The ticket closed without resolution, My credit card transaction failed 7days back and I didn't receive amount#51, 654
Paid to Citibank credit card through cred, This was ridiculous No point of contact and no customer care support. What happened to my paid amount???????????? How i will get my money back?

Updated by vijayakrishna1 CRED is not replying, My money is not credited its already 8days I cannot do anything support is not replying in the app or email or anything. Please help me to get back my amount ITs big amount 52k.
How can i file a case on CRED app? My credit card interest is counting with 32%

    Amount deducted wrongly from SB account but not refunded

    While payment of my HDFC credit card bill due on 02.07.2022 through CRED UPI app, an amount of Rs. 10, 410 was debited from my B account vide No. [protected] and credited to their VPA cred.[protected]@axisb UPI vide reference No.[protected] on 01.07.2022 at 11.28 a.m. intimating transaction failed with a notice that same will be refunded within 3 days latest by 4th July.

    But till now they have not refunded the amount to my source...

    On 30th June I made a credit card payment of Rs 40451 through the cred app (upi) that got failed and money got debited from my account.

    Cred support mentioned that the money will be credited within 2-3 days in my account however, I haven’t received it yet.

    As per the cred app, I see they have initiated a refund on 1st July but no money received in the account.

            I have paid the credit card bill through cred app but it got failed but amount got debited from my account.
            Its still not refunded to my account back

            Raised complain against cred to their customer support they are not responding.

                I made a credit card payment on 2nd July 2022 from my HDFC account using the cred app the payment showed failed but the amount got deducted from my account.
                Cred says the refund has been initiated but still not reflecting in my account.
                And the customer service is bad only bot generated mails.
                Pls address this issue

                    My name is Jay Chheda. I have made cc payment on cred app on 30/06/2022 for my ICICI Bank savings account of rupees - 10030.68 order id QPQPD3Y5538.
                    Money got debited from my account but the payment failed is yet to be received in the CC statement. It has been 7 days since the transaction on CRED. I have tried multiple ways to contact support but failed.

                      Myself Saiju S Mony made a house rent payment from HDFC credit card on 27th June 2022. Order ID - 3VEX132EWN9V. The amount is deducted from my credit card but not received by landlord or not refunded. When I enquired about this transaction cred team asked me 48hrs time to resolve but almost after one week also it is not resolved or they're giving proper reply. I shared landlord's bank statement also with cred team. I don't know where the money gone and I am taking much tension to solve this. Kindly give me the solution.

                            I have made my payment of my ICICI creditcard timely, through card, the amount is 15304, it was deducted immediately and credited to my bank account
                            Now, it has been 7 working days noone has bothered to revert nor is my money refunded or credited to the bank!
                            These losers have no damn contact number automated reverts on emails

                                I have done a transaction of Rs. 21, 006 on June 30th 2022 through cred app from my ICICI Bank account to Axis Bank credit card. Amount was deducted, but transaction failed. I haven't got my money back. Cred app is showing it will get refunded within 7 days. Please help me out in this regard.

                                  I raised so many social complaint in twitter but no ans from social team
                                  In the last i am suffering with this.
                                  I realised this is mentally harrasment by CRED to me. I am so frustrated and demotivate. By seeing this.

                                    I have raised a ticket with Cred for pending refund amount and it has been few days since I have raised the ticket #4598035. I have already shared the statement but NO Update yet.Getting automated patience appreciated responses from support. The support team is pathetic and my money is struck with the Cred team.
