I'm Using Vodafone Number From Last 7 years my number is [protected] and from last 10 month i m facing network problem and i give complain also and my complain numbers is [protected], , [protected], , [protected], , I given five time complain but they are not taking it serious and when i visit Vodafone Store they are saying he cannot do any thing just he can forward message to Network Department and it take nearly 15 r 20 days to resolve these to take action and referring me to change the number to other network only, , saying like these from last 10 months but not doing anything, if i due for payment then they call me 4-5 times daily but when i giving complain they are not taking it serious, , what should i do i cannot understand i dont want to change to other netwok, , So i request U Kindly Help Me Sir..

Deccan Chronicle customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is Arup Sarkar. I have subscribed for Deccan Chronicle edition for an year on 17/01/15 by check of 399. The check was encashed on 24/01/15. I am yet to receive a single paper. I tried contacted them several times but only got false assurance that you will start receiving it soon. But nothing happened. It's really frustrating. My No is [protected].
