Hello,
I am a regular buyer of d-mart rajendra nagar indore.
There is still extra charging for a carry bag around 16rs and add on in the bill as named cotton cloth.
The size of the bag is also very small. Sometimes 3 4 carry bag we have to buy unfortunately and unlikely.
Already the rate of the products are much higher an then this carry bag price.
This must be stop and carry bag should be complimentary...

I had purchased loose maida from dmart on 21st october 2019, monday evening. But the maida is not at all of any quality. It is the worst experience. Packed food items, even though not mentioned aren't exchanged even if produced for exchange with proper bill within one hour of purchase. I purchased a go cheese slice pack and wished to buy a bigger one so went for exchange within 45 mins of purchase.. But the customer care guy gave an explanation that it will spoil if they take it back. Poor service....

I had purchased 25 kg rice bag of sona masoori processed by shubham paddy processors from d mart on 5-5-2018, secunderabad (Telangana) vide bill no[protected] dated 5-5-18.

I have purchased certain items for my office use from D-mart, Mulund West, Mulund Goregaon Link Road on 02nd July 2017 vide Invoice No.34-0086.
As the GST was to be levied, I had requested the Cash counter (No.AP-34) to add my GST no in the bill. She didn't understood so rightly called Supervisor, who said NO such system is there. My complaint is unless D-mart (or any seller) records my GST, how can I get the credit for GST included...

I have recently bought a Chinese made Mosquitto Bat from D Mart, Koparkhairane show room. Brought home n kept it for charging 8 hours n realised that the bat doesn't kill the mosquitoes in spite of fully charged. Then I went to return the product. Unfortunately I have lost the bill but the product has D Mart sticker on it. But they refused to accept n return the money came r exchange the bat. As a customer I have lost RS.199/- and cheated...

This branch in beeramguda has supplied multiple damaged pieces. They behave very rude to the customers too. Never respond to them in the right way. I have purchased 65 Go Aqua water bottles with selling price 79 per bottle. They were neatly packed in the carton. After reaching home to my surprise I found 18 of them in bad state. I did a shopping in d-mart seawoods (west), navi mumbai outlet yesterday date: 06.07.16 where they did the billing wrong. they charged me extra by adding additional stuff worth rs. 150 approx which i did not buy. i could notice it only after reaching home.

While purchasing when enquired with the sales exeuctive i was told that garments can be exchanged later for any genuine issues. This is to inform your that i recently purchased (Thane Dmart near Hiranandani Meadows)Moong Dal from Dmart, When I used it to prepare food the quality was absolutely pathetic. There are pests in it. If you look at the dal its powdered and there are pests in it and most the dal is full of holes.

I had gone to DMart Malakpet on 27th January 2016 and bought 6 bottles of Vijaya Flavoured Milk. I was charged 2 different rates for the product having the same batch no 126 and date of manufacture which is 10/1/16. I had swiped my ICICI credit card at the D-Mart store at Thane Ghodbunder in THANE on 15 Nov 2014 at 20:57. The payment was shown declined at the store's card swiping machine.
