I have done a transaction of Rs. 21, 006 on June 30th 2022 through cred app from my ICICI Bank account to Axis Bank credit card. Amount was deducted, but transaction failed. I haven't got my money back. Cred app is showing it will get refunded within 7 days. Please help me out in this regard.

I have raised a ticket with Cred for pending refund amount and it has been few days since I have raised the ticket #4598035. I have already shared the statement but NO Update yet.Getting automated patience appreciated responses from support. The support team is pathetic and my money is struck with the Cred team....

I used the Cred app to recharge my jio number on 11th June 2022 with a 499 plan of 2GB/day for 28 days. But my recharge was done for another pack. I made a payment of Rs 8450.15 to below mentioned card using CRED.

The amount debited in CRED app reflects as Rs 8450.15. However, when I checked on savings account, amount of Rs 11449.15 has been debited.

The receipt from CRED also reflects as Rs 11449.15. However the payment history reflects only Rs 8450.15.

On 28th May 2022, I made my credit card payment of Rs 15247/- through the CRED app, and on 1st June 2022, I was informed that the payment is failed and the amount will be credited to my bank account within 3 working days.
