I have been receiving end number of calls since last year to renew my membership. However, I already have a platinum plan till Oct 2022. I even sent its proof many times to them but they seems confused and keep calling me off and on. Really unprofessional company and staff.

It's enough now. I need compensation for 5000 Rs for mental harassment else I will have to loadge a complaint in media and consumercourt.

Executive Rohit contacted me for renewal of membership and offered me PAN India plan for 4 years. Though he offered some discount but on negotiating more he offered me same plan for 6 additional months means total 4.6 years. For assurance he made me speak to his senior Yogesh also.

Since the time I made payment 2 months back, this guy is not taking my calls nor reverting over wats app. He shared wrong number for his senior Yogesh.

My membership did not get renew for duration I was committed for.

Highly unprofessional experience with cheating. Never go with this company services

I am lodging this complaint against crossroads who have been calling me from multiple numbers from last 1 year.

Even after repeatedly rejecting that i don't want to buy their product they keep on calling me from multiple numbers.

I will reach out to you myself the day i know that i want your product. Please stop irritating me every day.

Roadside assistance service was sold to me as a "lifetime service" and later their executives called me suggesting that it was a 4 yr package and it has to be renewed.

I was nowhere communicated about this. Their executives are also acknowledging that this was the way this plan was sold. This is a clear case of Cheating.

Bought Titanium Package of Road side assistance for my car from Cross Roads on 25/03/2019 which is valid up to 23/03/2023, Membership ID [protected]. Receiving calls from Cross Roads on daily basis since last few months to renew the package as the same has been expired or going to expire soon. Every time I have to explain that it is still valid. Today, i.e. on 20/02/2021, I received same call again of Mr. Gaurav from Okhla office. I explained to him and also send him screen shot of my app clearly showing validity up to 23/03/2023. Even after going through the screen shot he said that this is wrong and it needs renewal. Please look in to the matter and let me know the findings

Sow booked four times after.purchasing sow, but the car service mechanic did not visit and car is therefore not serviced

We have a membership of Crossroads since many years and was timely renewed (15may 2019 to 14Aug 2021) with ID no [protected].

My car got stuck on 16th December and I contacted crossroads for help at 10:00AM. They did not accept my complaint saying my ID is not registered with them. Its been more than 48 hours, no one has contacted me to rectify the vehicle.

they are harassing us and not attending to our complaint even after paying their premiums for so many years.

Going to and fro from sonagiri ward circle 15 colony has become a headache for many of the people, roads haven't been constructed from few months/years and i don't think any action will be taken for the coming years even. Water logging takes place in like 5 mins of rain. I don't know whether the government or the parshads over here have become blind over here that they cant see the condition of the roads.. Eventhough accidents are taking place sr. Citizen fell down. What action have been taking in future pls revert??

I am a citizen of triveni nagar 3rd lucknow.i am facing a huge amount of problems from the roads from our area the roads in our colonies almost going to worst condition the region near shubh lagan guest house the roads are miserable the municiple corporation had not maintained the roads for last 10 years the .the correct location is left colony of shubh lagan guest house triveni nagar 3rd shiv puram sai dham mandir lucknow 226020 i request to corporation to construct the roads as soon as possible...

I purchased RSA for 3 years in July 2019 but in personal records Crossroads deleted my details. 1 month back I started receiving calls that my policy had expired & they asked for renewal. I called the customer service & they also confirmed that my policy had expired. Believing them I purchased the policy. 1 week later I came across a bill of last year. Upon confronting they denied any refund. It's totally a fraud company, pls be careful.

Extremely sad service. Not worth to take any package from cross roads,
I logged a compliant on 14th february for flat tire - # 588012; nobody attended even till 15th feb when call was closed unilaterally by crossroads.

I have logged a compliant for a flat tire on 22 feb 2020 #588582 - spoke to sunil from call centre - extremely ineffective guy - despite requesting 8 times for service person coordinates or speaking to his manager - i didn't get any details or the next person in escalation matrix. Its already been 90 minutes while i was promised help in 35-40 minutes. Both times there was an excuse for technical reasons - which is fully non specific.

I spoke to vishal again who cut the call when asked about the specifics. If there is no resolution sighted in next 2 hours - i would request for full refund of monies paid in last 3 to 4 years immediately or else resolution at consumer forum.

These are the only 2 calls that i have logged in my last 4 years. Extremely disappointed with crossroads # unprofessional # arrogant # losing the track

Hello sir, i am jitender living in gurgaon ashok vihar, phase - 111, near chotu ram chowk. One of my neighbour near chotu ram chowk has constructed the home or i can say he has used the partially street land for his own home.
Infect this road is sarai road & it is connected from main road (Sheetla mata road) to krishna chowk (Carterpuri.
Now this road is reconstructed but it is very steep from that area near by his home.
There are continue 02-03 homes, who has done like this & some shops are also occupied the street.
With this it is very hectic & problematic during go & fro from there to homes.
Please take an appropriate action on to this.
They have occupied near about 03-04 feet at least!

I had paid rs 5950.00 for the car service. I was told that i will get 2 car services and 50% revital point which can be used for other works of the car. My membership number was [protected] valid up to 29/12/2019. Only 1 service was given and no revital pts given. I had booked 21/12/2019, 24/12/2019 and 28/12/2019 for second service of my car and made more than 50 calls but no response.
They are taking money and not providing services.

Don't expect a mechanic or service as they are the bottom most RSA service provider within India.

It seems I have made a mistake by availing your service as they have no standard response mechanism to serve your customers.

Is this the way to serve your premiere customers with titanium plans.

I am writing this to inform you regarding a sad situation of your support team. I placed a towing request (ticket id: 581017) with your team on 5th December with advance payment, which was subsequently cancelled because of the delay happening in arranging the towing vehicle. Since then I am repeatedly writing emails to your support team and contacting customer care for my refund but nobody is bothered to look into my request. Please help and get my refund completed ASAP.

I wanted to get my car serviced at doorstep so came across this company called crossroads. On 7th dec 2019 an executive called on my no and i briefed my requirements. He told me to go to the website crossroadshelpline.com and make advance payment for the service and my car service will be done on next day i. E. 8th dec i made payment of rs 2949/- online and there was a confirmation from their side but nobody turned up on the scheduled day. I tried to contact the numbers given by the company but no response from them. After 3 days they called me and said service will be done on saturday i. E. On 14th dec but the same story nobody turned up. Meanwhile i downloaded their app called crossroads rsa and entered my details there. The app showed the details of my vehicle under my membership id [protected]. I cancelled the request for service and sent a mail at [protected]@crossroadshelpline.com asking the refund but even the mail was not responded and nobody responding over phone also and they are not returning money paid.

I have membership of rsa for delhi ncr valid till 6/11/23. The ecard in ap shows 5.11.22. I start gettig call from cross road that subs. Is ending on 4.12.
19. Told them of my subs. But they argued that the date is ap is only for the due service, i didn, t renewed. Again they call on 4/12/19 and warned that no further service will be available if i don, t renewd and asked me pay s1200 for renewal upto 2023. I have to but i meanwhile found the receipt dated 9/3/19 for sub upto 6/11/23 and asked them to refund as they sold two subs ([protected] and [protected]) for the same car, they are now not picking the phone. This is nothing but cheating and snatching money by pressuring and warning. Action is required against such fraud co.

Cross roads india assistance pvt ltd.

Cross road has taken a office no.715-716, root tower, laxmi nagar distt centre, delhi 92 since april, 2019. But company neither paying rent nor vacating office.
We visited the okhla office for lease payment but security guard refused to enter. After many request he allowed. We tried to met cmd harrish lakhera, but refused to meet. Staff threatened us and told we are gangsters and this is our daily routine matters.

Director bhupender bhanu false assured us for payment and advised to go back.

On that basis we made a police complaint and police sent a notice to them, but they did not appear to the police.

We observed that many of the reputed company take the loan, financial faculty from venture companies and enjoy the money and ultimately got financial crises and venture companies suffer.

Company also taking the benefit of soft laws of india and they believe in making the money by whatever means.

This company is in financial crises and taking the shelter of civil proceeding. It came to know that company is default of staff salary also.

Please take care while dealing with this company.

i am sumit kumar s/o sarvan prasad gupta r/o j-281/16, vijay colony, usmanpur, delhi-110053, Mobile no.[protected], that i have purchased a 24*7 road side assistance service (invoice no.19-20/00006469 from crossroad india assistance pvt ltd Head Office: X-1, Okhla industrial area, phase 2, new delhi-110020, GSTIN-07AAECC5226H2ZT, CIN NO.- U50400DL2011PTC22803. That on dated[protected] for my vehical no.- DL13SS4128 for one year worth Rs. 800. but i am afraid to tell you that on dated[protected] at around 9.30pm while returning from faridabad i got my vehical punctured. therefore i approached & intimated them through their App and supposed to get revert or service from their side, and i have waited for their technician for whole night but i have not received any service there (complaint no.-576094). Next day i called their customer care on [protected], she told me that that time no technician available and you can write your complaint on [protected]@crossroadshelpline.com. So i wrote my complaint to then as well. But i have not received any response from thereside.

therefore, kindly do needfull in this regards as its a matter of customer dissatifaction. i have been cheated by them, not provided that service which they have promised, i have been harassed by mentally & physically, breach of trust & contract, extorted my money by false statement.
Now they are not bother about anything and reverting on my call or mail.
Now i want my money back as its waste for me and compensation for my harassment and all.
