Wrong Transfer Letter Issued_Sumit Vijay_Gurgaon 1222

Address: Avenue Supermarts Ltd. (D-Mart), Spazedge Tower-B, Sohna Expressway, Gurgaon, Haryana 122018

As Per Company & HR Team Confirmed to me on dated 06.06.2023, Now You Can Join the Shift and Company Cann't Give you any Transfer Before 06.06.2024.
But Suddenly Sandeep Kumar (New HR DGM) given to me a Transfer letter on dated 12.12.2023 from Gurgaon to Aandhra Pradesh (1800km.). now days he is not taking on shift.

At the time of my Rejoining Company Given to me on Written mail and mention Company will not give you...

What happened ?

I asked cheese popcorn then the guy answered wait for 10 minutes and I asked why ? He said packing covers are finished it will take time, one of our staff went to collect the covers again the girl answering me it will take time. The way the girl told with bad attitude. She was very irresponsible. I said already so much people came here and it become crowd call the guy make the announcement. Finally the guy came.

How am i affected?

Then popcorn box was empty. They are preparing the popcorn after that guy came who went to bring the covers. In between that 15 minute they have wasted the time like this ..The girl and boy chit chatting with each other that girl is saying I will prepare the popcorn then the guy said I will prepare.. both are wasting the time. Then I said Saturday weekend days know you should prepare the popcorn before the the box finish na. They are not answering and playing with each other.

What The department should do ?

Don't make the team as guys and girls in one department like popcorn section...They are not working properly. Wasting the customer time. They are not even calling sir. Train them properly how to respect the customer. The employees are not able to work properly in small popcorn section which is outside then what about inside. So provide quality customer service. The company is paying the salary to the employees for providing good customer service not to perform like this. Especially the guy and girl both of them responded badly not only to me there were lot of customers asking they are saying wait for 10 minutes then some of the customers left and some of the customers become angry.

    I am resident of Palava, Dombivli east. I had ordered groceries from Dmart on 3rd December 2023, delivery of which was expected by 4th December 2023. I have not yet received the order. Moreover I haven't been informed about the reason of delay and the next delivery time slot because of which I cannot plan my other activities. I called on customer care number to complain about the same and asked him to waive off the delivery charge but he suggested me to cancel and reorder again. I am highly disappointed with the suggestion as I have already invested around Rs. 5500/- on the order and if I cancel the present order(as per the suggestion)to reorder, I will have to wait for 7 business days for refund. Also it will cause further delay.
    I request you to kindly look into the matter, waive off the delivery charges and deliver my order as soon as possible.

        Hello sir my name is Jay sharma I am B. com student recently I completed my graduation and now I want to continue my study M. com & LLB
        So I want to part time job in D mart but how I can't get job that place so need help
        Recently I did worked in D mart for full time but how they remove me I don't know and I many more time request to D mart manager for help me and solve my problem but they tell I can't able to help you and I can't solve able to your problem
        They tell me you should contact to HR manager

        So I hopefully request to HR manager for help me and solve my misunderstanding problem
        And one thing Kalol HR officer recently contact me and did resign and remove me but why I don't know they tell you based on contract but one side they tell me they remove me for my behaviour but company didn't give me any notice period and any apologize latter just make Fake contract and remove me and this is the Totally illegal behaviour by HR officer
        And I Have evidence for your company HR for this illegal steps and remove me
        And totally brake rules HR officer when I was working in the D mart on cash counter that time working time HR officer come and disturbed me for my work and they tell me something and that's the totally (False ) things tell me and get my signed on appointment latter
        So this is the totally against of rules and behaviour I why they remove me I don't know
        So I hopefully request to HR manager they contact me and help me and take any responsibility and help me and take any legally action against HR officer and Cash Officer
        So I hopefully request to HR manager please contact me and help me I need part time job for my study's and my daily activities

          I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern on D-Mart regarding an issue I encountered with Bambino Gulab Jamun Mix packet. On 16 Nov, 2023, I purchased a packet advertised as 175 grams from D-Mart location at H No. 14-8-182, Narsampet Road, Laxmipuram, Warangal - 506002.

          Upon further examination, I discovered that the actual weight of the contents was only 160 grams, which is a significant discrepancy from the advertised weight. This misleading representation of the product's quantity is not only deceptive but also a violation of consumer trust and fair trade practices.

          I firmly believe that customers deserve accurate and transparent information about the products they purchase. Misleading representations not only affect consumer trust in brand but also infringe upon consumer rights.

          I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter and a corrective action to rectify the misleading labeling practices.

          Enclosed with this, please find a copy of the receipt and photographic evidence displaying the discrepancy between the labeled and actual weight of the product.

          I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue.

              Today on 11th November 2023 I faced an awkward experience with a D'Mart parking lot staff. I parked my two wheeler in a parking lot where all other customers too parked theirs. Within 20 min I finished my shopping and returned to collect my vehicle, In that mean time the other two vehicles which were parked beside my vehicle had been left, so my vehicle was like looking alone there. At that moment a D'Marts parking staff started shouting and abusing and scolding me. There was not even any disturbance to any other vehicles and for taking out cars also there was good space.
              If the parking staff is that much concerned where she is when all others are parking their vehicles. When I was parking she was not around. I parked my vehicle where other customers did.
              Being a regular customer for the store and also I am the shareholder of Avenue Supermarts I request you to take action on her and kindly retrain them properly in how to deal and talk with customers.
              Kindly take action and reply to me. It was a really bad experience for me.If no action or reply has been taken I will escalate it to the next level.

                I have ordered household items but it was delayed 3 days may o know the reason.

                  Today I purchase at Dmart vijayawada nunna store, my bill amount 3169.5rs I did payment through upi method, when I was done, it's shows pending msg bill not genrated, so I did payment through credit card again amount debited bill genrated, now Upi payment also debited and showing success message can you please find my payment and revert it back

                            Purchased a gas stove 1 month ago with warranty period of 2 years and when went for replacement the staff misbehaved and said 1000 of people comes here daily like you...the stove had glass on it which busted suddenly will cooking (hopefully no one got hurt ) and full kitchen even on floor there were small glass pieces ...staff we were not even responsible if anyone would have got hurt also we just have to sell the thing...

                                      On 16th Oct 2023, my purchase at the store included two items for which I was charged extra. I believe this is a genuine oversight, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

                                      The details of the overcharge are as follows:

                                      Parachute Coconut Oil 200ml:

                                      I purchased only one bottle of Parachute Coconut Oil 200ml.
                                      However, I was billed for two bottles, resulting in an extra charge of ₹69.

                                      Pro Primid Til Oil 1L:

                                      I purchased only one bottle of Pro Primid Til Oil 1L.
                                      Nevertheless, I was charged for two bottles, resulting in an additional charge of ₹315.

                                      I have attached a copy of the receipt for your reference, which clearly shows the discrepancy. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and refunding the overcharged amount to me as soon as possible.

                                      This issue has been resolved. At the same DMART store customer care people checked the CC TV footage clarified the Billing Discrepancy and returned the extra charged amount in cash. Thanks
