      Today, (23.09.23 Time 9.30pm) while taking the vehicle at the parking lot (B1), 3 people there scolded a daily customer for inappropriate words. He doesn't look like he was born in a good family. He should be interrogated. Otherwise I will send the video. Hiring such disrespectful rascals will give your company a bad name. Hiring a bad person means that you are also a bad person..
      Very disappointed with dmart Velachery. If you are honest then you should ask that person..You are responsible for whatever happens to me mentally..

        not a single response mail from your side...till date...

          Had ordered for few item through Order no[protected] on[protected]. However 2 items were missing and we logged a complaint under Complaint No 3196163. Its 4 days and every day the customer assistance team assures that the missing products will be provided within the day. Now I have atleast spoken to the call centre 5 times in the last 4 days and there doesn't seem any intent at DMart's part to provide the missing products.

          We have a regular, loyal customer for the last 3 years and I think, its time to search for an alternative, if this is the service offered by DMart.

            Pls take strict action against this lady as she is ruining the decorum of Dmart.
            i waited their for 45 mins just because and Priyanka arrogantly asked me to leave the shop just because she couldn't find the barcode of the product.
            She has no manners of talking to customer service. Instead of solving proplem she was busy scolding the poor staff guys.

              I want to complain about a Dmart shopping center which was newly open in deonar customer service which was pathetic and this is the 3rd time I'm facing this last 2 times I ignored the problem but this time they crossed the limit not proper customer support also they don't even know how to talk with customer. Also I don't think so you know or not but if 1 customer go that mean you lost you lost you n number of customers and I am really disappointed with your customer service I will not visit your dmart ever again nor my family friends I already told everyone whoever I know or are in my contact I'll make sure that you'll lose your customers because customers are like God and if you don't know how to treat God then no one can generate your revenue from chembur branch your almost employees even managers also don't know how to treat people even I'm also a manager and I manage a portfolio of 3k+ customer but I always try my best to fulfill there needs first give training to your employees and manager how to build and maintain a relationship with customer then open a new dmart branch or don't open you'll face the loss at the end not us

                  I have shopped at DMart in Jigani, Bengaluru on the 6th of August. I have tried paying the bill amount of Rs 630/- and due to server delay the first time, it was stopped while in processing, and later again in the second attempt, it was successful. However, the amount was debited twice from my account. The same has been reported to the executive, and they promised they would transfer the amount back the next day. After a week, I went to the store and complained to Mr. Shivu with his mobile no: [protected]. He promised that because of a technical delay; the amount is not yet credited back, and he promised it would happen in 2 days. Even after a week, the issue was not resolved and the executive stopped responding to my calls and messages. Request the management to look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I am attaching the debited statement snapshot of the same for your reference.

Surf Excel EA - 1.5 KG (HSN : 340250) for which they charged me for 2 in nos. hence, instead Rs. 185/-, they charged Rs. 370/-.

                      I have been following for one missing item more than one week but no even care to give update and i have to take follow up and was conveyed to deliver withing 48 hours but almost one week past..such a disgusting service by dmart...not expected such service by dmart..need to make improvement in providing service..

                            5029-Laxmipuram, Warangal, The Store Manager is putting more pressure on employees to work more hours than regular, mainly cashiers.
                            He is running his own decisions.
                            If any employee ask him "what is this sir" then He replies "It is my store, I take my own decisions" . THE STORE MANAGER IS ONLY person that we can share our problems, But we are facing problems from him. Please solve it as soon as possible.

                              Today I purchased whisper choice sanitary pads packets from Dmart (Fatima nagar, Pune). Checked the bill after coming home 2 packets of pads are showing different prices on bill.
                              One for 29 and another for 138. The price difference is strange.
                              Please check this ASAP

                                I kept 2 bags in the luggage room, they gave only one token. While returning they gave one bag and told you gave only one bag. Then I told I gave two bags, they don't even leave me to check inside the room to confirm. At last one person came and searched. He got the bag with another token. They missed to give the token for the other bag. While returning the bag he was checking inside the bag and asking for evidence inside the bag. Your mistake you should take the responsibility. Don't treat the customer like robber, the way he saw me and searching inside the bag. I was shamed of myself in front of other customers. This is not a good service. If we keep important things inside also beware of these services in DMart. Who gave you the rights to open my bag and check. You can check the CCTV footage. Today (10/08/2023) evening at 5.30pm. Who will responsible for my self respect. He didn't accept the mistake and asked sorry for that also. No response from the helpline also.
