This popular affordable internet service provider in Navi Mumbai is worst in service. They try to push a whole year package down your throat since no body would like to renew that again.

First practice is systematic cheating, the package that you pay for is not what you actually get so 1 Mbps is 512Kbps suddenly, a 512 Kbps is 200 Kbps and all these complaints go unheard.

Second is service of this ISP, they do not even care to show up to check what is the problem. Customer care is paid so they enjoy talking and misleading you since you're paying. technicians would close your request without even informing you.

This is a cheap cheap service, do not go for it . Look for alternatives.

how poor is their service!
we paid for one month a so high price (1020Rs) that other provider neither
ask, for a barely near to promised 2mbps (download only) and they gave us only 3
weeks of "operative service", filled with disservices, slowness, absence of net
for several "technical" reasons;
at the end, over 30 days of plan, we used only 24 days.
Not only: service is no more, because they wanted money BEFORE the
renewal!! (is the option AutoRenewal meaning some to you fellows?).
so they suspended it...without advise.
what the heck?!
no countries in any other part of the world give such a unprofessional service
and with such a poor company policies.
They are just interested to get money first, then f* customers.
shame on you i-On!

The worst ever customer service experience. The customer care number:[protected] is just for the sake of having it. Normally average time for them to respond or to resolve a complaint is minimum of 3 working days and 10-15 FRUSTRATING CALLS. Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai.

Internet bandwidth

The dirtiest service I have not seen ever. D-VoiS - Broadband Pvt. Ltd, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai will change the bandwidth at the back (if we take 4MBPS they will make 2MBPS from their end). They have gone crazy and many of the customers got irritated for their service. I have complained the issue many times but no one cares.

    Hi. Myself ashish kumar a resident of new panvel.
    I was using this broadband service. Few days ago this company named d-vois ssv also known as d-vois ion they were not able to provide any service. When I called up the customer care they keep on giving reasons and promised the net will start up soon it took them abt 3 days to get it done. The connection started again for 2 more days and again the same issue. Called up the customer care again it took 2 more days to get it done. Again after 2-3 days later the same stuff took place.
    My issue it I already paid for their connection and they are telling me the number of days the connection was not there even for that its chargeable. I was amazed to see that these are looting people for no service at all.

    Earlier service was better when it was only SSV. Now SSV given it to this idots (DVOIS) and messed up the whole thing.Even any companies dial up service is much faster than this cheaters, Hell with them,

      My name is Avin Pillai and i had a 5 net broadband connection till last month. When i went to recharge my broadband service my internet service provider told me that they are no longer a franchise of 5 net and that they have their own hub connection now. So i recharged the broadband for INR600. So according to this new plan i am supposed to get an access to a hub of their own but i never got one. I've lodged a complaint with them since the 1st of this month and I've been calling them daily to check the status of my complaint, lodging a new complaint again and again and till date they haven't paid any heed to those complaints. Utterly frustrated i called them up again today and my calls was unanswered. I sincerely request some strict actions should be taken on this company.

        I am user of ion or you can say i was the user of ion...the worst service provider of Internet. Your customer support is worst your service is work.the whole company i think is fraud.. In your 1 month net service 7-8 days there was no net connection and no one came 2 solve the problem on same day.When ever i called your support no their answer was always same that engineer will come and solve the problem and i have registered the issue on priority basis but no one ever came to solve the problem on same day.
        Whenever i asked to hand over the call to senior officer.Their answer was no senior officer is available in 1 month duration i have never heard that senior officer is available.Don't know whether any senior officer their or not in this fake company with name ion whom main motto is to mentally torture the customer and give 0% service..I thing i saw is don't on time is to collect the next month payment. After surviving this 1 month of your torture 1 must b an only to continue the service for next month..

        When i asked for extension your untrained employ es are just making me go round and round from here to there.
        Thanks for your such a great Internet service.Thank god that i am still alive and the month has passed.To hell with this D-vois.

        My suggestion all who are thinking to take connection from this fraud. Dont waste your hard earned money by taking the connection from this bull company with the nae D-Vois,SSv,Ion dont know how many name they have..
