We got a maggot in a spoiled pistachio pack which we purchase at dmart store.
We have purchased 3 packs of pistachio pack each 500 grams

I made online transaction via UPI on 9th Oct and money got deducted from my account, , But dmart said that the payment has failed and order didnot get placed. My order number is[protected]. I have made several complaints, several calls on customer care but no response yet. My complaint no. is 3303975

On 16th Oct 2023, my purchase at the store included two items for which I was charged extra. I believe this is a genuine oversight, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

The details of the overcharge are as follows:

Parachute Coconut Oil 200ml:

I purchased only one bottle of Parachute Coconut Oil 200ml.
However, I was billed for two bottles, resulting in an extra charge of ₹69.

Pro Primid Til Oil 1L:

I purchased only one bottle of Pro Primid Til Oil 1L.
Nevertheless, I was charged for two bottles, resulting in an additional charge of ₹315.

I have attached a copy of the receipt for your reference, which clearly shows the discrepancy. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and refunding the overcharged amount to me as soon as possible.

Staff behavior is not good specially floor manager and billing head renu mam. She said shadi ka card dikhao tb oil jar dege and she demands to me show me ID CARD

My order no[protected], of amount 2494 has been debited twice through DMART ready center, one of your employee said that the transaction failed at your end but at my end it was successful, so he has asked us to transact again so I have transacted through UPI.
He said that money will be credited in 7 working day's but even after 10 days it did not, i complained many times but got no help, each of your employee kept saying that your money will be reversed in 4 day s still it did not, till now it's been more than 1 month I did not get any reversal of amount, please help.

Delivery not done..no support from consumer support. Customer care number is never answered..payment done. Need refund of money paid online order number[protected]

When parked my car Hyundai Venue MH.16 B29524 It is found that there is dent on left rear door of my car due to
trolley hit by unknown customer. It is to be noted that there is no any railing
to stop the trolley which hits
the car directly as such mistake is of DMart parking authority and not of any customer. Parking was done by me in marked area only.
Kindly make my loss good .

Today, (23.09.23 Time 9.30pm) while taking the vehicle at the parking lot (B1), 3 people there scolded a daily customer for inappropriate words. He doesn't look like he was born in a good family. He should be interrogated. Otherwise I will send the video. Hiring such disrespectful rascals will give your company a bad name. Hiring a bad person means that you are also a bad person..
Very disappointed with dmart Velachery. If you are honest then you should ask that person..You are responsible for whatever happens to me mentally..

Had ordered for few item through Order no[protected] on[protected]. However 2 items were missing and we logged a complaint under Complaint No 3196163. Its 4 days and every day the customer assistance team assures that the missing products will be provided within the day. Now I have atleast spoken to the call centre 5 times in the last 4 days and there doesn't seem any intent at DMart's part to provide the missing products.

We have a regular, loyal customer for the last 3 years and I think, its time to search for an alternative, if this is the service offered by DMart.

Pls take strict action against this lady as she is ruining the decorum of Dmart.
i waited their for 45 mins just because and Priyanka arrogantly asked me to leave the shop just because she couldn't find the barcode of the product.
She has no manners of talking to customer service. Instead of solving proplem she was busy scolding the poor staff guys.

I want to complain about a Dmart shopping center which was newly open in deonar customer service which was pathetic and this is the 3rd time I'm facing this last 2 times I ignored the problem but this time they crossed the limit not proper customer support also they don't even know how to talk with customer. Also I don't think so you know or not but if 1 customer go that mean you lost you lost you n number of customers and I am really disappointed with your customer service I will not visit your dmart ever again nor my family friends I already told everyone whoever I know or are in my contact I'll make sure that you'll lose your customers because customers are like God and if you don't know how to treat God then no one can generate your revenue from chembur branch your almost employees even managers also don't know how to treat people even I'm also a manager and I manage a portfolio of 3k+ customer but I always try my best to fulfill there needs first give training to your employees and manager how to build and maintain a relationship with customer then open a new dmart branch or don't open you'll face the loss at the end not us

I have shopped at DMart in Jigani, Bengaluru on the 6th of August. I have tried paying the bill amount of Rs 630/- and due to server delay the first time, it was stopped while in processing, and later again in the second attempt, it was successful. However, the amount was debited twice from my account. The same has been reported to the executive, and they promised they would transfer the amount back the next day. After a week, I went to the store and complained to Mr. Shivu with his mobile no: [protected]. He promised that because of a technical delay; the amount is not yet credited back, and he promised it would happen in 2 days. Even after a week, the issue was not resolved and the executive stopped responding to my calls and messages. Request the management to look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I am attaching the debited statement snapshot of the same for your reference.

I did shopping at DMART RTO Opp. Ranip BRTS Bus Stand, Near RTO Circle Ranip, Ahemdabad - 382480. Phone : [protected] yesterday (26/08/2023 10:51 PM) where they did the wrong billing. I bought 1 in nos. Surf Excel EA - 1.5 KG (HSN : 340250) for which they charged me for 2 in nos. hence, instead Rs. 185/-, they charged Rs. 370/-.
