[Resolved]  Dealzkart — Fake product

Want to return combo pack of mi power bank20000, charger and headphone. Because the dealzkart send me duplicate products. They was not actual product that show in images.. The charger send me samsung but in images show the mi charger and data cable of power bank not working. Also they send me an other earphone. So i want to return this products and give my money back... My order number:[protected]

It is very disheartening to experience such a service in this competitive market.

It was my first purchase from your website and the product delivered is totally different from what I ordered.

Please refer to my order confirmation number [protected] wherein I have ordered a set of puma short the image of which is attached for your reference and the order delivered is totally different. Printing, pattern and quality as shown in image is totally different from the delivered item.

Request you to kindly replace the item with the one I ordered or else cancel my order and refund my money as soon as possible.

pls dont buy from this site...they are fake sending all fake products no return policy, no customer care number, no reply to mails...pls dont buy i[censored] have ordered dont accept the product...they will send 100% fake product...dont pay in advance...

This is a fake company with fake products, i ordered combo pack of 64GB & 128GB memory card, both turned out to be piece of plastic. They are not real, put it in any device doesnt even read. Check images, 64GB card was not even painted well. I replied to your order confirmation email on July 27th and no reply till date. Order Confirmation Number: [protected]. I need my money back or i shall knock some doors and start up like you might not like it.
