me, for last 2 month still not rectify issue and not increase my credit score, pls help for me

          My Platinum Credit Card Payment was due on 24th March'22, And I was paid 160.02 on 24 March '22 by CRED for PLATINUM CREDIT CARD as per CRED Shows and Notification, But payment was credited in Icon Credit Card, I was not aware it was wrong and i feel free because i thought payment had done.
          Hence, My Cibil Credit Score down by 68 points .

          And after some days RBL Care phone called me for due payment and i did for exact 14 april '22 by bank NEFT. I thougt it was technicale mistake so, i ignored.

          Again, Same Thing begun in May'22

          My Icon Credit Card Payment was due on 04th May'22, And I was paid 67945.96 on 04 May '22 by CRED for icon Credit Card due as per CRED Shows and Notification, But payment was credited in Platinum Plus Super Card. and i chacked immidiet in RBL My Card app . but not any getting then i was called to RBL Customer Care. and they replied will be shown after 2 working days then i have requested to swap to Icon and they did on 10th May ' 2022 .
          Till that, RBL Charged 1500 + 270( GST )
          and Finance Charge Rs. 2221
          Deferred Finanace Charge 617
          Total Charges 4608.

              I had paid school fees on Friday and it's the 5th day and I don't see any progress on it.The fees is still not processed and not receiving right update from CRED team.This is Highly rediculous that the fees neither getting processed not getting refunded. Very irresponsible act from team. The last day to pay fees is today and team is not doing anything . I raise requests and they keep closing it without resolution

                I ordered a product from cred on 16th May 2022...on 25th May when I checked the inbox it's showed that product was already delivered..i contacted the delivery boy (contact no [protected] ) he abused me and market my no as a blacklist...now from 25th May I'm begging help from CRED and they are not listening

                Now, never ever use CRED for anything.. once you get your money back, just uninstall it, I have already uninstalled it. because it gives financially and mentally stress..

                  I paid my icicic cc bill of 26400 rps on 27th may using axis bank upi, it has been 4 days, still amount is not credited to my credit card account.. This is surely a founders app. you can't contact his rubbish customer care.. there is no landlines or any other numbers to call..you can mail only, and they will not answer on time. even they are not creating a ticket for this.. let's see what happens.. or I am going to file a police complaint against this fraud app.

                  Out of 26430 rupees 20000 credited to my credit card today.. now 6430 rupees are remaining..

                    Don't Ever Use the CRED app for Payments of Credit Cards, The CRED app sells their Data to Fraudsters, After which you, ll start Getting Anonymous Bank Fraud Calls, They Don't Respect your Private Details for Money, They Misuse It.
                    Being A Lawyer I Got To know about this from Various Sources, Soon Gonna To File a PIL in SCI, Regarding CRED, Currently in Search of Some more of Evidences.

                      On 10 th May, Super Daily returned my money of Rs. 3714 to CRED, today is 28 May, my money has not been credited to my account from cred. I shared paid Id with CRED on mail. Their reply was very childish and irresponsible. They said we have not found same amount of transaction from my account. Although I have told them some amount was deducted by super Daily for giving their service to me. But not get any reply yet. I don't know whey they are not returning my hard earned money.

                        I have purchased the Go Noise Product on CRED Retailer Application Platform on April 2021. Product is covered under Warranty till May 2022. Since March 2021 one of the earbud stopped working completely.

                        I reached out to Vendor, Vendor redirected me to CRED team as they are the retailers for purchase as I am not the direct customer to Go Noise. Post intervention from CRED Team, Go Noise Team has picked up my ear buds for Services. However There is no further update since defective product has been picked up by Vendor team. (GO Noise ticket number : 68161). I reached out to CRED Support team for further follow up but later on there are no responses from CRED team as well.

                        However at present there are neither responses from Vendor as well as Retailer and I am not using the ear buds for which I have paid to CRED team and eventually to Vendor. But in this case both are not supporting.

                          My account is debited with 3675Rs from my HDFC account, which is unauthorised. I need my refund for that. Also this transaction is not shown in cred app.

                          Below is the message and transaction details.

                          HDFC Bank: Rs 3675.00 debited from a/c **3802 on 22-05-22 to VPA cred.[protected]@axisb(UPI Ref No[protected]. Not you? Call on [protected] to report

                          Mobile no: [protected]
                          The amount debited is Rs 3675/-. The amount credited is only 2999/-. Who gave Authorization to debit my account money without pin and OTP? I want the remaining Rs676/-.

                              I did a payment of 702 via Citi Card on cred pay under flat 100 cashback offer. I saw the cb offer getting applied correctly. However, I didn't get any scratch card or Cashback after completing the transaction.

                              Cred support says it was a bug and they can't offer cashback on the same. I would not have done this transaction if this was known and cashback wasn't shown on payment page.

                                  I made a transaction for electricity bill payment of INR 15084 to KESCo on May 9th, 2022 for which the due date was May 12th, 2022. At that point of time, the transaction was shown as successful. Today i.e. May 17th, 2022, I received a message from your app that the transaction was unsuccessful so I had to make the payment again but along with a fine of INR 142 making the total amount payable equal to INR 15226.
                                  Considering that this is a mistake from your end for which I had to be the fine-bearer, I demand a compensation from your company.

                                    I already Paid My full EMI's but still the first EMI is showing as in processing state. Paid through IDFC BANK link. I have all the required Screenshots guys need immediate attention here. its been quite long time more than 6 months the EMI is still showing in processing state. Need immediate resolution.. Please do it ASAP. other wise i am going to lodge a complaint in the consumer form.

                                      CRED app not updated HDFC credit card statement because of this I haven’t paid due amount and HDFC charged financial and late payment fee.
                                      Which also affected my cibil score
