I had ordered a phone case for samsung galaxy s7 . Today I received the package and the phone case is faulty. It's popping out of the phone.
I tried to call on the helpline number to return the product but the call is getting disconnected everytime. How am i return the faulty product now?
Moreover, how can you send a faulty product. It doesn't even fit properly on the phone.
Provide me a proper contact number so that...

I have courier the product nd u have alreday received it... But the refund haven't generated yet and its had been 6 days... That u receive it
I talk to ur agent nd she said that refund will generate within 24hrs but till now it didn't generated.

Hi, I have placed an order with Cyankart, via order no. CYN96788 for two mobile covers, I have specified in the same, that this is a gift product. However the product wasn't delivered even after I confirmed on phone about the same, I was told that delivery is being made on the given address, however that was never completed. We have ordered for a t-shirt through cyankart. The email which we gave in the info was not correct and the payment is done. Money is debited from our account but still haven't received any information regarding the order. While trying to contact the customer care the call is not getting connected. We ordered two phone back covers holding order number CYN114156. There was some fit issues so we returned it. We got an intimation that they have received the product and refund will be initiated. There has been no response from them since then. They aren't picking up the call as well. We get messages like I 'll be called as soon as possible or that my number has been noted.
