Dear Sir,
I applied for a car Loan in the month of march 2020 in State Bank of India. SBI did a CIBIL report enquiry, and they said that there an overdue of personal loan shown in my account and hence the loan cannot be processed. and now again i am looking for a home loan but it could not be processed due to incorrect details.
When I checked the report, my name, address, email id, Phone numbers, voter card details are mentioned wrong in that. So, I told SBI that the report is not mine but they asked me to contact CIBIL.
Then, I contacted CIBIL, and download cibil report and i found The report again had the same wrong information. When enquired, they said that the details are updated by Bank and they do not have any control over it and I have to get it rectified with the banks who updated it.
I can contact the bank to correct the balance details or the account details. But, which bank can correct my date of birth and pan card details in my CIBIL report ?
This is a clear negligence by CIBIL personnel.
My CIBIL Control number is 3, 339, 192, 300 and My one of last dispute is in progress which service request number is 8585068. and they revert for this request number without any correction in inaccurate details.
I have given the reference mail of banking institutions, other document evidence i.e. my pan card, aadhar card, voter card therefore they are not making correction .
Looking forward for an immediate response from you, as my home loan process has been halted because of this.
I have raising dispute continuously for last 5 months but not received proper solution for the same
