I am complaining about I'll treatment of customers at D-Mart store in Gobindgarh.

Today I visited D-Mart store in Gobindgarh. I purchased some products and when I went to get them billed, one of their employees took out the products from trolley without my permission and also denied to bill the products. He gave me the reason that some other customer has purchased the same products so he will not bill mine.

Complaint about bill--wrong bill

Address: DMART RAMCHNDRAPURAM Survey no:107, 109/AA Adjecent to Balaji Gardens, Medak district Hyderabad 502302

I have visited the D-Mart located in Ramchandrapuram Hyderabad. I bought one MAMYPOKO PANTS pack which is having price is 820, But they charged the 1640. So, we checked quantity mentioned as 2. I did notice this only after reaching home when I crosschecked.

Please help on this.

Double payment charged for the same item which has already been paid

Parking charges

Even before entering dmart they are asking 120/- parking charges..
What if we just buy something and leave in half an hr..before there used to be free parking for 2 hrs if we show the bill
This is in virumgambakkam dmart..

Payment failed but amount deducted

Order number 17772143. I have tried to placed this order for rs. 1058/- as on date 13.06.2020 but when i reached to last stage of payment i got error and payment failed but amount already deducted from my account. surf excel 1.5 kg

I had order essential material from dmart app, my order no is[protected]
So u had order only 1 packet of 1.5 kg surf excel powder, they delivered only 1 packet of surf excel powder but they had charged for 2 packet, and also i had order parle hide n seek choco chip and they had delivery macho coffe chip hide n seek parle biscuits,

I need my extra money refund for surf excel powder or deliver some other item instead...

As goverment said to stay at home for that i most of people places online grocery order but dmart is not fullfill customer requirements.

It's seems d mart online service d mart ready is doing fun with his customer in this penic time of pendamic of covid 19.

I have ordered on 17/04/2020 order no.10609847 from dmart app and got a slot of 20/4/2020 for delivery but till now didn't got my order delivered. Even not getting proper respond of email. I have tried several time to customer service but no answer. Atleast you should update us through email, call or sms about date and time.
