I have subscribed for half yearly news paper of yours through payment receipt no. 143498. The subscription was supposed to start from 1/4/14 to 30/9/14. But till date you have not started giving me the news paper. I have been trying to reach your agents but no response. i have taken a moto x on april 3 and from flip kart, the screen has cracked, i have spoken to the customer care and they have given me you no to contact, i have called you but you have not responded, im attaching the image of the phone as you can see there is no physical damage but the service team in, secunderabad ( sri sai communication ) is asking for 12800 for replacement . im truly disappointed with the same, the phone had no fall but i have been asked to pay kindly let me know the same what i should do, your services should be up to mark, not just selling phone .

Hi Sir, Iam M.Praveen Raju residing at government quarters in Yousufguda Police Lines and my complaint is that i have subscribed for 6 months package of Deccan Chronicle news paper and from the next month of my subscription i have been getting the news paper after 8am but where as i used to get it at 6.30am earlier and when i called the person who took subscription Mr. Nayeem, Contacy No.[protected], he was so reckless in his response and states that it old delivery boy has quit the job and the new delivery boy doesn't come on time. I am living in Aditya nagar (Nellore). An agent from Deccan Chronicle Daily newspaper has come to our house and collected advanced subscription for a period of 6 months with rebatted rate and provided a bill. As per the bill, the paper has to be distributed from 11th Apirl, 2014. But I had not received the paper till date .Iam calling the dealer about this issue but he is saying from tomorrow you will receive paper. But no paper issued. From 10 days its going on.

There has been a big nuisance caused by eunuchs near Sangeeth crossroads, Secunderabad, which is causing a big problem to women commuters on the road at night time. Police turn a blind eye to these kind of issues. There is a pileup of debris due to the recent road widening for Metro Rail near the railway quarters adjacent to the Sangeeth crossroads. There has been a eunuch prostitution going on in the rubble of those debris. Working women without any other source of conveyance are forced to walk from one bus stop to another between the uninhabited area, often targeted by drunkards or the eunuch prostitutes on this road. I request the concerned GHMC authorities to clear the debris as soon as possible and the police personnel to keep vigilance, take action against the eunuch prostitutes and their customers, and avoid such activities, so that women be safe en route to their respective homes. This is regarding the YORK Split AC that I purchased from Rishab Electronics, Hyderabad (Invoice#455). I used the equipment for barely 15 days right after I purchased it last year and it worked fine as expected and then it was never used for the entire year.Now that I have started using it again this year, it has been malfunctioning. After repeated complaint calls and numerous emails to Sri Mani Enterprises (AC Guards, Hyderabad.Phone :[protected], my AC unit was taken for repairs almost 5-6 times and it has been still malfunctioning.So I requested a replacement since the AC Unit is still covered under warranty, but so far there was no proper response given to me on this issue.
I request the concerned department to take a look in to this issue which has been prevailing past 2 months and resolve this as soon as possible.

I have subscribed for the DC paper vide recipet no 94808 Dt 10.11.2013. But the peper in not delivery your paper thought he is delivery other papers .

I made several phone call, but there is no response from you,
Collecting amount in advance and not arranging for regular delivery of paper is unauthorised business amount to cheating .
THIS SPEACK OF YOUR INEFFICENT OF MARKETING MANAGEMT.

I ordered for a embroidery blouse and a saree from a Boutique named STYLE CHECK located at 136/2, H.No. 1-8-54/1/1, Prenderghast Road, Secunderabad - 3. I paid a advance of Rs 1000 on 22/02/2014 giving them my measurements and how i want it to be stiched. The owner had promised me that my blouse and saree will be ready by 27/02/2014. I kept calling the owner from 27/02/2014 but she dint lift the calls. Finally I directly went to the shop on 4/03/2014. I was shocked to see the blouse and saree that she stitched for me. All the measurements were wrong and the blouse was not at all how i wanted it to be. The saree too was very dull and just not how i told her. I was frustrated and told her to return my money back. She agreed and told me to come next day at 11:30 am. I went there at exact 11:30 and waited till 1:00 pm. She and her senior worker kept me waiting there saying they are on the way. I could not wait any more and I left that place. The minute I left, I got a call from them saying they reached the shop. How can this be possible? On top of this they spoke to me rudely and I was cheated by them. They have wasted my time and energy. I am very disappointed at them for treating a customer like this. Dear Sir/ Madam, I had renewed my subscription for Deccan Chronicle newspaper vide order no. 30408 dated 20 Aug 13 commencing from 1st Sep 13. I moved out from my previous residence at Punjab Hotel Jn, Visakhapatnam to Santhi Nagar, NAD, Visakhapatnam. I had requested them @ "[protected]@deccanmail.com <[protected]@deccanmail.com>;" on 14th Dec 13 to deliver the newspaper at my new address. After lots of follow up at their landline no and email ids, the concerned development officer delivered the newspaper personally on 25th Dec 13 and promised that it will be delivered regularly from the next day onward. However, the newspaper has never been delivered since even after my informing this at the Vizag office, concerned agent and development officer, feedback page of their website and even email to the editor @ "[protected]@deccanmail.com <[protected]@deccanmail.com>;" and other available email ids repeatedly. The amount in question is very small, but it is a shame that such a reputed organisation is behaving so irresponsibly and has least bothered about their customer. I V.A.VaraPrasad have paid an amount of rs.200 for the subscription of deccan chronicle newspaper for 6 months. After Paying cash they have told that your paper will continue from 11th, Nov, 2013. We have received paper on 11th, Nov, 2013. But after the subscription was done they have failed to deliver the newspaper on 12th, Nov, 2013. Even after repeated calling to that person the problem hasn't being solved yet and we have not got a positive response from them. We have called to office and given a complaint about the newspaper boy. They have given response that, they will send a newspaper boy with newspaper within half an hour. Still he has not yet come. The payment was made by cash. I request you to look into this matter and take proper steps. My order no. is 35574. Just now we have started the order of deccan chronicle newspaper. Is this the way you people take actions. Please take a severe action. If this happens continuously, Then return our payment cash immediately.

Hope my issue will be addressed through this forum, I have come here after sending several mails to Airtel and calling more than 50 times to airtel customer care, which is outsourced to the third party , they don’t understand English and i have to repeat the same thing again and again. I have been using airtel services for the past 5 years, I am having a postpaid connection, I am having an unlimited data plan.in the month of may 2013, i received a call from Airtel, she advised me to move to a plan where i could save money and get more calls and also she advised me to move to 1gb plan , i was ok with the calling plan however updated her than i need unlimited data plan and i don’t want to change it at all , more over I told her that I am in a Do not call list. She insisted me to take the plan and told me that as i am always using less than 1gb every month you will not be over billed, to that i have clearly explained her that i need an unlimited plan and i was ok with the calling plan, In the month of Aug my data services got blocked, and they asked to pay INR 4000 to resume my data services, I tried calling several time to AP Airtel call center however it was landing in Karnataka call center and they requested me to call AP call center to resolve the issue. Several times I tried but it reached Karnataka call center. I did pay the amount because i needed the data services as i was in roaming and need to access my business mails, after paying the INR 4000, my outstanding bill came to INR 3000+, I called Airtel call center and explained the issue as it was a sheer misrepresentation and miss selling on the part of the Airtel sales executive. I have requested time and again to reimburse my INR 7000 or adjust in my coming bills; however i have not heard from them at all. Several times i called them but i hear only one voice, we will get back to you, and it has been escalated and we will call you back.this is happening from last two weeks. First couple of calls they never lodged my complaint. I want a senior management calling from Airtel and resolving my issues, they can check my record, i have been paying all my bills much prior to the bill due date and been a loyal customer, this is how they treat a loyal customer. I want the entire bill to waive off and i need to be paid for my mental stress and agony what i have gone through for their utmost UN customer centric approach. I always had high regards for Airtel but with this experience i will tell all my employees to go with any other provider but not Airtel. I want the issue to address at the earliest. I am regular reader of Telugu 2 papers and recently your Deccan chronicle agent contacted me to subscribe for DC scheme.
I paid Rs200 for 6months subscription, where paper was not delivered for 20 days.
and recently they stopped delivering at tangellamudi of ELURU region.

where as the paper is available at the stands that i see..

so do note this as complaint for the improper delivery of the DC paper to me,
which i felt really terrible to go for this mischief subscription for this DC paper.

THIS WE USE TO DO AS WE TRIED TO COMPLAINED TO THE AGENT, HE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO THE PHONE CALLS. SIR, NOW I HAVE SHIFTED MY HOUSE TO THE NEW ADDRESS BEFORE THAT SAME MANNER WE HAVE TRIED THE AGENTS MOBILE NUMBER AND HE HAS NOT RESPONDED SO WE CALLED UP THE DC OFFICE VIJAYAWADA WE TOLD ABOUT THE HOUSE SHIFTING AND REQUESTED TO SEND THE AGENT TO COLLECT THE PAYMENT FOR THE MONTH HE HAS GIVEN US THE PAPER 18TH WE HAVE SHIFTED FROM RAMAVARAPPADU, VIJAYAWADA TO KRISHNA LANKA, VIJAYAWADA AND 19TH HE HAS CALLED AND STARTED TALKING RUDELY. WE HAVE COMPLAINED TO VIJAYAWADA DC OFFICE THEY HAVE ASKED US TO INFORM THE AGENT NEXT TIME HE CALLS US TO CALL THE OFFICE. THE SAME I HAVE CONVIED TO THE AGENT ON 26TH WHEN HE HAS CALLED TO MY MOBILE THEN HE STARTED USING ALL FOUL N FILTHY LANGUAGE. SIR REGARDING WHICH WE HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINT TO THE DC OFFICE VIJAYAWADA. BUT THE WAY WE GOT THE REPLY SHOWS THAT THEY ARE TALKING IN FAVOUR OF THE AGENT. NOW THE AGENT FORCING ME TO GIVE THE 3 MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION WHERE AS I AM SUPPOSED TO PAY ONLY 1 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION. SIR I DONOT HAVE LAST BILL PAY SLIP WHICH I HAVE LOST DURING HOUSE SHIFTING. SIR ITS A MATTER OF Rs 180/- FOR THREE MONTH, BUT THE WAY THE AGENT HAS BEHAVED AND THE UGLY WORD HE HAS UTTERED OVER THE PHONE CALLS MAKES ME FEEL BAD . SIR I NEED TO KNOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO WITH THIS SITUATION.

Myself giri I have paid an amount of Rs.185 for 6months subscription of your daily newspaper from your sales pramoter k.muralidhar void order no:42690 dated 18/12/2011 for the period jan 2012 to june 2012. From Jan 2012 to march 2012 we received newspaper regularly, from april onwads we are not receiving the paper.So please kindly look into the matter and see that the paper is coming regurarly. thanking you sir.......

Two Guy's came to our house stating that they are from Deccan chronicle advertising. they told that for One year subscription Rs.300/- & I was told that very next day will get news paper. Payed money & got receipt. They told that we will get call from Mr. Girish(Phone:+91 [protected]) who is main distributor. I called the Phone numbers given in Receipt : +91 [protected] / 904. they are not picking up the call either from my cell or any other phone number. but they used to be engaged. Since from month they are not replying.
