Hi, I am writing to you with regards to the Wrong Date of Birth in my Cibil Records. My D.O.B. is 12/10/1999 and in the cibil records, it shows as 07/12/1997. All my details and transition are recorded on 12/10/1999. Can you please amend it so that it can help for further transactions.

My name is Gurwinder Singh I applied for the education loan but loan process can not be complete due to wrong details of my residential address and wrong PAN Number.Details of PAN Number and address is not same according to my registered number on CIBIL portal.

i checked today my self my cibil score .. they are so many accounts already closed last 2 year but still it;s saying it;s active in cibil score .

i already closed my american express card but in my report .. it's saying active .. please update my cibil score .. my american express card also closed

I have been checked my credit score through website i have seen lot of non related account was added my cibil.those accouts are not used by me.i dont know where is fault happened.please resolve my issue.i cant able to contact correct person to solve this issue.so i wrote here.i am expecting best feedback come from you.

An auto loan of Rs. 10 lacs and a personal loan of Rs. 10 lacs is wrongly reflecting in my CIBIL report attached to PAN no. BBUPK1493F. Despite repeated emails no action has been taken by the CIBIL team. My credit limit is getting hampered and it is putting a strain on my financials. Request you to take immediate action.

I Malay Moradiya used lazy pay application services, long before it must be an year ago, ihave filled my PAN details in their websites to just verify i am only stating some digits of my pan C**PM****L( My PAN). Repeatedly asking through mail and calling there customer ID there is no response form there end to close my account and they have shown 20, 000 credit in my PAN which i have not even use, where to complaint against them. Please help me on this situation

Steep fall of 53 points 2 years back, and still not specific reason provided yet And every time i raise the complaint anywhere another 2-3 point is reduced which returns to just marginally up of 800+ (801 or 802) as per current performance. Pretty sure about another reduction of points after this complaint presently its 803, will definitely revert on change.
Since last 2 years following up with cibil by many options mail fone, escalation, till today not a sigle person have a clue of 53 points fall in my credit score and always they share generic reply like a bot.
The problem is this company doesn't falls in RTI and they had returned my rti by saying we aren't liable to respond any RTI as they aren't covered under RTI Scope

Hello Sir I am Dominic Sayers I state the following few lines for your kind consideration please.

Recently I have logged in to CIBIL App and checked that my details entered in the contact details are in-correct. The office phone number also is incorrect I am working as Railways and the details are entered as Others. I have tried to change the details but in vain. The office number entered as [protected] which is in the name of some Sai Kiran which is not mine after small enquiry I have come to know that it was one of my friend's friend number and they have been using my credentials without my knowledge for applying loans with my consent. I am residing in a rented house bearing Flat No.301 Pavanputra Enclave, Malkajgiri, but the miscreants have entered my details as own house where i do not possess any immovable properties. where as the company provided house is shown as Rented 806/1 North Lallaguda.

They are trying to take loan with out my consent by using my credentials even my details are in correct in the CIBIL app where i have enclosed the same.

I there fore kindly request to take action of the above matter as I am going through a lot of financial problems already and this is another brick added to my pile of problems..

Please do the needful in the subject matter.

I had a home loan with HDFC for Rs 38 Lacs in 2011. This was pre closed by paying the balance payable together with interest in August 2015. The loan account no is[protected] . As per HDFC records it is showing as closed and in fact my property documents were also returned to me after closure of loan amount. But in my cibil report it is still showing as open with due of more than Rs four lacs.

Hello Sir/Ma'am, My Name is Raj Vaishnaw Tripathi and I am a student. I take small pocket money loans From MPOKKET mobile app and I cleared every loan long before the limit date but when i check my CIBIL score Report, some closed loans are shown active till about 30 days. Even now i have only 4 loans open of Total 2, 360 Rs but in CIBIL Report it is showing 8 loans of Total 10, 896 Rs. I am attaching the photo of Open Loans in MPOKKET mobile app which are only 4 Loans. So, please have a look on my issue and resolve it as soon as possible. Thank You.

I have a account which is of AXIS Bank credit card and which is still showing active on my cibil report. According to the RBI law no account should be on the cibil report for more than 7 years.

I have reported this to AXIS Bank as they cannot find information at all with AXIS Bank and CIBIL is not removing this from my credit report at all

Please help.
