I live in mulund and mulund's manager rajesh is not answering my calls and is not resolving my issue there were lot of times my net was not working after i met him i called him many times but he did not answer and when it was time for renewal he called me. From one year there were so much issues he could not solve my issue in any circumstances and he doesnt have respect for the customers and the company ion is a fraud company its app...

I'm complaining about frequent failure of my net connection, every alternate day. Specially in the morning and after complaining to your call centre the complain is attended late in the evening. What is the use of net if it is not working during the day time. I'm fed up with this kind of internet services provided by you. I request you to pl. Hello Team,

My register mobile number is [protected]. Internet connection is not working since from past four day and I am keep following up with customer care support for the same with no luck. Request to resolve the issue or refund last recharge amount and deposited amount so that I can opt for other service provider.

First of all its false advertisement in their ivr. Best customer service it seems.
I complaints almost 2 months back as one of the guys abused me on the call because i was persistent to get my internet working asap.
In multiple occasions they have refused to transfer to supervisor upon asking which ideally you can't do as per what i understand because i come from same field.
The internet has issue every now and then...

Dear team,

I am facing slow browsing issue since last 2 weeks or more for which i have already raised the complaint but there is no resolution... I request u to resolve my issue otherwise i need to re think before refilling my account and i have no other option than to raise the complaint on consumer court, trai and on social media.

Still i am facing the issue with downloading any movie through utorrent, browsing any movie through hotstar, sonyliv live matches, voot app and other banks websites.

It is the # service which, i am getting since last 1 month or more as i have complained many time but customer service team just tell that they will work on it and the complaint gets closed but still the same issue. I am really thinking to switch to the other service provider because of this issue, 1st of all the plan is been changed to 12 mbps of rs 500 inr but i am getting the speed of 1 mbps plan the # service ever.

I just was the user since 2015-16 but the hell out of that is people don't care about the relation of the customer instead of just demanding to get the fiber connection to the home with depositing some funds instead of providing of free of cost because of the frequent issue.

I am raising the complaint finally to customer care team as well consumer court and trai appellate after this, i am sure and i have made mind to disconnect with i-on and will make sure that i will break or disconnect all the connection of my society or area.

It is not just warning a clear threatening.

    You guys are shamelessly closing all raised tickets without resolving and neither even bothered to help even after raising issues at social media.
    I been harping for assistance since 1st jan but yet none have approached nor issue is been resolved. The payment was done in advance and these days impact is been charged to me without delivering the service.

      The mentioned company is a broadband internet service provider. When I approached the company for an internet connection of 10MBPS, I was never told about the company's policy on throttling and traffic shaping. It was after I paid and received a connection that I noticed that my network speed was not up to the mark. Actually, not even close to the bare minimum. After placing multiple complaints, I was told by the customer service executive that actual download speed would be one-eighth of the speed I paid for. That would mean that on paying for a 10 MBPS connection, I would receive a 1.2 MBPS download speed which is a textbook misdirection case. Moreover, the actual speed doesn't even come close to the throttled speed of 1.2 MBPS either, I am getting a download speed of a few hundred KBPS which is way lower than 1.2 MBPS. I have attached two images, one showing the package I've chosen, and second, showing the results of a network speed test which clearly shows that the download speed is not even half of the promised speed.

        Under d vois i believe the ios broadband comes. They have the pathetic service i have ever seen. From 3-4 days i have complained 3-4 times and eventually no resolution. I was literally impatient now and anybody will be

        1st time the complaint itself was not logged.
        2nd complained was logged on[protected] and no one contacted me.
        3rd i contacted them again and it was that they will send technician the next day morning and even that was false commitment.
        Now yesterday[protected] i raised other complaint and i told that was someone will contact me wihin 9 to 11 am and will be done priority basis.
        No one contacted me and then as i was escalating the customer care people conference d me with the technical team. They gave me lame excuses that my number was switched off. I told them to come right away at 11:30 am[protected]. They told will be there 30 minutes and now it is almost 4. I again contacted customer care and the technical person is like will be there in 50 minutes

        That is the suffering you have go through if you are customer of ion providers.

        A real frustrated customer.

          My internet connection has been intermittent for last 10 days.

          Every night it stops working at around 9:30 0r 10:00 pm and then works the other day in the evening. Even after multiple complaints the same issue pops up every day.

          Every time the customer care tells me that the technician will visit but they do not and close the issue. The connection works for 2 to 3 hours and goes back to no or intermittent connection....

          Hi team,

          This a high time for me for this cheated company.. These people don't even serve internet connectivity at my home since last 3 month.. Everytime i complaint a person came in and do activate the service for 5 to 10 mins only. Once he left the connection goes down again until i raise a new complaint..in the last 2 months i have already raised around 40 to 50 complaint. Hardly i get the connectivity of 10 mins per day... Yesterday related to my complaint i receive this msg..

They r refusing.. They said like.. Neither we give u connection nor the money...

          This is something really frustrating... Don't know posting here will help me or not.. But it may help some other person while choosing d-vois.

            This is due to the frustration and the harrasment that your company is repeatedly giving me as a customer.

            Since last 2, 3 months almost everyday there is no connectivity for my residential connection.

            Everyday i need to call up ur customer care stating my internet is not working and they are always with the same response.. Engineer is on the way. Which almost take 48 hrs to reach at my home that too after an additional call to ur esteemed organization.

            The engineer did thenthing sorted in the evening and from the very next morning the same problem arises and it will again take the same procedure.

            In the past 3 months.. I have at least called you more than 50 times.. Your service is now a headache for me.

            Today evening one o[censored]r so called stupid engineer come to my home to repair and he did his work... Now just 3 hrs later.. No internet again...

            The village bhandup road branch is gaining money from u by addressing my complaint only.. There are not at all helpful.. Everytime i visit or call them. They guided to the customer care..

            Do u guys actually care...

            Call me urgent... Only if you have that dignity and intent to help a customer...

              This company should not be allowed to be there.. It causes so much stress and problems for ppl. From last 4 days tomm will be 5 mine internet not working, i have been calling them everyday morning and evening and i hear the same recorded message from the person sitting there..its like a robot speaking.. whenever ask for supervisor Mr. Prakash Pande one name i came to know..is always on the phone.. doing what God Knows. Taking full money for the service and every two days the internet shuts down and then start calling them.. plus work gets effected.. Please, Its my request, do something.. Infact, if you do something, lots of ppl will be happy atleast one service provider who does not know how to give service will be out.. One less to deal with...

                Ion internet service sucks!!!
                My internet service is down since 4 days & everytime on call they say next day their [censored]ing tech will resolve the issue.
                Their tech is busy licking somewhere that he didn’t even show up!!!
                These basterds charge for a month & provide service for 18-20 days, so ultimately they are fooling in charging lesser pay for 5M in comparison with other ISP’s but they are [censored]ing smart & if you call their idiot cust care those are morons trust me, they say TAT is of 24 working hours.

                These companies should be busted by the governments, they are just making money, I plea to u all to boycott this [censored]ing ISP & choose some other one.

                  We have a fiber to home internet connection and 10mbps 28 days plan. Internet is down from last five days. I have log complain in all ways through mobile app, phone call and thru online account. Log many complain continuously daily and called up customer care. Still the issue is not resolved.

                  Customer care is also not good takes 25 + minutes of time to get on call with agents and they are simply talking standard scripted lines....

                  They are taking customers for granted. They change subscription plan every month. Out of 28 days minimum 5-7 days no connectivity.
                  And if you dont recharge before expiry time/date, they dont even allow a second more than the expiry time.
                  We should adjust for a week without connectivity and they cannot even bear a couple of hours, forget days.

                  They are not capable of handling such a huge customer base they got...

                  I have logged several complaints in ion's customer care, sion as internet connection was down on 18 june 2018 but still after 4 days there is no action taken by them to resolve the issue. Every time when i call to their customer care at sion the bpo executive says that they will arrange an engineer for resolution of issue which never happened from past 3 days. I have subscribed for 1 year, 50 mbps plan with d vois communication last monthand need some guidance to take strict action against them due to non support.

                    To whomsoever it may concern,

                    I have a connection with ion by the registered mobile no: +91-[protected]. This is to let you know that i have been complaining of no internet for over week, since the day they installed fibre cablenet (Which is suppose to never shut down and never be slow). I have been calling atleast 3-4 times a day and been kept on hold for over 15 mins to speak to a customer care executive. Its been 10 days and there is no technical person who has come to my house or no call back from anyone from the customer service team. What kind of a network is this??? What customer service is this??? All the customer care people keep saying is that they will come today or tomorrow or later or whatever. This is not done.

                    I shall wait for this week only. If there is no one coming in to take this up, i shall shut down the service. No point in paying up for 1 year in advance when you are not giving me internet half the time.

                    Hoping for a quick reply.

                      Sub: Internet Issue

                      I'm facing internet disconnection issue for more than 10 days. I have been calling the customer care and raised multiple tickets, despite I'm not seeing any response.

                      After long struggle an engineer came and he could not resolve the issue. I got fed-up and sent email for terminating both internet connections I have with this guys. Even for service termination, I'm not getting any response...

                      On recommendation of my colleague, I have opted your residential internet facility and your representative Ranjit kr Roy had assured best internet service which is now turned worst service in Nerul.
                      Since Feb'17 I have lodged 48 times internet connectivity problem with mumbai customer care and all complaint was resolve after 24 hrs to 40 hrs and most of time no technician comes to my flat .
                      Your Bheemashankar franchise rating is2.00*-(two ) and out of 20 franchise in navi mumbai, 15 have 1.00 to 2.00* ranking and you have not observed feedback from consumers also.
                      Now many a times for your fault I use data internet or dongle for connectivity as 7 to 8 days in a month I find no internet connectivity from your side..
                      Either you improve your service or advise me what to do .as I will not bear this type of service for a longer times.
