Regarding Cross Road Services.
On 9th October, My bullet's clutch wire broke while I was going to home from office.
No one came from cross road.
Even I escalated matter as mentioned below to customer care id but on one responded till date.
Four reminder sent already.
Request kindly look into the matter and assist

I HAD LOGGED A COMPLAINT VIA CROSSROADS APP @ 7:33 PM AND NO RESPONSE RECEIVED TILL NOW. MORE THAN TWO HOURS HAVE BEEN PAST.
THIS IS THE SERVICE YOU GUYS ARE PROVIDED TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.
I TRIED A CONTACT TO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER BUT NO ONE IS PICKING A CALL.

I FOUND ONE MACHANIC ON ROAD SIDE AND HE HELPED ME.
FINALLY I REACHED HOME.
REALLY THANKFUL TO THAT FACE OF GOD

I AM THINKING IF THAT MAN DIDN'T FIND THEN I HAD TO WAIT FOR LONG AS YOU GUYS DIDN'T HELP ME AND CONTACT ME.

WHY I TOOK YOUR SERVICES.
YOU HAVE TO REFUND MY WHOLE AMOUNT.

SHARE YOUR ESCALATION MATRIX WITH ME, I WOULD LIKE TO CONTACT WITH YOUR SENIORS.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. PATHETIC SERVICE.

    Irefer our discussion with sneha, i request you to kindly cancel my amc, package, and refund me the amount.
    I have not availed any service so far.
    Reason of cancellation:
    1. Freebies, not received-yet, despite several reminders to raj kashap, (Now he has removed, his no, and not picking other no.)
    (Part of freebies received in damaged condition).
    2. Package offered over phone, by sales person (Raj kashyap)-not matching with offer on site
    3. Mobile application not working
    4. Unable to get any service
    5. No customer care, is responding, on mail, and not picking phone, for msow, customer care, but i call rsa, they have no idea about msow
    Please take up the matter with seniors, and send the refund to me.

      I am an active member with crossword, recently purchased an on road break down membership plan in the month of aug. Whenever i need breakdown assistance crossroad don't have a mechanic. Last time i called crossroad for assistance i waited for the mechanic for 2 hours but no one came for assistance. Today again i raised on road service support at 12:20 till now no update on mechanic. On calling customer care he is saying you keep on standing our mechanic will be available in evening. This is becoming heights now.

      Crossroad is cheating customers and minting money and not providing any sought of road side assistance. I will now be taking this matter seriously to consumer court.

        Sir, i bought one policy "mobile service-on-wheels by crossroad door step car servicing package, membership id - [protected], 46 for two years at cost of rs 2241 * 2 = 4482/- two years for my zen estilo car - vachile no#dl 9c ab 5823 on 24th oct 18... After that... I called so many times... They suggested us to log complaint for services via mobile apps"crossroads", i did... Taken services in one month advance, on date of services - no body had called and no body came for services... After that i called so many times, did so many mails... Finally they gave" sandeep accoount manager mb# no.." - he picked the call and told me.. Sir, u'll get ur refund in 40-65 days... And they gave me response on mail as well... Now till date no body has refund my amount.

          My crossroad plan got a few months left, still received a call from your call centre. That it is expiring in a week, that too from personal number[protected]. They told me a plan of 1300 for 3 months. Later when some other guy ([protected]) came to pick up the check he sent someone personal paytm code to transfer the amount. And he increased the amount to 1600/-, which i refused, and then talking to first-person again said it was never 1300, though i had a recording on my phone. Later just to get the money they said they will arrange 4 years of membership for me in 1600.
          When i refused, they keep calling again and again and talking rudely and started calling from different numbers ([protected] and [protected]).

            On 20th may my car broke down in middle of highway and i called customer care. Mr. Sumit (Ph# [protected]) called back and give the details to make the payment of rs 1000

            I make the payment to mr. Akash paytm no. [protected] of rs 1000/-

            After the payment both number got switchoff. After many follow ups also there was no help/ support and i did not availed the cross road services.

            I want my money back. Please support

              We have purchased a car service in the month of February 2019 having membership id: [protected].

              We have regularly got phone calls from their official number [protected], [protected], [protected] for purchasing a car service at Rs 4719 and also get a one complimentary service from their end.

              But after doing a online transaction, I regularly calling at above mentioned numbers for a complimentary service but no one provide a proper response.

              Now i called at their landline number[protected] and same people asked me written proof for complimentary service. I am requested not to trust mobil cross road and they will cheat us and provide false commitment to grab customer money even car service from authorised service centre is better.

                Unfortunately I am a crossroad member. I took the service on 25th April 2019 (PAN INDIA TITANIUM (for 4 Year, 15 RSA Services) after paying a good amount expecting that crossroad would help me whenever I would be needing them but I was wrong.

                Yesterday my wife was going somewhere and her tyre got burst after car stroke to some sharp object. She registered a complaint at 9:20 and I gave a call same time. I was told that mechanic would be there with in their TAT i.e. 45-60 minutes.

                I called again around 9:45 and person there was too rude and told me to wait for another 30 minutes.

                I called again around 10:25 and person there put me on hold for around 10 minutes and then told me that I cannot get the service today. What the hell. My wife was stuck in a lonely road around 10:30 PM and you guys did not turn up. Shame on you.

                I paid for the service and when I am waiting for the service for more than 1 hour, I am told that I cannot get the service. She had to call other mechanic and he charged her 400 Rs to change the tyre.

                I no longer want your membership. Please refund my money.

                I am going to share the same feedback in social media and would never recommend your service. Crossroad is pathetic.

                  Please ensure do not get caught from any service from the cross road as i got stuck. Unfortunatelyi have taken both on road and home service for annual maintanince. After taking the money these people will save your number as do not pick up and block... No feedback on the customer service number given they say to go on app and book service... Appp is totally useless and instrument of fraud.

                    Crossroads sold me the service on wheel service with wrong commitment that i get service with maruti's authorised service centre but later let to know that they don't have any tie up with any maruti authorised centered. And even after lot of follow up, i never got the refund neither reward points.. Later i was forced that i have to take the service. But months of follow up i booked the service and now service is also not being provided, nither they repond on phone nor on mail.. Look like they are just taking the money and not willing to provide the service.. Looking for support

                      My roadside assistance membership with crossroad is valid upto 06 apr 2021. But i have receiving calls with a gap of two to three days from their rep that my membership has been expired. Every time they told me different expiry dates but they shares mine my vehicle number correctly. No respite after giving three emails in this regard. Appears to fool consumer. Every time they called from different numbers. After my first email dated 24 feb 2019 i have received calls from these numbers so far [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Even seniors pay their deaf ear to my problem as if they are fully aware of what's going on in their company and what tactics they are applying to fetch money out of consumer on the basis of false information.

                        On friday 4th jan 2018 at 8:40 am, i requested for road-side assistance for my car mahindra xuv500 (Dl 12 cg 9002) at panipat on national highway. I made the payment of amount inr 707 from paytm wallet twice but no service was provided; there was no confirmation of the rsa request from cross roads.

                        I have sent them emails starting 7th jan 2019 and have even spoken with cs agents but they are not helping. As per them, refund should be processed within 45 days but its been 50 days and they have not processed it.

                        Today, they told that they have not received the money and shall not refund the same. I have received the utr number against the transaction citin[protected] which means they are cheating and not willing to refund the amount.

                            Today i have complained for dead battery. The service man came and he told me that my cars battery is having problem after that he said cars relay is gone for which he asked 280 rs first after my deniel he said i am ready to take 150 rs for the relay and he changed it and took 150 from me but after some time i am facing the same problem. When i asked him to come and see the problem he refused and said that i am on another complain... They are cheater now a days.

                              Have already gone every time i called the company they said your refund is in process we are working on it can you tell me how long it will take to refund the hard earned money of customer.                                   I have deposited thru paytm rs 4721 on 29 th dec for my car service thru mobile service on wheels & booking date is today i. E. 06th jan'19 but no body responding at cross road cusromè care but after 9 days nobody is redponding at cross road & 5% discount & 10% cash back also not refunded in my paytm account.
                                  This is very serious. I am going to lodge fir against cross road for fake commitment & 420 case.

                                    I had registered a complain regarding the key lock in the car at 2:30 pm on 29 dec 2018 and after a massive followup also they did not come to the location. My whole family including little kids suffered for 5 hours at road becuase of this company then at last i do rectify the problem by myself.

                                    Very very poor service provider.

                                    I want to panelise this fraud company.
